This review is only for their cakes because I havent had anything else. Anytime Ive walked in there are always pre-made cakes which are beautiful for any occasion.They will write on the cake and they have candles. Friendly bilingual staff. $30 for a 12 layer cake. Great price

I have been there at least three times and none of them have been a good memory.Last time I when there was probably September 8th, 2018,I went with a friend and we both got ice cream. I cant lie the ice cream there is good and all but the service is and have never been good, at least for me. Lat time when the girl gave me the ice cream she put in / gave me a broken wood spoon and I didnt give it any interest but when I tried to eat with it I cut my lips and inside my mouth, when the girl realized what happened she started laughing and went to talk with her co-worker, I didnt said a thing and after we paid I asked her for a new spoon saying that the one I have is broken and I had cut my self to what she replied, yeah, sure with a mean time and face. When I told my friend what happened, before we had got out, the girl started laughing and smiling on a mocking way while looking at me.I did not liked the way I was treated and I felt really bad for what had happened, I believe that if a wood spoon is broken it is consideredgarbage already and it should not be given to any costumer at all.On my opinion and for the way she reacted to the whole situation, I believe and think that She Knew What Was Going To Happen If She Gave The Spoon To A Costumer, and She Waited For A Costumer To Come And Be Her Victim. And that is super rude and not okay.Just to put it easy, do you guys think that if she was going to be eating the ice cream, would she be eating it with that broken wood spoon or a deferent one in good state?.I didnt asked for her number because I didnt wanted to be rude.Also I did cried after we got in the car.

Flavorless flan and 3 leches cakes. 3 leches cakes should not be dry. I have a feeling they keep their unsold stock longer than they should. Rude uneducated staff. Over priced. Rather go to Lolas.

Ive never been to this place and dont plan to either, based on the reviews and because of a cake that was ordered from here. My daughters grandmother bought a cake from here for her birthday and wanted it to have a Coraline theme. If youre a real cake decorator, you would have drawn out a good scene, but no, you took the easy way out and just plastered a picture that you printed out. The only decoration on the cake was a tree that just looked like a big glob of brown frosting that could have been done by my three year old. This was for a 3 year old girl-the cake had REAL plastic buttons all over the damn cake for crying out loud. Are you kidding me!? Who does that? I was so embarrassed that I had to hand pick the 20 or so buttons off of the cake AND tell everyone to be careful and not accidentally eat one of them. Anyone knows that you dont do that, especially if its for a kids bday party! To top it all off, the cake wasnt even good in my honest opinion. Good thing I had also ordered a cake from whole foods which actually had a hand drawn coraline theme that was completely edible. You read that right, HAND DRAWN white chocolate coraline, black cat, and the moon shaped like a button. My little girl loved that one and was able to actually eat the decoration. I most definitely recommend whole foods for your cakes, their quality, service, decoration, and taste are all there! Bryan was the baker that did the most amazing job on the cake! De colores, you should take some notes from them! Oh, and shame on you for not reprimanding your employee that gave a broken spoon to that poor young man and laughed about it! Just because of that, I will not be stepping a foot in your establishment and will keep on telling others of how horrible you all are.

Next time Ill be back with my friends. It has a cool feel to it.

First time orderingNot recommended to anyone!I went for the first time to buy a cake in this place, from the experience I had I do not recommend anyone to buy cake here, the cake that was delivered to me fell apart was too watery and Hera a cake that was not ready to be delivered, I paid $ 350 and they didnt even give me a penni. I really tell you from my heart that it does not happen to you, do not buy here as customers we are not valued

I have been a couple of times and now I understand why I am not going to this place. A week ago I went and asked for a banana split, they told me they couldnt sell it to me because they didnt have containers. I told him to put it where they are going to put in some tostilocos that he had ordered. The girl said no because they wouldnt let her and scold her. It bothered me, apart my tostilocos did not bring jimaca and I told him. I said they didnt have jicama. I wonder: because that if they allow them to sell and they didnt even ask me if I wanted them without jicama. They have been the worst tostilocos I have ever eaten. I do not recommend this place
