Good customer service and clean store! The flavors here are always a hit! They keep trying new things with cookies etc, but I prefer their ice cream by itself 👍

Don’t waste your time is your are a driver. They will all purposely just waste your time and act like you never came in. I was patient just standing next to the counter just waiting for them to finish up their important conversation. As a soon as someone else walks in they spring into action and help them while never acknowledging myself there blacklist

On June 4th my daughter ordered a ice cream cake on the internet for the 5th of June. When she got there they told her that her order was lost. The only thing left was a pie, so we took it, no compensation for there mistake. I believe they should of givin us a coupon or at least given the pie free as it was there mistake. I later found out they are new owners, dont think that would of happened with the previous owners. So we were very upset with there attude.

I took my girlfriend here because she wanted a milkshake & a pint of ice cream. We got here 5 minutes before closing time & they gladly helped us. Good service friendly staff. Well definitely be here again if we want some ice cream.

Before I took a step inside I was told there was no dogs allowed in a very rude tone she didnt even bother to ask if it was a service dog which he is bt i felt humiliated and disappointed

Holy moly they have freezes!! Ever since the mass chain Fosters Freeze started closing locations in the 80s a little part of my childhood has left me until today.... Today was hot and the wife Sked for an ice cream while she waited at the optometrist.. Absolutely is my typical reply so I walked next door and peeped the menu. All I saw on the whole board was PESPSI FREEZE! Could have said cow dung on the rest and I wouldnt have noticed. Yes! I screamed as I felt my happy light coming back! Oh, the little things in life... Feel so blessed.Thx TEAM B&R!

THIS FRANCHISE MAKES FUN OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. The owner of this store, Christopher Smith, is an incredibly, astoundingly rude individual. He mocked my disability and made fun of people with mental health disabilities. I plead with you to choose another Baskin Robbins or Cold Stone; lets support business owners who treat people with respect.

Young blonde could barely get a scoop for my sundae. At $5.00 for a 2 scoop sundae i want a full bowl. Then when i asked for hot fudge on my gold medal ribbon and pineapple on my cherries jubilee she said that would be extra. When are people going to realize the corporation can afford to make customers happy. The next time i stop here i will refuse to be served by her.

Good ice cream, friendly staff, but not enough space if there are a lot of customers.

Its located on the OUTSIDE of the mall in case people have a hard time finding it. But, friendly staff and more flavors to choose than time you will have to pick!

I came here with my daughter for frozen yogurt, but since they did not have any, we decided to have the vanilla ice cream. We misunderstood the employee when she said that they had vanilla. We assumed vanilla ice cream but she gave us fat free vanilla frozen yogurt. We didnt realize the mixup until after we had paid and tasted our orders. We returned to see if we could get them replaced. The young Asian employee insisted that it was our fault and that she had been clear. It wasnt a matter of right or wrong but a simple misunderstanding. She offered to replace them after she had proved us wrong. Dissatisfied with the service, we left and threw our ice creams away. We would have been fine with paying for another order but after the horrible customer service we were no longer interested. I hope she/they are trained properly in customer service in the future.

I firmly believe that your store can stay open til midnight on weekends like Friday and Saturdays. People will enjoy those treats during sizzly hot weather nights.

I dont hate Baskin-Robbins as a whole just the one at Coddingtown when took my son there for a Birthday and got the worst service the ice cream Is alright but the service makes it not worth it.

New owner is very friendly and offers samples if you arent sure what you want.
