Was amazing. Unfortunately I live closer to the easy coast and rarely get this treat. Double double animal style, with fries, and peppers is the perfect combo. The prices have really skyrocketed since I last had them, but still well worth it.Their cheese is quite tasty. The meat is well seasoned. Everything about it was what I was looking for. Restaurant was very clean and well kept, even during a rush. Drive-thru line was extremely long, but to be expected of an in-n-out. Well met In-n-Out!

I totally believe in in and out they are not socialist and they believe in the American way I loved it when they told the the viruses is a political theyre running a business and theyll run at the way they want I went there the next day and eight I was so impressed.

The hamburger is too salty. Good for everyone who has a low blood pressure.

What a busy Spot. I am a patience person but in my last visit even do I went inside to order it took about 40 minutes for my food to be ready. It was around 8 pm. Have being there many times over and is always busy but not crazy as this time. The crew were cranking and making the best they could. What a Great operation and team work. Kudos for a such a well lubed organization.

This place us usually pretty but Went in around 3:30pm and did not had to wait 30 minutes 😳. Friendly and hot food.

Just went to this place and my food sat on the counter for 8mins and when they do give me my food it was cold workers need to have better customer service!

I swear I ordered extra lettuce and they always fail to give me what I ask. And I asked for spread on my fries but I swear these workers are just so bad at listening and doing their job. I used to work at the Rohnert Park in n out and I know it doesn’t take much to add spread in the slightest. Your wasting your time here, go to the Rohnert park one so much better quality

The only thing that can be said about In and Out Burger is that it is Hallowed Ground. It isnt really fast food is it? Somehow we managed to rationalize that their food is healthier. Ergo In and Out Burger is a brilliant contemporary manifestation of the human capacity for self-delusion. Oh and man is the food good....

All my friends from the west coast said I had to try and In-N-Out burger when I visited and tbh I was severely disappointed. For the price of 2 it was priced really well for what we would normally get on the east coast and portion wise. To me this seemed similar to a McDonalds but the fries were not near as good. Overall disappointing. I guess I had my hopes up for something better than Five Guys. Probably wont eat here again.

Takes a little while to get order... average 7-12 minutes. But thats okay, I guess perfection is worth the wait. Especially since the food is fresh, hot & tasty. That first bite was worth the stop.

INO is always good. This location is exceptional! Burgers were perfect. The man collecting trash in the parking lot, and the outside order-taker were both very helpful in navigating parking with a trailer in their crowded lot. Great experience!

The Chocolate Shakes are more like Vanilla Shakes! It had some chocolate but you could hardly tell I had ordered a chocolate shake! It was also way too thick to be a shake!Why has food quality gone way down in the fast food industry? I rather have quality than quantity! I can wait a few minutes longer for good food especially for how much we are paying for it now days!

This guys are working really hard, but well coordinated! There was quite a crowd at 4:30PM on Friday, and they were just efficient!Food Excellent as you have come to expect from In-n-out.

Where do I begin? Well I suppose with the cons right, well depending on time of day most likely there will be a long line but thats the only bad thing my friends now let me share with you the experience that is the burger. Have you ever wanted to to to be taken to a place of pure joy and and love with a dash of excitement with every bite? Well look no further I can promise you that if you order the fries animal style (I prefer no grilled onions) you can be expected to be disappointed.. disappointed at every other restaurants/fast food fries nothing comes close enough. I also recommend the 3x3 extra lettuce.

Amazingly delicious food! There Shakes are soo yummy.. Fresh hot fries fresh hot food simple and very very affordable menu. Go check them out very close to freeway exsits and entrances south and north ... :)

What is there not to love about In-N-Out? Their simple, fresh, made to order menu is what burger lover dreams are made of. Get into the know with their secret menu items like animal style and protein style. I only wish they had these in Portland, Oregon...

Honestly have always been impressed with this place. This particular store almost always has long lines, but they are fast and friendly. You never wait too long.

Never had a bad experience here. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. This particular location has a full time dining room person - Dave - who goes out of his way to make sure you have a great experience. The only downside is the parking, which can be stressful during busy hours; it seems that all In-N-Out burgers have the smallest parking lots.

Love In-N-Out! Just as delicious as when I was a kid! Friendly staff, clean environment and fast service. Parking isnt the greatest, but thats the only real downside.

The best flying Dutchman if u are doing the carnivore diet. Recommend with caramelized onions.

This is a solid location for the franchise. I always find the fries to be underdone for my taste, but I recently got a tip to order them well done. Much better! Also, ask for fried onions.Definitely makes for a satisfying meal after a day of wine tasting!

Fast service. Food was good as usual. Seating inside was significantly limited due to continued COVID regulations so had to go eat in our car. We were wanting to stretch out a bit while on a road trip but the inside was full.

Im a Tampa girl so this was my 1st time having In-N-Out. My bf who used to live in Petaluma raves about it. The service was quick and the food was hot. The burger is a cross bedwetting a big Mac, having something similar to Mac sauce on it, and a double whopper since it had lettuce, tomato & onion on it. The burger was delicious! Im not really a fan of their fries though, so I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I have never had a bad experience at this location, having been here (probably) dozens of times. The food is always consistent and quality. Wait times are consistently 20ish minutes in the drive-thru when busy, mostly in the evening hours!

Im not your typical Californian. I dont swoon at the thought of In and Out. But my hubby loves it. We go once in a great while. We live hours away from one, so since we were in Santa Rosa, I thought wed have this for dinner.At almost 8 PM on A Wednesday, it was a typical In and Out experience. Line around the building, out into the road. There must have been 30 cars at least, in front of us. I was convinced we would be there an hour.The line moved surprisingly fast. We were literally in and out. Haha. Maybe 15 minutes to get through. There was a guy out there taking orders, so it would be ready when you got there.I got the double double animal style. Yum! Extra everything. With grilled onions. It was delish. Actually better than I remember. I got animal fries, which has sauce, grilled onion and cheese. So good! And a large coke.Hubby got a double single. (Double meat, single cheese). With regular fries, and a root beer. We scarfed it down. It was pretty darn good.We asked for no tomato on my hubbys, because if he eats any seeds, it can make him really sick. But, they put tomato. We also asked for a handful of sauce packets. The guy handed us one. Haha. They must take it out of his pay or something.It was a great meal. Yummy.

Their burgers are pretty good and hecka cheap but the drive thru lines get kinda ridic. Pretty typical for in n out... It has its own left turn lane out on the street that backs up into the intersection a block away. Ya might want to park down the street and walk in.

Two double doubles Animal Style are all we need for a balaced nutitional meal fo the day. The rest of the day is easy with protein drinks and veggies.

Im from the south and this was my first time trying In-N-Out, I wasnt honestly impressed. I thought the food was decent but didnt warrant all the hype ive heard for years. Maybe I just tried the wrong location? Will definitely be open to trying agin though to make sure this wasnt a fluke experience.

Super long line with a pretty short wait. I mean In n out just knows how to do it. And our orders were accurate. I never have a complaint about this place. Everytime we travel we stop in. Always tastes fresh and delicious with friendly and professional service.

Thankfully they have some seating inside because the drive-thru line is always so long. Friendly service and consistently delicious food on the run.
