Always have very nice staff members who are willing to help find either the perfect decor or jewelry and answers all your questions. The only trouble Ive ever had is trying to use my rewards at checkout without the physical card. For some reason sometimes they can find my account and other times they cant So not sure if Thats because of their system or just seasonal employees but they always have very unique and great holiday themes!

Love this place! Lots of cute items for gifting and finding toys for yourself. The place sparkles with seasonal ornaments and ambiance, the staff is friendly and helpful, its a bit high end but I dont know any girls that dont live going through high end stuff especially when its on sale. Lots of parking right outside the front door. And theres a SEES candy store 2 doors down for a visit after you shop. Theres a public bathroom within the Montgomery Village should you need one. Fun at Christmas, New Years and Easter.

I have loved this place since it started at Coddingtown many years ago. Beautiful things that you cant find just anywhere! The employees were so helpful and it was a lovely holiday shopping experience.

I loved that they honored my birtday gift certifiacte after expiration date because I was unable to redeem on time due to evacuation. Staff are friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Their items are always great for birthday gifts. Their gift wrapping is so pretty and professionally done.

Love this store. Excellent selection of home decor gifts, clothing, and accessories. Love all the lines that they carry. The staff goes above and beyond. They really know their merchandise, are so helpful, and great at making suggestions for that special someone. We live four hours away and we always make a stop at the Duck when we are in town. The staff and store really make for a great shopping experience, whether you buy something or not.

The service here was frankly incredible. The staff were friendly, they engaged in fun conversation that wasnt related to making a sale, and they went above and beyond in helping me choose what I wanted to buy. Perhaps the people there are different than the other reviews because its so close to xmas? Regardless, I had a great experience with them.As for the stock: they had items ranging from hundreds of dollars down to a few bucks, which is great for me. I found some really cool stuff and I was NOT expecting that at all, since I went with my mom. Im a 28 year old who is really into tech and the majority of the items were mostly sentimental, and yet I found something!All in all Im really happy with my visit :)

I recently came in to buy a pandora bead to add to my bracelet for my birthday. The sales associate took the time to show me pieces and made sure I was happy with what I picked out. The Classic Duck never disappoints! I love buying gifts for friends, Christmas ornaments and so much more! The sales staff has always been so accomadating. I like to go in seasonally and see all the new products they bring in and the way they are so beautifully displayed. Inspiring for sure!

Check what you buy. Shopped there on a visit from out of state. Purchased an unusual Christmas ornament. After traveling a couple hundred miles away, I got it out to wrap as a gift and found that although it was sealed in a shipping box, there was no packing. Had I shipped it without checking, it would never have arrived in one piece. But that didnt really matter because what they sold me was defective and never worked to begin with. $30 is not a lot of money, but enough I would have returned it if I had still been close enough to do so. Make sure you check what you buy from them.

Staff can be very overwhelming by coming to you every 2 minutes to ask if you need any help. They made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. I had planned on getting more gifts but had to cut my shopping short due to the frequent questions and staff demanding they take items away from my hands.

I had another successful experience at my favorite gift store! I would recommend the Classic Duck to anyone for a unique gift.

So disappointed by the staff. We were being helped by a very helpful sales person. Before we were finished she was sent on break. From there there out visit soured.I just left the store with my sister in law who was visiting from out of town. We both purchased jewelry items over $100 and were treated less than nice.The cashier helping my guest must have been having a bad day. She had quite the attitude. When we left the store my husband mentioned that this was not the first time attitude was an issue at The Duck. Nice store but not very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store is very busy during the holidays and could use more staff to open locked cases or check customers out, but other than that there are lots of great gift items in the store and the staff are helpful.

Really should have been better service. My wife returned $90 worth of the junk they sell but instead of putting the $90 back on her debit card because of no cash refunds she was charged another $90. And of course it takes days for it to return to your account. Thank you for making our day steessful
