This is my favorite place to shop! Great quality, prices, availability of products and friendly staff! Products under the house label are rxcellent. Julian is my favorite checker. I have observed him being cheerful and efficient under trying circumstances and crowds on more than one occasion. This young man should rise to management quickly! No, we are not related and I do not know him outside the store.

Good boostie experience, just head to the isle before the last one and get down with your packing. Also no security:)

Its a great store. Some of their products are overpriced. Theres usually one cashier open.

Everyone did there best to stay 6 feet apart and everyone had a mask. The store was clean and the shelves well stocked. Employees were all friendly and helpful and doing something to move people along. Thanks!

The Prices items are higher then Petaluma store.

Worst customer service over the phone. I work for a small business that has purchased $3645 dollars worth of goods from smart and final so far this year. EVERY time I have to set up an order here it is a long and repetitive process. They never call back and I always have to call at least three times to get the order actually placed and processed. I understand that because we buy in bulk their warehouse may not have enough in stock and it may take some time. However the communication is awful. I have to repeat my explanation to at least three people every time I call. They put me on hold and a new person answers and I have to do it all over again. Nobody seems to be familiar with my orders in the slightest. I called today to make another order spoke with three people as usual. Finally, once someone took my order - she hung up on me mid sentence when asking a question.

Meat quality is very low, on average prices are higher, however the sales are worth the trip.. just not an everyday store

Such a lousy store, stuff in aisles making it hard to pass another cart, very little on the shelf with very few options, dirty and not enough checkers. I usually shop at the one in the next town that is much nicer, fully stocked and cleaner. I will never shop in this store again.

Good place for basic food service supplies and some for your home use as well. It is part of the same company as Cash-n-Carry not far down the road. It has good prices and decent selection for what it has. It is by no means a good grocery store alternative, but has a lot of things. The staff have been fine over the few years it has been open.

It is a pleasent enough experience given what it is. Staff seem friendly and helpful the times I have shopped.

Were new to shopping at S&F. The store is so very much more than the restaurant supply outlet it used to be. Prices are on the low side of chain stores like Lucky and Safeway. Fruit and vegetable options are good. Meat choices as well. Plenty of parking in the Petco, Bed Bath and etc. shopping center.

I love smart & Final! Im from Los Angeles and we have them in every city, sometimes even two in the same city. I was so over joyed to hear that, the smart & Final will be open one in Santa Rosa! Were so blessed, the prices are wonderful and the workers are kind and sweet!

Half normal grocery store & half bulk buy store. Usually can find what I need when places dont have it.

I found Raid fly spray here in the blue can here..have not been able to find the blue can at none of the other major stores..

Not as expansive as your major supermarket chains. But, its what works for me. And with excellent prices, great meat selection, an all around cleanliness an service, its worth driving across town for my big shopping days.

Going at different times and days can give different results. Some days you will have great selections in the vegetable and bread sections, other days you may find it hard to come up with many popular items.The main focus are basic items in family sizes and resale or restaurant sizes. If you need vitamins, a special size diaper, or a cold medicine you will be out of luck.Most of the time there are 2 checkers, be prepared for a long check out if you have more than 10 items. One lane is dedicated to 10 items or less and is always open.

Underrated spot -- very good prices, especially if you buy in bulk. This is the only chain Ive seen that sells sugar free blue Rockstars in 24 packs. Good people as well that keep the store and area clean.

Its a grocery store that also has bulk items so if youre throwing a party or event you can pick up some items without a membership. Their sister store Cash & Carry is also great for those large events as they cater towards restaurants and delis.

Store is OK they just did not have what I was looking for

My cashier was not very friendly and bagged my groceries terrible. Soft fruit on the bottom of the bag, with heavy items on top. I had to rearrange at my car. I will say normally cashiers are friendly.

Everytime I come in this store I get frustrated. The aisles are so long and have so many items on there it is hard to navigate and see where things are according to the signs above the aisles. Good luck getting anything on a quick trip. Even if you can find what you need, the checkout lines are always very long. The express lane is usually congested with people with very full carts and there is no regulation by store staff. I recommend going up the street to Target.

This place beats most prices when buying in bulk or regular size products. meat priced at very reasonable amount. I highly recommend that each and every human being to at least go in and look. I guarantee when you leave you are bringing at least one item if not several with you....

False advertising on Pepsi products. Buy 4 cases or more for $2.99 per case (regular price $5.49) but then in small writings at bottom of price tag says $25 minimum purchase of what ???Majority (more than 70%) of customers at this store are Hispanics and taking advantage of them.Most of vegetables and fruits are looks good but taste bad (where are they getting their produce) and meats as well.Ive been shopping at this store for past 3-1/2 years but no more Stupid & Final, now on shop at Safeways and Raleys have fresh good quality produce and meats.

The only reason we shop here at all is because its right across the street from where we live. The employees are rude,every time we go in there is someone in the 15 items or less line with like a hundred things.Employees rarely even say hi when you go to check out. Its pretty unbelievable that they stay in business

I just walked to this location and it was closed when I got there. This store closes at 10pm, not 11pm, please update. Aside from that, I love this store. The staff is friendly and I always find what I need.

This place took money from my debit card without my permission and would have continued to do so every month if I hadnt caught them and stopped it. then they wanted to fight with me about giving my money back until I threatened them with a call to the better business bureau.

Some of the cashiers should have a better attitude or have a happier attitude because it looks like theyre depressed.

By far the worst grocery store in the bay. Prices are higher then foodmax, store is always understaffed, and even the management doesnt care. Gave the store five chances, five times it failed me. Poor selection, prices, service. Only good thing is location, but save money and get what you want by going to any other store. Its worth the drive. I am amazed this place is still in business!

The employees are so kind and they will help you find something if you ask them and they stay with you until your item is found

Great place to find most things like basic bulk party supplies from packaged food to serveware at reasonable prices.

Very nice today, although it is pretty crowded most of the time and not enough checkers at those times.everything is easy to locate with the over isle signs.new refrigeraters are nice, I think it will save energy and keep things colder. Nice enprovement.
