Savion gave me the professional courtesy that should exist in every customer service interaction with a consumer. I was so impressed by the experience I had with him during my transaction, I knew I had to leave a review. Right away he greeted me sincerely and listened to my concerns & long winded story. He patiently heard me out, then immediately conveyed to me he understood the issue and had empathy for the inconvenience I incurred and would resolve it right then and there. He corrected an incorrect charge from a previous transaction while helping me make a new purchase. He also went the extra mile (by showing he sincerely cares and was listening to my long story) by making recommendations of items I didnt think about but were necessary for my tasks ahead of me (that I mentioned). All in all, I left with all the things I needed, saving me a trip, but also resolving my incorrect transaction from before all while showing sincere concern & customer service skills. Im glad he was there that day and time I came in. I like Harbor Freight for the great price quality products but now I have a new appreciation for the place. Above and beyond, that dude is quality. Clean and well organized! This was my Grandpas favorite place to go for his tools and things and the coupons, oh boy did he love the coupons! Our family still shops here as they still have good prices for decent made items.

If you cant afford those nice tools. Come here and buy 2 and still have $ left over!And in 2 days when you break one youll still have 1.

Had a horrible experience here. Purchased 2 hoses...one was defective. Tried to take it back. Andrew the clerk was a total jerk. I recommend avoiding this place. Poor product, poor service and nasty people.

Harbor freight is the ultimate discount tool and construction related supply store. Most basic equip. Is in stock and warranties keep the quality of the tools acceptable in the short term.

Great prices but the quality of the tools is not the greatest And they have been getting pricier And pricier layely.

I love shopping at Habor Freight, I just bought some tools I really needed to fix some items around my home. Its a great spot to shop if all you need is tools to fix a problem or buy something like safety glasses to protect your eyes. They have a large collection of tools electric and manual to help you fix, cut, sad, or paint whatever you may be working on.

Loved Harbor Freight. Good prices for decent made items. Bought a 17 Hercules tool bag, as well made as a Milwaukee bag for half the price. They sure look the same also. I have both. I bought a few other items that amazon doesnt beat the prices on. Shop around folks, its fun for us tool hounds and will save you more a few bucks.

Friendly staff, quick service and the store is pretty clean.

I went to get a tool and no one said hello, no greetings or asked if I needed help. They also have no handicap access or electric carts for anyone who needs assistance. Their isles are very small, not easily accessable.

Its a Harbor Freight. They are pretty much the same all over. They have some good prices on things you might find elsewhere for a lot more. My only complaint is that more often than not you have to stand in line for ten or 15 minutes to buy or return something. The line was clear to the back of the store today at 2:30. Seems like they need more cashiers or something.

Clean store and great knowledgeable staff, they just seem understaffed at times.

They have a lot of tools amongst other items at good, and sometimes wow low prices, but sometimes cheap isnt just a Low price.

This of course is a discount tool store. They gave tremendous deals and are always very busy. Not all items are a good buy. Research before buying higher priced electrical tools!Paying more somewhere else may be better than some items here.. You know the old saying you get what you pay for.

Good deals. Remember to bring your coupons, they no longer have them in store .

Better for hardware and tools thay the big bix store and better prices as well. The one knock is the longer lines and checkout wait. Still worth it.

Pretty good size store compared to their old location down the street on piner but still small compared to other harbor freight locations. Always seem understaffed even with the checkers fully manned the line is down the center aisle to the back of the store

At Santa Rosa store, theyre selling Atlas yard equipment but have not had the batteries for weeks now. I had to go to the Fairfield store to purchase an Atlas 80v battery.

Excellent pricing on tools! Same made in China (quality has greatly improved over last 25years) everybody else has at good prices. Make sure you compare ad price/coupon discount with register tape!! Multiple prices on same items! Watch for this! Only buy what is on deep discount. Watch for lower prices after you buy. Get the difference refunded.As a matter of politics I cannot believe the Chinese are not dumping, a practice where goods are sold at less than cost to undercut the U.S. manufacturing economy. You cannot convince me a 3/8 18v driver/drill can be made/shipped/sold with battery & charger for $19.95 at a profit to the maker. The Chinese government is doing this deliberately to get U.S. citizens addicted to cheap goods and create an imbalance in trade. What may not be done by military action may be done by trade. Buy American, support U.S. industry & good paying jobs HERE!!

Good prices of course, but if you want/need assistance, dont go when theyre busy. The quality is about what youd expect for items half the cost of name brands. That means its great for getting started on a budget, emergencies, or items that perform the same no matter the cost. Steel wool or zip ties, for example, dont need to be top of the line quality most of the time. Selection is decent for a place this size, maybe 10 or 12000 square feet. Clean and orderly.

Not too busy. Friendly cashiers and enough floor staff to answer questions. Masks are required. I didnt see any sanitizing going on, but perhaps they did.

I shop here frequently and all the employee are always super helpful. Recently I went in to buy a hitch adapter and Tim was super helpful. He made sure that I got the right adapter and pin. I was able to get my bike rack on my SUV later that day and thanks to him.
