Ive been denied my hearing aids for 2 years Kaiser said my hearing loss was too profound so I found out what I had to do to go to an outside hearing place! I saw these people advertised on Facebook! How to help tinnitus! What a wonderful doctor greet you at the door and takes you back to your office herself! Anyway due to the kind of hearing loss I have they make their making me a special hearing aids! Thank you so much hey giving me a chance of hearing again! For 2 years I struggled with severe tinnitus! Some days having to hold my head because my ear is ringing so loud it hurts! If you get denied by any place my hearing aids are other things you can take the denial letter to connect hearing or whatever your needs are and they can send it into med a Cal they submit the request in medical usually says its okay! Thank you very much youre not cheering for giving me a chance of having some normality in my life again! God bless you little doctor and all of you in the office for being so sweet

Marina and Janet were both professional and very friendly and helpful. Marina worked with me to get the best fit and price for my hearing aids. I am so pleased with them and happy I made the investment prior to a visit with my grandsons and family. My youngest son, when learning that I had made the leap, said it was a good thing because “it had become noticeable”, my being hard of hearing. I am able to hear my 5 year old grandson when he whispers and my daughter-in-law told me that I am not asking her to repeat herself all the time. So happy that I found Marina, as I feel like I have made a new friend and one who cares about my hearing!

I can not thank the people at the Santa Rosa office .They are wonderful, I have profound hearing loss .Rt ear they call a dead ear, from a child hood illness..The cross over helped me hear again ..Any time i have an issue they get me rt in ..Thank You Sin..CBrew
