I don’t think I could give a higher rating to Kenwood hearing. I worked primarily with Adam who was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with the challenge of finding the proper hearing aids to meet my particular hearing deficit and sensitivity. We tried six different pairs of hearing aids from at least four different makers before we hit on the correct set. The process took about a year. Adam was endlessly patient. I’m very happy with the result. Not only was Adam very professional and careful in regards to my needs, but the support staff at Kenwood hearing is equally kind and professional.

To be honest, I was a bit worried about taking my Mom to get her hearing tested. She definitely need new hearing aids, as she had lost them. But my Mom was working through after effects of a stroke while battling dementia. We met with Adam Jasa at Kenwood Hearing Center, and he showed amazing patience and empathy. Hell, we even had a little fun in the process. Of course, I cannot vouch for every Kenwood location, but Adam and the team in Santa Rosa were fantastic.

I am so glad I learned about Kenwood Hearing Centers! They are honest and fair and best of all, I was allowed to try out the hearing aids before buying them to make sure they were comfortable and worked for me. They even offer a leasing program! You wont find a better place for your hearing needs.

I must have gone their 7 times before we got the right fit. The whole office made me very comfortable and there was no pressure whatsoever. Adam Is such a great resource for hearing. I found him when my hearing aid had stopped working effectively for me. He fixed and cleaned it for me without charge. I recommended him to my mother and he set her up with the best for her hearing aids and walked her through weeks and weeks of her getting used to them. Two years later I returned to get a new set of hearing aids and really love the ones I got. Kenwood Audiology has been wonderful. A friend recommended them to me and I wasnt disappointed. I have just recently discovered a hearing loss in my right ear. Adam at Kenwood introduced me to 2 products before I picked one. No one rushed me to make a decision and the process was easy. By the time I selected my hearing aid I felt very educated about my hearing loss and the product I selected. The cost and selection were also competitive.

I went to this office for a workmans comp claims. These people took care of everything for me and the workmans comp is not easy to work with. I am very grateful to them.

I have had a wonderful experience dealing with Kenwood Hearing Center’s audiologist Russ. I have worn hearing aids for many years and left my previous audiologist because of poor service. This office is far superior to anything I previously experienced. Russ was even so kind as to make a “house call” in order to help me with the tv/hearing aid setup. They are the best in all respects.

A blessing in disguise. While on vacation I lost my hearing aids. So I called around and found Kenwood Hearing Center. Kathy ansered the phone as was so helpful and friendly we made an appointment. Adam was wonderful. After testing our hearingloss we were fitted with hearing aids. I could not believe the improvement. Myhusband Richard has a big hearing problem and he was able to hear things that hehad not heard in a long while.You cant beat the service that Kathy and Adam render. It has been a complete pleasure working with Kenwood Hearing Center, 1421 Guerneville Rd, Santa Rosa! I am a first-time hearing aid user and had a referral to KHC from a friend who mentioned she felt it was worth it (for a variety of reasons) to use KHC rather than Costco, even though Costco could possibly be less expensive. Adam Jasa at KHC made the process completely comfortable. His skill, kindness and intention to make my process successful was obvious. Being able to feel free to try out (without being rushed) various hearing aids—different brands, different features & price points—was so important, as well as being able to exchange the aid if after purchasing it I felt dissatisfied (which I didn’t). I was freely loaned the hearing aids and the device to hear the tv through the aids and felt I had everything I needed to make a decision. And having made a purchase, I love that I am able to pay for the aids over 1 year interest free. That works! KHC staff & offices are so professional but offer a warm and comfortable atmosphere; parking is convenient. I had several appointments but never minded going—it was easy and actually fun. Surprisingly I ran into more than 1 friend there, as I found out other friends also have gotten their hearing aids there. I’ve had my hearing aids for 2 months now. I am still very pleased and as I was told, I’m increasingly adapting to them and know that will continue as my brain continues to learn to recognize sounds again. The KHC service will continue as they offer free ongoing check-up appointments where they will clean the hearing aids & provide any service or advice needed. What a difference this has made in my life! I am no longer missing out on what people are saying—especially in small groups. I’m no longer the one asking people to repeat what they said. I no longer have anxiety in my professional life that I won’t catch what is being said and not be able to participate appropriately. Even in noisy environments I can hear. Hearing is my new normal and I highly recommend it!

Every one in the office is very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them. Plus, cookies in the waiting room!2021 update:Once again Kenwood Hearing did a great job for me. Adam let me know about the new models of heating g aids that were available and sent me home with one to try out. He also advised me on how to hook up the TV adapter to accommodate the amplifier and surround sound system. The people in the back office were champions. Patiently working with my insurance company to get the maximum coverage for me, a process which took at least a couple of months.I highly recommend everyone at Kenwood Hearing.
