One of the best ice cream. Beautifully served.

Super cute spot, everything looked so good it took all my self control to only pick up the Pecan Pie I ordered. Speaking of that pie, it was not only the best pecan pie Ive ever bought, but quite possibly the best pie Ive ever bought. It was without question as good as the best homemade pies Ive ever had and certainly better than plenty of them haha. I cant wait to go back and try their ice cream and other pie flavors!

You should have the 🍓🫐 pie a la mode with the vanilla bean ice cream. It was amazing. Make sure not to dig too hard into the pie and get a mouthful of paper. You should also have the smores mud pie a la mode with home made Oreo ice cream. Good size portions and these are the best of both worlds. Park at a parking meter and use the parking passport app. You will be able to get in and out quick so the rate will be low. Enjoy!!!

Amazing treat boutique! We came here as an invite from a Cannabis company and the house made ice cream was designed around the flavors the cannabis company offered.

Rude staff behind counter, desserts were just okay for how expensive it was. Would not recommend for families and kids.

Last summer I was always happy to get my ice cream at this location but a recent visit has made me never want to step foot in this business again. When I asked a lady who had glasses and really long leg hairs about their soft serve options she rolled her eyes and said with an attitude “it’s not an option” and I immediately felt unwelcome and felt rushed to order a flavor. I also felt that their employees were very unprofessional and it just felt overall dirty to get ice cream from this place would not recommend.

The employees are friendly, the shop is adorable, and there are amazing new flavors for each month! If you havent been here yet, you havent fully lived life.

We were craving ice cream and decided to try out a new place. My SO got a bisket ice cream (?), which was pretty good. I liked it more than the non-oreo oreo ice cream I got, it was yummy for the first few bites but then the salt flavor took over. We also got a Macaron.Update : Went Again, everyone liked their desserts.

Best Ice Cream in town to go in Santa Rosa, as I look forward for them to expand in more areas as well of being creative with new variety of flavors for there stores in the Bay Area. If ever come close to cities like San Rafael and Ross and Sausalito and S.F., Point Richmond and Oakland would be so cool as well of being in Walnut Creek and Alameda to Emeryville and Albany. As I love there Ice Cream there. I think the whole world needs to taste there wonderful Ice Cream.

From my place in SF to Noble Folk is about a 90 minute drive. I live near to many wonderful bakeries and patisseries. I make the trip to Noble Folk more often than Id like to admit. Good enough review?

Food was great! Service was also amazing! Got in and out super quick because of the outdoor menu posted on the window. Although if I had one complaint, it would be that I found two pieces of hair in the Thai Iced Tea Ice Cream. I excused the first one for fear that it may have been my own. It was very short (about an inch long). Much shorter than my own that only reaches to my shoulders but nonetheless I excused it. Then I found a second and knew something was weird since this one was deeply imbedded into the icecream like it was mixed with everything. I almost feel bad for saying anything but its good to be informed on the good and bad about the businesses you enjoy.

Stumbled across this gem after dinner and all I have to say is WOW!! My wife got the Dutch coffee which was incredible, just like a Banoffee cookie! I have been on a coffee ice cream kick this summer and this takes the top prize!! This is a must if you are in the area

I was really disappointed with the customer service here even though I heard great things about their staff. I worked in an ice cream shop as a teenager and regardless of closing procedures, we were never given the authority to tell people (or paying customers) that it was not allowed for them to stand in front of the store, especially if they werent blocking the doorway.Details:We did come in towards closing tonight (Friday night) but we made sure to order quickly. There was another 2 groups of people in there so it was difficult to see the options.The two girls were not very friendly when we asked to taste something and what pies they had left so I decided to go with the young guy to order my ice cream. He was very quick to get what we wanted. We then walked out quickly after paying for our ice cream so they could finish cleaning up. Our group naturally stood outside next to Bollywood, not blocking the door, when we were told by one of the girls that we had to leave the front of the store and that we could not stand there to eat our ice cream. Needless to say, we were all confused.Then the guy came out and was very rude about it and when we asked why we were being asked to move we were told it was because we were going to attract more customers and that they were closed. We all thought they were joking since the sidewalk is public property. The young boy then came out and asked us again and told us that we should have some decency and go across the street to the plaza. Even more confused, we all just took a few steps towards the street but did not think it was necessary to walk into the dark plaza area since we were all still trying to enjoy our dessert.

I have been raving about Noble Folk to my grandparents and finally got the chance to take them on 3/11/19 for ice cream at their location in Healdsburg. We stopped in at around 5:30 pm and right off the bat, the young man that was working there was very unhappy and rude to us. He was not welcoming and was not happy when we asked if my grandmother could sample one of the ice creams. He reluctantly gave my grandmother a sample. When my grandmother asked for a scoop of ice cream in a cup he rolled his eyes and sighed so loudly that she and I were both embarassed, as if she and I had done something wrong! Me, being the positive person that I am and not wanting to sour our wonderful day or hold up the line, did not want to make a scene or draw out the negativity that this young man was putting out. We paid for our ice cream and we even tipped him! Afterwards, my grandmother commented to me about how rude and kind of ... mean, the young man was. She asked if she had done anything wrong to offend him and I told her absolutely not. Although the ice cream was wonderful as always, the experience with this young man was not. I do want to say that although this young man was out of place with his negative attitude, most of the Noble Folk employees are very nice, helpful and happy.
