Terrific service today from Luis! He told me all I needed to know to fix the 35-year-old track lighting in the house we just moved into. I went home and quickly repaired all the problems, so the lights are working like new. He didnt try to sell me anything unless I asked. Ill return to JF for our next lighting need for sure.

Ask for Eugene -- hes terrific. REALLY knows his biz, expert at lamp repairs and at identifying and sourcing rare and unusual light bulbs. Also a very nice guy and gives great service.

They had an incredible selection of different lights. The manager helped us with our selection. We had amazing service there.

What a great find. I had to find a lampshade holder and finial. The salesman helped me pick out the right one. He was helpful, attentive, and tried to help me fix the broken one. All in all, I will be back for sure.

No Lowes ACE, Home Depot or any other pshhh. They all did not carry the light we needed.. until referred here. Got the light bulbs we needed and it was cheaper than online! Great customer service too. Thank you so much.

Luis at JF Lighting is fantastic to work with! We ended up at JF after experiencing bad customer service at the Lighting Design Center. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, listened to our requests and gave his own professional direction. For example, we said our coat closet, laundry room, and garage lighting didnt need to be fancy, so he suggested a very simple, cost effective, yet high-output light that was only $15 (whereas the other place was showing us fixtures in the $150+ range). Also, we wanted motion lights on the front of the house, but there are very few nice looking fixtures of that type that come with a built-in motion sensor. The other place basically said Youre stuck with these two choices, neither of which we were really fond of, but Luis suggested adding a stand-alone motion sensor, easily wired to the light, which would open up our choice of fixture to anything we wanted!He got us our quote within a few days, was very quick to respond when we had a question about it, and when we picked up a couple weeks later, all the boxes were already labeled front entry, master bedroom, etc. (So my wife brought her sharpie for nothing, lol.)JFs showroom is smaller (in size) than some other places, but they had a great selection and amazing customer service. I HIGHLY recommended them!
