One Star is to High !!Olga the customer service person for this store should be fired !!Adi the other employee should be sent to a school about customer service and usage of Kinkos equipment.I will explain.I came into the Kinkos Fed Ex Store atA-160 Stony Road in Stony Point Plaza in Santa Rosa California, to get an Orginalsize copy of a document put on a flash drive.I did not want a copy of my original document put on a over sized paper.I know it can be done, I just dont know the Kinkos FedExequipment that well, so I tried to get help.Adi Kinkos customer service employe came over to help, very cold rude attitude, I explained I just wanted original size copy on a flash drive, she put it on a over sized paper.I explained not what I wanted, I was polite and Business oriented.Adi put the copy on the counter, walked over to Olga, the other Kinkos FedEx employee with her Horrible., disrespectful attitude, to get her to help me.Olga did not even look at me, she said to Adi it would be a while, she was helping a customer with multiple packages.I dont get it? Why the attitude?My attitude changed only because how I was treated!But I was still polite !!I was polite, just trying to get help, but both employees has attitude and chips on their shoulders.But I patiently waited for Olga to help.Olga had Adi helped the man with multiple packages, and Olga ignored me, helped a new customer who came in the store.So I patiently waited.When Olga was done with the new computer, she rudely asked me, Can I help you?I explained what I wanted, she was like a rude spoiled child. said NO, NO, NO, NO many times, Olga then said I can make a copy and put it on the flash drive.She did it with her copy machine, then went to customer access machine.I explained what I was in there for again.I was frustrated, because of the horrible attitude and service, but very polite based on how I was treated!!Olga at the customer access machine. said then I cant help you. She walked off and ignored me, as I was asking for help.She is a horrible person, and has no Business working here!Staples Service is much better in this area.I have been to many Kinkos Fed Ex Stores in my professional Business, and this place is off the charts Bad !

Olga was very patient with handling my order. She helped me complete a print order for my grandson . She treated me with courtesy and respect as well with the other customers. I hope she gets a raise and promotion.

Amazing experience here, probably the best FedEx Ive been to. Visited 27 July 2017, 8.30pm, and the staff who worked during this shift deserves much praise! The staff was so helpful and patient with everyone, even with all the silly questions we had, even when the time hit 9.03pm after closing. Outstanding customer service. FedEx please take note of the team who worked during this shift!

This FedEx is more relaxed and less busy than the downtown location. The younger guy who was working at night when I went was pleasant and helpful. Kinda pricey but thats not their fault.

Everyone who works here has always been super helpful and they always ask if I need help. I really like going here for my printing/coping/faxing/shipping needs.

I visited the store on a Friday morning, to fax a document. An employee, a young lady, was putting away supplies in a caninet behind the front counter. I told her I would like a document faxed. She glanced up, and pointed to the fax machines and said theyre there. She returned to putting away the supplies. O walked to the fax machine, entered the document, waited for the machine to begin. After a couple of minutes, a busy signal was heard. The employee offered no assistance, so I took my document and went elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

Dont greet you when you come in Everytime and dont ask you if you need any help with the anything. The employees look like they dont like it there. Odd vibe rather go to a different place

I was pretty surprised by the poor reviews. My business uses this location for most of our printing and shipping needs and the staff here is AWESOME! They are always so helpful and have gone above and beyond for us on a few occassions.

The staff members both looked as though they were depressed or something else? My questions were not answered and I was given innacurate and conflicting information. When I tried to get clarification the answer to my question was it is not that hard. I had to go back to the counter 3 different times, each time getting a different response. I could go on and on but the bottom line is that the employees are incompetent, the service is bad and the way it is set up is the worst I have ever experienced. Perhaps the real question is a management one-Why does Fed-X an international corporation hire sub par people to represent them? Einstein said it this way, the definition of insainity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result . I will not return there! By the way, I work in the field of organizational development. program development and executive coaching.

Beware when using the services at this FedEx. If you have not emailed the business your documents yet, you will need to pay to use their desktops and their awful WiFi.

Clueless. Excuses. Poor internet. Rude. After 1 hour no one could figure out how to ship and return a package to the U.K. I’ll not go here again. It’s pretty much always some problem or other. My local Shipping Station in Forestville could run rings around these guys.

Just went to this place today none of the workers had there mask on properly. An one of the workers had a bad cough an she need to get that checked an not be at work. Hopefully everyone see my post before going.

I went to this satellite store i get special discount and they ripped me off by charging me regular customer price

I am a business owner and I have a location in Santa Rosa near Stoney Point and Sebastopol. I had some items shipped to the Fed Ex center on Stoney Point because I needed to pick up the item locally. Sicne I only spend about three days in Santa Rosa I though it would be no big deal but Fed Ex was late in delivery and I missed it on the last day I was in Santa Rosa. I asked if they would hold it until I got back next week and the woman who runs it said NO! She cold only hold the item 5 days. since it was already enroute I made a special effort to be back in Santa Rosa within the 5 days. So when I walked in the office and asked for my package I was told that it was still there ut they could not give it to me since it had already been scanned for departure and they could not un-scan it it took several calls to FedEx to get them to release my package. I would not recommend this center to anyone: customer service is a foreign concept there!!!! If you value your sanity stay away from this FedEx office!

They would not ship my laptop because it had a battery, So now I am wondering how equipment with batteries gets from Amazon gets to my house via Fedex.
