Super helpful employees in this store - from the printing services to the cashiers to the staff walking around. Theres most the things you would expect in a Staples or office supply store - business supplies, stationery, school stuff, electronics, and a furniture area with comfy work chairs. Im happy this place still exists as some office places like Office Depot/Maxs have been shutting down. Thanks for being in business!

I had a great experience in this store. As I was wandering around aimlessly looking at the shiny pens and binders, an employee asked me if there was something specific I was looking for. I described (terribly) this portfolio thingy with rings that hold the pages together. She translated that into a coherent product, and walked me over to the Staples ARC System aisle.To promote social distancing and safety, they have one-way stickers on the aisles. Unlike Safeway, the customers here actually adhere to the one-way request.

I got what I needed with out any complaint, no people not bad Interactions with the staff, I love that they take Google pay and apple pay.

The people in the copy and print center were amazing, professional, and went above and beyond just helping me. While waiting, I observed them providing this same level of service to everyone they encountered. Thank you for making this an excellent service experience for everyone!

Killer service! In town due to an event locally and needed to print off my tickets. When I called the gentleman on the phone gave me AMAZING instructions about sending my needed print to stamoles@printme. Gives you a code. Go into self service and enter. Bam! You are ready to print. Would highly recommend.

I called into Staples needing a large last minute print job for a project. Larisa was extremely helpful and did her very best to get the job done. Could not be more happy given the tight time constraints. Multiple other print shops were unable to handle the task.

I went in to use a coupon today for printing and visited Kevin the Manager of the printing. He was super helpful, professional, and kind to me and everyone else. He seems to enjoy his job. Cant wait for my materials!

Its been YEARS since Ive experienced this level of quality customer service! Ive shopped there before plenty of times and while I was always treated well, whoever is running things now has really done an incredible job at getting the employees to show genuine customer appreciation.

Of the Big 3 (Staples, Office Depot and Best Buy), I like Staples the best. The store and the shelves are really well laid out. Someone came to help me almost immediately. Store personnel thanked me for coming as I left - without having bought anything. The salesperson was pretty knowledgeable and pointed out things I needed to know (like when the sale was over!). The place is clean and bright and the salespeople seem to know their products and genuinely like and value their customers. Only reason I rated them 4 stars is because their prices tend to be slightly higher than Office Depots.

Sonoma county gov website indicates this staples is an eWaste recycling center - I called and an employee said I could bring my old tv in no problem. Then the manager chimed on the convo and mentioned I couldn’t bring it in and to go to a recycling center instead. Lazy manager efforts and bad business. Won’t shop here

Staples appears more organized and well-stocked; no doubt due to the fact that they cater more to larger enterprise clients. While most retail store staff are friendly, staff here are more professionally trained.

Wanted a 12-pack of yellow perforated writing pads. They had it. We got it. Sometimes shopping is very simple and not worthy of a lengthy, gushy review.

The day time manager is unprofessional saying jesus christ when i am being specific as to what i need AFTER i called to make sure they had it and they said they did. You will be better off going anywhere else

Bought a desk online. Arrived damaged. Took one month, several chats and several phone calls for them to pick it back up. Had to contact corporate office in FL and write the BBB for assistance. Said they would credit my account additional $75.00 for the hassel. no such credit and no return phone calls. Only one star because I cant give a ZERO due to the app.

Went in to use the print center. The card reader on the machines are broken, while the staff is unhelpful and easily overwhelmed. It takes forever to get in and out for a simple print. I also had a booklet created and the staff was extremely disappointing. I was explicit I needed it on time, and it came in a day late. Terrible customer service.

Not my favorite office supply store, but it is just fine. I shop here on occasion, but can often get what I need at stores I prefer for the same, or less money.

Returning a case of copy paper today. In Store Ad states $21.95 after easy rebate. I did not see any other price posted, was floored when I got home and discovered that the paper was $53.95. Yes, there is a $32 rebate. HOWEVER, I live on Social Security. I CANNOT allow some company to beg, steal or borrow $32 from my grocery money for a time period of 4 to 8 weeks. This is the worst case of deceptive advertising that I have been involved in for several years.I will be shopping at Office Depot in the future.

Ehhhh over priced but a good selection of office products.

The worst. I went through a TON of hassle trying to remember my username and password on their stupid website just to send a doc over to have it printed for a business meeting we have today. I finally just created a new account out of frustration.So I uploaded my docs to have them printed within a few hours (which theyve done in the past) and its trying to charge me an extra $5 just to have 12 copies of a 2-page doc printed today.ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!Let me get this straight:-You are an office supply store with dozens of copiers-You force people to jump through 10 hoops before printing-You make them pay online-Then when they do ALL THAT, you want to charge them extra for doing the work you advertise?CRAZY. I cant believe a business can be so insensitive to their customers.Well, I guess Im off to the UPSStore, where all I have to do is send them my doc and they print it beautifully right away. Is that so hard?

I would say do not go to this store because theyre really rude and also really disrespectful and also you can buy all those things that are in Staples at Walmart and its much more cheaper

Went in today and paid over $50 for a printer cartridge and still my laser printer says toner low. Called store to ask next steps and they were very unhelpful and said just buy a new printer. They dont do any work on printers. Not a store Id ever go back to and advise you to not go there either
