Great customer service - after a handful of trips, it was apparent I no idea what I was doing. Since I had the cabinet door with me, they showed me with their demo tools how to - sand, prime and paint.All them employees are positive, helpful and knowledgeable. It’s refreshing to see people who enjoy what they do and do it well.Thanks SPC!

Terrible customer service. My painter sent me there to purchase paint for my project. My painter informed me that he had an account there and ask the store to extend his discount. They refused unless they spoke to the painter. I left and returned in a few hours. They had not spoken directly to the painter so again they would not extend my painters discount. Probably more importantly they never offered any discount. Unfortunately they matched a color so I was stuck doing business with them. I have purchased and sold 5 houses over the years. Purchased a lot of paint. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service. Stunning. All I can say is I will never be back. There are plenty of other options out there.
