GTM has the weirdest stuff! You never know what you will find. Im a preschool teacher, so I find interesting items for children to use or create with as well as furniture, appliances, storage and holiday decorations. I cant go too often because it takes some time to treasure hunt and I find and spend more than I expect every time! But the quality is good and Im always excited about my purchases.

I purchased 4 plant based Sweet earth Mindful Chikin dinner. Sign said 4 for $1:00 I was charged $1 each. The management was helpful and kind but the person checking may not had felt well, not helpful upon my asking. I spent a lot and was happy with merchandise. I’m not sure that I was chg correctly for all the other items Never had this experience before.

The store can get crowded fast. Theres so many great deals. The staff was pleasant and hard working but took the time to answer my questions. The check out line can become overwhelming but the cashiers were fast and efficient. Thanks

Each time you come, it’s almost a game of what goodies you will find. Come for something specific, which they didn’t have but left with a bunch of other items that were well priced and on sale on top of it all. It’s not the prettiest of stores and can be better organized, but hey it’s fine to search through things for the best item or beat deal.

Besides the amazing quality I find here in the clothing section, (which is mostly Colombia brand hiking wear) the prices are less than half the price I’ve paid at REI for same items. But what I really appreciate even more than the items I buy is the experience at the check out.Every time I go there the employees always look for ways to save me money. I get text messages with 50%off coupons plus the cashier will give me an additional 20%off. I have found the cashiers to be extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot believe the savings and the quality of service all in one place. It’s random but it’s wonderful! Thank you GTM!!!

I have fallen in love with your store my friend just told me about your store in Santee last week and I’ve been there twice. I was driving home from work and I saw a GTM store in lemon Grove I’m addicted now. The prices along with the coupons are incredible every day I look to see if there’s a new one.

I LOVE shopping at GTM. I always find the best deals. I go to the Santee store the most. Ive been to the Chula Vista store once. I found some great stuff. Been to Lemon Grove store about 10 times never left empty handed. The coupons are a big help usually 20-30% off. Going today to shop theyve been carrying these certain craft items super cheap. Ive been going too much for the last 7 days. Cant pass up these deals.

I always find some good deal here. They have clothes, food, housewares all very low priced. If youre in the mood to hunt for a deal, this is your place.

I love their point system. I love how the employees take the steps to ensure you get your points, discounts and coupons. And I live how the points dont expire. They have won my loyalty

GTM was one of my favorite places to shop, mainly bargain hunting. But as of the last 5 years, the sales and coupon discounts are not as appealing. The items are now almost regular price or higher, a tactic so that when you buy with the coupons you are getting the lower price without the real bargain.The products are mostly returned items from the stores, or outlets...why sell them at original price?

Love going at this store. I have friends visited me from Torrance and New Jersey and they keep coming back here just for GTM.

GTM was bursting with great deals. I visited the store in Lemon Grove. The store was well- organized and the employees were friendly and quick to help! Covid protocols were strictly followed and enforced. I love GTM; where I always Get The Most!

GTM always has great deals and if you look online you can find coupons for even better discounts.

You can always find a deal here, if your willing to take time and look. Customer service at check out was fabulous, applied all discounts available, didnt have to pull up coupons. Just a great feeling after shopping.

Its a bargain hunters paradise! You can get great deals, if you know how to look for them. Look at expiration dates. I have found so many great deals on everything from unicorn pajamas to vegan yoghurt. Its one of 3 locations. Go online or Facebook for coupons.

Buying the third tv. First one stopped working, Second had no power cord or remote. hope this one works. It would be nice if return desk could ring me up. So far people at returns all around pleasant.

Very messy. I thought they were overpriced. Found some Tortillas Chips for 45 cents a bag, then noticed they expired 3 weeks ago. I wish I noticed the expiry date on some other snacks I bought as I realized they expired over 3 months ago!! I wont be back.

I Love GTM but I will skip the big Sale weekends in the future. I stood in line for a $12 purchase for over 45 mins. The lines were ridiculous! I feel stupid for waiting but kept telling myself, Ive waited this long, whats a few more minutes? That was on me. I know better now.My cashier was very sweet and sympathetic. Kudos to her, she was stinking busy!!

My Visit @ GTM for me Always Have been Great since 1994 I have seen GTM change For Good and my Last Visit was Great My Cashiers was A Young Girl dont remember her Name But Shes Friendly and fast During check out i cant see her smile but the Way she Spoke to me As Customer Shes Very Professional I got my Discount and Very Good Customer services No need to see How A Person is like behind the Mask you can Hear and Feel the Positive Vibes from A Person and Shes one of the Cashiers who knows how to make a Customer Happy 😊 5 🌟 for GTM thank you

The Lemon Grove store is likely the largest and best stocked of the four in SD county, but the associates at the Santee location are much more helpful. We did appreciate Martins excellent service at the checkout counter. GTM is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. The only reason why I cant give GTm of Lemon Grove five stars, is because their high end items are way over priced, and they do not do any price matching.

I shop the Santee GTM often, sometimes twice a month. I generally have a great experience there. Today was a little different. After waiting in line for some time, as we approached the register, the young man (very young) told us he was closed and he could not check us out. I said we have been waiting for some time, my husband said you should have told us you were going to close. We asked him to help us find another line and he said nothing. We asked him again, mentioning there are several people behind in the same line. He would not respond so we simply gave up and went to the end of another line.While my husband and the other people behind us waited in another line, I asked for the manager. She came and I explained what happened. She took us to another register and apologized for how we were treated. The manager and the cashier who checked us out gave us the type of service I am used to getting at GTM.Hopefully the manager will be able to help this young man understand the poor choices he made and how to handle a situation like this in the future.

This is a store that sells Costco items that either didnt sell or are returns. They also sell other non costco items. Prices are discounted. You can get very nice bargains at this store.

Sonja at service desk didn’t even respond when I said “hello” . The entire time I did my return she did not say a word and looked over me. When going to the cashier with an item not tagged, cashier acts as if it’s your fault for choosing the item. The employees are so rude, I would rather pay more elsewhere and be treated better.

Expensive.. Many of open box or returned items that is originally from Costco with missing parts, sold here more expensive than than Costco.

It is what it is.! Most snack products are stale. Clothes sizes are at either end of the spectrum.

The store in Santee was clean, organized and well stocked. The aisles had clear reminders for all patrons to keep a 6 foot distance.

They need to make their clearance and sale better and place them in the right places. For example there was a sign on a chair that said it was 40% off when I inquired about it the store associate told me that that sign wasnt meant for that chair just the bar stools were on sale so there should have never been a 40% sign on that particular chair. They also need to get more cash registers and move the line faster

I havent been inside a GTM store in years, and when I say WOW I mean WOW. I couldnt believe how many different beautiful things in GTM I even saw that they have rainboots for Men Woman and Children, I was truly impressed with the price
