Walked into the store yesterday afternoon, NOT busy at all. At least two (2) employees there, quite possibly three (3). A lady walked in just ahead of me and was asking them about wiper blades or something. I only needed two (2) hose clamps, something I should easily be able to find and began a systematic, aisle by aisle search for them. Walked every single aisle from front to back (slowly), Walked the side and back walls, then an aisle search from back to front. Not once, not one single time did an employee ask or offer assistance the entire time I was there. The lady that came in prior to me was out and gone in under five (5) minutes. The entire time the employees were jabbering about another store (Sand Springs) and jabbering about the system being down, and other non work related stuff, OBVIOUSLY, too wrapped up in their own little world to offer assistance to a senior citizen. If I could give yesterdays experience a negative 5 star rating Id be all over it.Went to another automotive parts store west and slightly north, wasnt in the door ten (10) feet and without having to ask for assistance, an employee there stepped up to me and asked if he could help. That store will get ALL my business from here out.Cust service, the lack of or bounty of speaks volumes! NUFF SAID.....

The people that work there are always so friendly and helpful! They even installed my wiper blades in the pouring rain!

Had the Fuel pump that I needed in stock when no one else DID. Tried 2 other fuel pumps from somewhere else ( They didnt work or fit ) and after working on my van fore 3 days when it should have taken only 1 day start to finish and I am back on the road again. still running a week later with NO problems since.

The guy help me replace my battery and ran Diagnostics on my car. He was very determined to figure out what was wrong with my car for me. Will go again

I called Advanced auto parts one day last week after calling the other 2 auto parts stores in sapulpa price checking brake parts for my car, they were all the same price at every store but Joel was by far the most helpful, he knew what he was talking about and gave me advice for what I should and shouldnt need for my problem. I went with Advanced instead of the other 2 stores simply because Joel was so helpful over the phone, and he even carried the heavier parts out to my car and when I brought them back hours later for he came back out to my car to bring in the old parts. Thank you Joel!

Dont buy stuff from here! I bought a remanufactured motor from them by spartan motor and had to warranty the first one because they put a heli-coil in crank shaft now the new one blew a head gasket, lifters seized up and cracked push rod. Not even 500 miles on the motor and they refuse to do anything about it. Spend a little more and go somewhere else. You will regret buying stuff from here.
