It took about 4 hours for two oil changes. They werent very busy, but only had one person, out of at least 3, who could do oil changes. They also failed to tell us beforehand, that, that one person was going to lunch.

I have never met anyone so rude. I wanted to buy a battery.. My total was almost 150 dollars. I asked could he please install it because it clearly states free installation with battery purchase.. He informed me He Did not have time for that .. He was leaving in an hour and he wasnt sticking around to install a battery.. I will never use Wal-Mart automotive centers anywhere again.. And i insisted he refund my money.. His response was, what ever I dont have time for this.. We are short staffed.. It was Monday at 2:30 - 3:00 in the afternoon..

They were very nice. We had a blowout on the highway and they were closing but they went ahead and put a new tire on my car for me so we could get back to Oklahoma City.

They made a duplicate key for me. I wasnt disappointed. Lol

The men and women that work there are very friendly, while still being very professional as well. The service they gave my father was very informative, and complete. Thank you all so much, and it is my sincere hope that you all have a merry Christmas.

Before 10:00 p.m, Im there, and nobody, NOBODY made any legit effort. Im in lawn and garden, first Walmart associate i see looked drop dead checked out! i asked if he would help me? I was pawned off instantly to that guy down there. Thanks. Caught the 2nd guy and he directed me all the way back up front where the customer service was. Its obviously not their job either because they asked the register attendant to help me. And they seemed more interested in who is working there than me, the guy with the money. I suggested if i went out to take pictures of what i wanted from out in the parking lot.maybe they can figure out what to do. I did. But when i got back I was looking at a cash register attendant who had all of the customers in her line. and i gave up. But, i wasnt going home empty-handed. I grabbed 12 nice shirts to drop off the next day for my business logo to be the embroidered on. I made my selection and opted for register #9. The only open register. Associates were everywhere standing and staring at nothing. The one at the register was confused and couldnt get the customers prepaid card to scan. After several minutes i backed out of line and went to the self pay line, closed! I dropped the shirts i had on a shelf and left. Got home 2hrs after leaving Empty handed. I live 10 min away. Really lame.

This place stripped my lug nuts over took 5 hours to change 3 tires o had to go somewhere else to get my lug nuts off this place said they cant get them off. Save your self time and money and dont come here.

Whats the point in having an auto center when the main time you need them theyre going to be closed during snow season people need new windshield wipers new tires but yet this department is closed and cant help anybody

Went in an hour and half before close because i had a screw in my tire. I was told they where not taking anybody else. Where i work we take customers till the time it says on the door. I would understand if it was closer to closing but an hour and a half is a long time.

I thought the wait was a bit much...but they where busy and only had two lube techs but the servuce was good they checked the air in all four tires and all i went in for was a balance on one tire. I dont know as i would trust walmart to ever turn a wrench on anything i drive but i will keep them in mind next oil change

The customer service here is pretty bad. It typically takes a long time for any one to greet you and theyre far from jubilant. With that said Ive never had a problem with their work and it costs about the same as doing it yourself if you get the Walmart brand oil.

Worst customer service ever! Went in at 3:20 pm with 1 car in whole shop with 3 guys there was told would take 2.5 hrs for them to get to me and literally only needed a loose tire switched over to another rim that wasnt on vehicle nevered asked what I needed done or even tried to work with me to get this done. I will never use them for anything ever!

So I went in to get my oil changed and I sat for 30-45 min like I would expect to wait while the oil gets changed only THEY NEVER ACTUALLY CHANGED THE OIL, they reset the oil gauge in my car!!!!!! I recommend NEVER EVER letting Walmart TOUCH any of your vehicles!!!!! I almost lost my car due to them NOT DOING THERE JOB! They don’t deserve any stars, worst car service iv ever had!!!!!

An employee named Dee was exceptionally helpful and gracious while taking us to the merchandise we had been looking for. Also, she gave us ideas for a second project.

Well if you want to be slow played on a tire change come here. And they didnt even put on the tire after they changed their mind t because it declined because they took an hour to change one tire. Isiots

Had a blow out at work last night & they fixed it fast today.

POS at sapulpa went to put tires on and that’s it just tires. And after an hour of being under my hood they said they would put them on because there not the same size as mine on my truck I mean I have set of tires I’m trying to put on my truck. And after all of my won’t close so Walmart won’t ever have anything to do with my vehicles ever again.

They dont carry my size tire and there are no mechanics only techs. If there is an issue Id be worried about them working on my car.
