Very helpful & explained everything out. Dallas was so polite in helping me decide what to do. Easy on the eyes too!!
Had a transmission installed by amco about 8 months ago and it failed. Took vehicle to HHH transmission and the told me the Trans was broke internally and would have to be replaced after getting another transmission the found a cable was causing all my issues and they fix it the Trans works great with no issues
I thought I was having a transmission problem. They checked it out. Was honest and told me it was not. And with no charge. How about that.
Had them rebuild transmission. They were fantastic until after the fact. I received my car back (which took longer than I was told), with a popping noise and my headlight unhooked. Took car back to get looked at, they told me 4-5 hours, after 6 hadnt touched it. Then found out it was the motor mount and it would be 3 hours to fix. My husband called to see when would be a good time and they got unprofessional with him and said they were going to fix it out of courtesy but now didnt want to. The noise was NOT there before it was fixed, and now has to be fixed by someone else.
So you know when you dont want bad news and then you get the worst? HHH gave me the worst case scenario and proved i had one awesome transmission. They thought it would be bad news, but instead after talking with them and seeing the transmission pulled apart, I knew they were the right place to choose. My truck should not have been driving and almost would have never drove again. What they thought was a death note turned into the tech explaining what was going to be the best running transmission I think Ill ever own. The knowledge he had and plan to fix my truck made it sound like the rebuild was bulletproof.
Excellent service and repair. the guys were up front didnt charge me for the diagnostic like [diesel power did $300 ] they even gave me back my truck and told m that i could possibly fix my problem with just a cheap fix of some parts., i eventually had to bring it in cause the parts didnt correct the issue but they went over everything with me . . great service.
I wont even consider another place. 2 day turnaround. I had the best experience from start to end. Jack is a pro.
Great service. My daughter bought a used 2007 Pontiac G6 for $800 but needed a transmission. They built her a new transmission so in the end she had a car for about $2500 . She has a car that is free and clear with no loan on it. This was a good experience for her . She is extremely happy with her car. These guys know what they are doing and go out of their way to help their customers. I truly recommend this shop
Had my transmission rebuilt it comes with a 18mo/mileage guarantee. Its a spare truck and I put less than 2k miles as well as within the 18 months. They refused service because I didnt have the copy of the guarantee. Theres no reason why this transmission should have failed again within so low of driving after repairs. Would not recommend due to poor repair and poor customer service.
This place was wonderful. I have a 16 yr old car that was having some transmission issues and decided to try out this shop since it was close to home. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful and I was able to get my car back pretty quickly. Not to mention the price was way less than expected. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know!!
Took my car in to have the clutch and transmission looked at. They communicated everything that needed to happen and had very reasonable charges. Ended up only having to replace to the clutch.
I went in to get an estimate on transmission work for my truck. The guy at the desk was absolutely rude. I drove 45 minutes to have them give me an estimate. I called the week before talk to him. Told him that I would come down the next week after I got off work, at a certain time and he said okay not a problem. Got there and they would not do it. They had to have the truck for half a day to evaluate it. Bad customer service!!!!
I have been told this is a good company but my experience has been terrible. I bought a vehicle that had a remanufactured transmission done by them with roughly 30k miles on it. The issue was the vehicle sat for almost 6 months before it was sold. They wont even offer a free diagnosis considering their work was faulty in less than 2 years and roughly 30k miles.
Knowing the humble owners and their caring nature of others, you would be wise in trusting Triple H Transmissions. They will tell you that a proper diagnostic of your vehicle is the first and most important step in learning what needs to be repaired. AND the diagnostics is free!!
They answered all my questions without any hassles or talking down to me. I felt like their pricing was extremely Fair and will do business with this company in the future.
Took my husbands 4x4 in for repairs, they put a new clutch in, they did an excellent job! The truck is 26 years old and runs great now. Would recommend Triple H to anyone.
They are very friendly and helpful. They did a great job on my daughters transmission. Highly recommend using HHH if you are having transmission problems.
Took my 2003 mini cooper in because the the clutch went out. I looked around and called a few places that specialized in minis. HHH price was cheaper than the the specialized places so that was a plus. I had heard good things about HHH and it was close. I was very pleased with my experience. They only had it a few days and now she is running better than before. I couldnt be happier with the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
Done a great job on my transmission, would definitely continue to use them, overall a good experience
I got a quote from Jack at HHH transmission and it never changed . Quality work and service ! I tried other places to get a quote and had no luck on nailing down the cost .Jack is a straight shooter .Thanks a bunch Jack
Guys were great, quickly got my vehicle repaired
Rebuild trans rearend transfer case . Over 10g never worked right . Took back 2 times to make right refused to fix evan under warranty. Crooked company will never recommend.
I usually dont take the time to review places Ive been but HHH transmission in Sapulpa was exceptional. They went the extra mile for me so I felt I needed to share this with yall. Ok - car trouble always comes at the worst times. I was preparing to take my kids on a little spring break trip (Im a single mom without backup my transportation). Well, in short my car went crazy and wasnt cooperating. I called a few places in the phone book which either were going to charge me a lot just to look it over or couldnt get me in. Third call was the charm, I called Russell at HHH Transmission and told him about my car, my finances and my time frame. He got me is right away and performed FREE diagnostics to see what was wrong. Once they found the problem he told me exactly what it would cost and when it would be ready. I was hopeful but honestly, I was thinking of what to tell my kids we were going to do over spring break as a plan B. No Need for that, Thank GOD! My car was ready when I was told it would be and it was even a bit less than I expected to pay. Save yourself the trouble and call them FIRST. Thank you to all the guys at HHH Sapulpa!!!!
GREAT SERVICE and GREAT WORK. WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE EVER!!!! They really know what theyre doing!!!
Very fast service! These guys know transmissions.
Would highly recommend HHH Transmission to anyone needing repair work done.
If it wasnt broken to begin with, they will break it during their test drive! Does it make sense to drive any car with over 160,000 miles on it and a questionable transmission 26 miles and make the check engine light come on in the process? Who tries to hot-rod a jeep? Just what exactly Russell did to my vehicle I will never know, but after a phone call from him with a well-practiced sounding assessment I became suspicious and picked up my car early. I noticed the usual inconsiderate repair-guy-driving signs of a torn up courtesy foot paper and the heat left on full-blast. I make it a fraction of a block away before seeing my CEL on. I turned around and pulled the code - for a misfire (not a problem this vehicle had)! Don came out and cleared the code but could offer no explanation for that or the 26 miles they found it necessary to test drive it. I told him that Russell was losing him money and that I would not be returning. For anyone looking for a decent transmission shop that will not laugh at your misfortune (Yes, I know buying a high-mileage car is taking a gamble but fail to see how another shops questionable drain and fill early in my ownership is somehow a laughing matter.), Edit: The shop I originally recommended is very slow, so I cant be of help to anyone for that. Thus far, all I have learned is that if your transmission has issue in the Tulsa area, you are likely to be screwed. Cant make that positive, no plus side to the situation. If I ever get my Jeep back I may edit again. For non-transmission-related traditional repairs, I have found Goodwin Farm & Auto in Sapulpa to be honest and fair (checked over my car and test drove it respectfully without tripping an engine misfire code).Good luck to any Googlers out there with transmission problems, and avoid HHH in Sapulpa like one of our many area potholes. You can do better!
HHH in Sapulpa Has very terrible customer service I would not recommend them to anyone don’t even waste your time giving them a call
Best transmission place in Sapulpa..
My son took his truck there so they could check the transmission. He was told that it could be a shift solenoid and they needed to drop the pan to check. He was then told the trans needed rebuilt. Took it for a second opinion and tech found a broken wire, repaired and fixed.
