Was a Sunday at noon, not sure if they were open. No one approached me while in the lot for the 10 or 15 minutes. Looks like they have decent inventory.

Great staff here small enough to actually care. It was a very positive experience replacing transportation gifted to my son; Jay really worked with me to get a very nice vehicle for the same price I could have gotten a mediocre vehicle elsewhere.

We found a nice vehicle that we were prepared to purchase. Seeing as how we live 7 hours from Sarasota, all the details of the trade-in had been discussed with the salesman several days before we were planning on making the trip to purchase the truck and the salesman was well aware of the fact that we had a long drive to check the vehicle out. Once we got into town, the vehicle resembled the photos on the website, however the salesman failed to inform us that the vehicle had a severe power steering leak, vacuum leak, fuel filter leak and to top everything off, the salesman didnt even have the decency to attempt to crank the truck before we got there. We had to wait for 15+ minutes while he charged the dead batteries, which still didnt work and I had to jump start the vehicle with my personal vehicle, very unprofessional in my opinion. Being a typical salesman, he claimed he was unaware of all the mechanical problems we found, although there was visible evidence of fluid leaks through the engine compartment. It was a significant waste of our weekend and money spent on fuel and hotel. Very disappointed and will never consider doing business with or recommend anyone to this car lot.

I bought a car from these guys...saved up all my $ wasted every penny....these guys really made me feel like i was getting a deal. Totally ripped me off. If youre buying here DONT!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. TRUST ME!

Jay is the best

I talked with Jack several times over the phone about the 2007 Yukon XL before driving from Tavares to Sarasota. We made a deal so I headed over on a Saturday. It was advertised with a 3 month 3000 mile warranty and had been fully safety inspected but when i got there they said that they couldnt include it because they came down so much on the price. But i was assured if I had any problems they would take care of it. So I made the deal. Well when i got home there was a horrible vibration when driving and braking so I immediately texted Jack. I told him I wasnt happy and was going to cancel the $400 check. He again assured me that he would talk to the owner and they would take care of it, they wanted me to be happy with the vehicle but he was going on vacation for his birthday. Come monday they rushed to cash the check and i never heard another thing out of them. Not even 500 miles agyer i bought the Yukon XL and the brakes were grinding. There was no pad left, the rotors were warped and the calipers were frozen. So theres a nice $1000 repair. I sent Jack pictures of the brake pads and calipers and told them their safety inspector should be fired. But again. They ignored my text and i havent heard anyrhing. And if they try to deny any of this I would be glad to share every text i sent them. I havent deleted them. So if you go to buu a car there, take ut to an independent mechanic and have it gone over. And definitely make sure you get a warranty. I wont go back and I dont recommend them. They dont care about anything but the money. No Customer Service at all!!!
