One of our neighbors was having his windshield replaced.The sales team canvased the neighborhood and noticed we had some road damage. They did a great job of representing the company and its protocol for windshield replacement.We came to an agreement and the next day a service tec. was here at the said time. I was so happy I used AT HOME AUTO GLASS, they worked around my schedule and time. When they said they were going to be here at a certain time they were here and on time. This company is absolutely incredible. They have replaced my windshield twice in two years. Because of 1 4 and all the building in my area, there are flying rocks all the time. Easiest way ever to get the service you need.

This company came out to my house and replaced the windshield on my car and i started to noticeing a glare on windshield inside that wouldnt come off ..I have a 370 z and the side window parts were lose and had some air sounds..So a week later i had a rock hit the windshield again I called another company to come out and inspect the job that at home did..Come to find out that only four screws were holding the top pieces on..because behind the rubber in windows are the screws...the tech just ripped off the pecies of my car leaving the screw still in car..The also broke the clips that hold the side window in place ..I called for the owner and the lady in office started in about me calling another company and trying to justify the techs work..I ask for the owner and they keep telling me when i called he was in meeting ..a week later still no call...This is a shady business and i would not recommend using themVery unprofessional and does not take accountability for the shady work.Now i have to file a insurance claim to have my car fixed..The other company that came out documented all the damage..below i have posted pics of there bad work ..The total damage to my car from at home glass was 1800.00 for the parts broken on my car..Do not use this company

I called this company to replace the cracked windshield of my 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8. They took care of all the paperwork and dealt with the insurance company, The General Auto-insurance, so I didnt have to. Quick and easy. while setting up the appointment over the phone, Matt sent me an email with a URL that directed me to a website to sign the consent form online. I replied with my insurance information and they took care of the rest. They scheduled the technician to come out the next day unfortunately it rained all day that day and I didnt have a covered area for them to do the job. They were extremely flexible with my schedule and came out to my property the following day.I did some research on the correct windshield I needed for my 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8. My windshield has sensors for rain and condensation, as many high-end cars have all sorts of technology built in to the windshield. Sure enough when the technician showed up, he knew exactly what I was talking about and have the correct windshields on the truck with him. The right part + the first time = knowledgeable.The technician Alan and his assistant did an amazing, professional job. The 2 person crew main light work of the install. They were polite, down to earth, knowledgeable and explained everything they needed to do. Their work and dress was professional I would recommend them to all my friends and family. In fact if you use them, please tell them I referred you. Stewart Kolsch. Also the technician told me I can go to a tint shop of my choice and get a tint strip put on and they would pay for it!!! I was in my car at a gas station and some guy with a clipboard was waving his hand at me to get my attention. I thought … ugh … what the heck does he want!? I’m either too nice or too curious … so I rolled down my widow. Joseph began to ask me about my broken windshield. Yes!!!!!!!!! Thank goodness he came along because I was too lazy for the last six to even make a call to Safe Light. Nope … I don’t need to do that … Joseph came to save the day!!!! I feel that this company deserves a poor review in hopes that others will be spared. I was confronted about my vehicles cracked windshield by a traveling salesperson. He claimed that insurance would cover the cost of a replacement. While this is true, I should have been more wary about the fact that these folks were going door to door to offer their service. That is on me. However, I decided to give them a chance since they offered to come back to my residence to replace the windshield. The service techs arrived at around 9:30 and were done in about 30 minutes. After a closer inspection I noticed that they had left the old windshield molding on the ground for me to clean up, and the new moulding WAS NOT AN EXACT FIT. It had been cut to size with several large gaps where the moulding was supposed to connect at the corners of the windshield, which will allow rain to get through. Do yourself a favor, and take your vehicle to a legitimate windshield service like safelite.

I had a little issue with my windshield and he was back the next business day to fix it, and offered solutions had the issue continued, he is amazing!! He made the entire experience. I was kinda skeptical considering I hate when people approach me at a gas station, but the man Hunter was so polite and was training someone so I thought I might as well be kind it’s a learning experience. He pointed out the multiple knicks in my windshield and explained the process to me he even called my insurance company right there and walked me through the whole process had I known it was that easy I would have done this a while ago, but anyway he helps me get a new windshield completely free and the men that came to install it were beyond sweet and helpful!! We had a scheduled appointment on Saturday to have our window replaced. The installer arrived early (which was fine with me). He was able to remove the windshield and replace it in about 20 minutes. I was thankful how quickly he was able to replace the windshield in my front yard. I would recommend them.

Dont be fooled by their high rating.Nasty salesperson harassed me at my home demanding to know why I didnt want to have them repair my vehicle, when I had not asked for their solicitation. They refused to leave when asked, and insisted on repairs that werent needed.These people are nasty. They are also fraudulent, and will bill your insurance company for multiple times what the standard rate is for the repair. Google them, there are people all over the internet that are speaking harshly about their experiences with At Home Auto Glass and theyre corrupt ways.

They agreed to be able to replace our windshield on Wednesday, called to reschedule (which is no big deal) but then called to reschedule again. We are out of town and trying to fix the windshield before a long drive home. This company wasted 3 days of time we could have spent finding another company if they would have their stuff together. If your time Is valuable to you and you dont want to be jerked around, use someone else.

Absolutely great customer service, great work, fast work, and they worked well with insurance to get my no cost windshield replacement. Set up the appointment thursday, friday morning they were at my work putting my new windshield in.

The technicians were polite, on time, and very efficient at switching out my windshield. They made the whole process simple and even though there were some glitches in the system that delayed the service, the company took care of all the phone calls and all I had to do was set up the appointment. At HOME 5 STAR ***short story...July 13th something hit my window. Went with the repair and replace business on recommendation of insurance. earliest opening was july 22. got a text they were wrapping it up...wrong..too much rust, but so n so can fix it for 300-400 ( so much for free windshield replacement) called another well known place..without even looking at the rust i was quoted 365.32 (wow--how did she do that over the phone). At Home called on WED...called back on THURS with insurance info ---on the schedule for FRI. ---Fri they called me--tech had an emergency re-scheduled for SAT.. got here about 10 am gone by 11. Great job . Thank you

We had 2 vehicles windshields replaced and they were fast, thorough, and ‘treated our vehicles as if they were their own’. One of them even used those very words after notifying me that we had a crack in one of the dash boards, assuring me that they’d treat it like it was his own. And they did just that!

This was super wonderful, Kelly and Drew from the Ft. Myers office went the extra mile, and even helped reduce my bill with Geico....Highly recommend this company and these two representatives especially. Very efficient and courteous.

I wish i could give zero stars right now. Not only did the last installer not put any clips or moldings on my Windshield but theyve called to reschedule 3 times!! Each time not having my moldings or clips and now the moldings are on national back order??? Ill have to pay for this myself to get it done right. Never ever use this service. Its basically fraud anyway. Ill go to safelite lol

I was at RaceTrac on the corner of Bee Ridge and Mauna Loa Blvd. getting gas today when a van arrived with At Home Auto Glass representatives in it. They went car to car harassing customers that their windshields needed to be replaced and demanding to set up an appointment to come to you. How is it possible that every car at the gas station needed a new windshield? They were very pushy and did not take no for an answer. I had two separate representatives tell me my windshield was broken and they each indicated a different place. My windshield is perfectly fine and intact.

Willie N. knocked on my door and asked if I needed a new windshield. I had a crack from gravel flying that was growing and a piece of my trim was missing. He quickly wrote the report, assisted me in calling my insurance company and set up the appointment for 2 days later. I ended up not being able to be home for me scheduled installation and the tech came to the business where I had my appointment and replaced my windshield and installed new trim on BOTH sides!! I came out to perfection!! Willie also let me know that they will replace my Sunpass and set up for a new tint strip across my new windshield!! A+ service, on time, exceeded my expectations by far!! Highly recommend their services!!

Had to reschedule the first time after they said they would make it by 10am. So set the reschedule time to Monday morning. Time was set for between 8 and noon. By 1130 had not heard anything from them so I called them. Needless to say they didnt show up till after 1 pm. Was told my windshield would have the tented strip on it and it doesnt. So now have to go somewhere to have it put on and tell that company that this company is paying for it. And then the guy who did the replacement was rude. Completely a waist of my time. Will use Safelite auto glass next time for sure.

Justin who is a rep. Talked me into getting my windshield replaced, which Ive been meaning to do for months. Great guy, great customer service on his part. And the process was fairly easy, with my full coverage I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket. They came to my job and replaced it in the parking lot, didnt take them any time at all. They even put my oil change reminder sticker back on the new windshield. Professional team, would almost break my window to see them again.

Was out working on my car and a nice gentleman by the name of Santiago C. Stopped by and talked to me about replacing my windshield. which just so happened to get hit by a rock flung by a semis tire on the highway. He had a good demeanor and represented the sales team well. He kept up with my auto insurance which is progressive and got my windshield installed for free. The professional just came today at 10am only took until 10:28am reasonably fast, he was well informative to tell me no car washes for two days and wait at least another 30 minutes before driving. The glass looks new and well designed with a great temper i can tell because I used to work for a glass company. The professionals name was Anthony who was friendly and worked fast while maintaining quality installation. 10/10

Beware!! I had my windshield done by At Home Auto Glass. They knocked on my door and I just happened to need it replaced. I had called my insurance to report it and set up another company to replace it just the day before. I made the mistake of cancelling the appointment I already had set up and letting At Home do it for me. They came to my work and did it the following day. The tech did not give me any paperwork or estimates. When I asked him what the price for the windshield was he told me he did not know and that I would have to call the main office for that info. When I called I was told they could not give me a price, they just bill my car insurance. (I had a really bad feeling then, to late...) I explained that I wanted to make sure I was not going to be billed anything in case there were any issues. She said Oh no, we never bill the customer (another bad feeling, to late..) Now I get a phone call from my insurance company. They have billed them $2,297.74 for a job that should have cost $600-$700!!! Outrageous fees on this invoice!!! Everyone that is giving them good reviews should hold off and wait to see what they bill their insurance companies. Now they have filed a suit for payment against my insurance, and apparently have filed thousands of these at the same time! Shame on them! Fair pricing is fair pricing!! in my opinion it is a scam, they have an attorney they use that files all of these suits. If you are familiar with auto insurance claims, you will know what I am talking about!Let the insurance company pay you the fair price and quit jacking up prices and making money for attorneys!!!! This costs the consumers more in the long run!!I plan on filing complaints with the BBB, State Attorney, and the Insurance commissioners office!!!

At home auto glass, well lets just say a tech doesnt define a company such as at home auto glass. As a tech you represent the company, and as humans we make mistakes, it happens. However, what makes a difference is in what the company is willing to do to make it right. For my case the owner took care of tje situagion. My car bare bones 2015 hyundia asccent gls pretty easy windshild to be replaced, however The At home auto glass tech failed to install the windshield properly and created a air gap under the windshield in my car causing it to mold really bad to the point of a total loss of my car. I contacted them and told them about what had happened and they sent a second tech out with a second windshield almost immediately and fixed it. Which is great what about my car you ask with the mold why the 5 star review if your cars a total loss ... because like I said in the beginning we dont define we represent as technicion, and At home auto glass big shout out to Carmen super nice and professional. I love your name btw! The fact that they took responsibilty and took swift action to rectify my sittuation and thats what matters to me. I would highly recommend them, because everyone I had dealt with exception the 1 tech whom nobody else has to worry about. They have been outstanding and undersanding and professional and as an end result At home Auto took care of me and I believe 100% they will take care of you hope they wont have to but its good to know in case something does happen At home auto will make it right.
