We are so happy that we found this Glass Company. We had such a bad experience with the other heavily advertised company, we called this one and Stephanie was very helpful, got all the administrative work done before we knew it. They called us once, arrived on time and even had the correct windshield from Mercedes. Matt, the installer, was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done in a short time. We will never call any other glass installer except this one; very pleased. Where the other company couldnt get a proper windshield in nearly a year, AutoGlass took only 2 and a half weeks to get the insurance company authorizations for OEM and order the windshield to installation.
