He came right over to my vehicle and identified himself and promptly and efficiently handled my situation. Best experience possible! Can’t say enough about this company. From start to finish I felt extremely confident in their work. We had other companies come out to fix our glass shower that was missing a section of glass and they wanted to have to buy a whole new shower but Fox Glass came to the rescue! Not only was the price extremely fair but the service was phenomenal! They took the time to really figure out the shotty work of the previous installers and find a solution. The guys came today to install and they were masked up and very respectful. My shower is PERFECT now and looks brand new! We had a shower door installed while we were out of town. Cheryl returned every email within minutes and kept us posted with the progress. I asked for photos which were sent promptly. Our contractor recommended Fox and now I know why!

This is a very professionally run family business.Catherine helped us pick out the right glass and guided us through the process. Rickie, the owner, came out to measure the job and answer all of our questions, and Sam came out to do the installation with his team. From start to finish we were impressed and very satisfied with their service. They arrived on time, worked diligently and left our home spotless when the work was complete. This family run company is absolutely a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. They made a huge mirror to go over our master bath vanity and it is absolutely beautiful. We also had them do glass tops for 9 tables of different dimensions. We are so thrilled with what a perfect job that they did. All of the work was done timely and the end results are outstanding. Their staff is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Rick, the owner, came out and is extremely hands on with his company and obviously loves his work. Their pricing is very honest and reasonable. We are saddened the hear of Dick Foxs death. Rick spoke very lovingly of his Father, who founded the company, and established the quality tradition that continues today.

So today I went back to pick up a piece of glass that I had cut for a coffee table. As I walked through the door I said hello, and there were three ladies there guessing it was grandmother, mother, and daughter. Not one of them said hello back I found that to be very rude. However, my glass fit my coffee table perfectly. I understand sometimes you are very busy, but you should never be too busy to be courteous to your paying customers.

We just had Fox Glass do our glass shower doors and originally wanted two mirrors with frames. Rick suggested to my husband that they use full width frameless mirror and put lights on top and I cannot be happier. They did an amazing job. Their customer service, their workmanship is all 5 star! We are so happy we chose Fox Glass

Was in a time crunch to have a couple pieces of glass cut for replacement window panes. Had a couple issues with miscommunication as to when they could complete my order but they made it right and I was able to pick it up by my deadline. Best prices I found in the area and great work.

Would not recommend this company. Drove 45 minutes to pick up custom ordered glass for kitchen table only to realize upon returning home it was cut incorrectly, 1/4 in off. Requested that due to their error they replace with correct size and pick up and deliver due to our inconvenience. They refused and stated we should just be happy with them recutting. Not a way to treat customers if you want a good referral. No way to stay in business!

Although we didnt end up needing them I want to recommend their very good customer service. Once we got past a snafu, Cheryl (sp?) was most helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. From this minor encounter, I would call them for future jobs.

Foxs mirror & glass used to be 5 star but not anymore! cancel at the last minute, over charging for removal of mirror they installed. this company is in decline, be careful working with them, not reliable .

Our cabinet shop has worked with Fox Glass for decades. They do a great job and have always been very helpful to us. I recommend without hesitation.

Very pleased with the service. We have a custom glass, 54 X 84 dining table that was damaged in shipping to Sarasota from the Florida Keys. The crew reattached 8 vertical, glass panels. Very difficult task. Looks like New!!. Thank you.
