My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Sarasota Audi. Melissa Boland was our sales associate and she was extremely kind, knowledgeable, transparent, and professional. We had a slight issue with our SQ5 being lost in transit(no fault of the dealership), and they awarded us a loaner car until our new baby arrived, and did a complimentary window tint for our troubles. Melissa was always available via call or text, even on her days off, to answer any questions we may have had. As for the car….This is my first Audi and I never knew what I was missing out on. This is the second time we bring the car for diagnostic. The first time the trunk was not put back together and we had them take the car back in the shop, it was fixed right away but that sense of trust was gone. Now we brought the car in for another issue and when we picked up the car after the diagnostic was made, we found their protective gear still inside. The price for diagnostic was not same as when we dropoed the car. My husband had to wait for a supervisor to explain the bill and even with that we still paid more than it was disclosed in the beginning.

Cant say enough good things about my buying experience at Audi Sarasota. My sales person, Curtis Koch, was so helpful and knew my A5 Sport inside out. No questions he could not answer. I have wanted to buy an Audi for a while, glad I finally did and that I chose Audi Sarasota.

Purchased a 2018 Audi TT from Leo Chang on Saturday. I normally do not write reviews but felt compelled as Leo was the most enjoyable car consultant I have ever worked with. I have purchased many vehicles and most of the time the salesperson is just a conduit from point A to point B. In this case, I actually enjoyed the process as Leo was easy to talk to and he listened. He entertained parts of my family when I was out on test drives as the vehicle only holds two people. Although there is little negotiating room in vehicles right now we were able to make a deal that satisfied myself as well as the dealership. Leo has a great personality and will make your car buying experience a pleasure. I hope that my future service engagements are as seamless as the purchasing engagement. The purchase of our new Audi Q7 was great. My wife and I just purchased a Audi Q3 this past week at Audi Sarasota and it was an exceptional experience. Leo Chang our salesman was fantastic. Being our first Audi purchase, we couldnt decide between the Q3 and the Q5. Leo was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable about both cars. There was no pressure at all to make a decision. Glen Herwig the Audi Technologist was very helpful as well. Every person we met at the dealer was professional and courteous. Service department was bad. Messy, unorganized. My vehicle was taken in for mechanical suspension work - they said they would need to order parts which would take 2-3 weeks. They estimated it would be ready in 3 weeks. My car was with them for almost a month. One part ended up taking particularly long because their team messed up and shipped the part to California… so the day I expected to be collecting my vehicle I get a call from the dealer (Richard) who was working on my vehicle to tell me that the part was in California and that they had just reshipped it to Florida using regular mail which would take another week. It’s ok if there was a mistake in logistics but had there been some follow up they would have known the piece was shipped to the incorrect location and they could have caught it in time and had it shipped express over night. I had to wait over a week just because of this one piece and their error. This just goes to show lack of follow up and lack of care for the customer. There’s a difference between someone who has drive for their job and keeping a customer happy vs someone who is there just for a paycheck.

This is our 7th Audi and second from Audi Sarasota. I could not be more pleased with their sales and service!When we decided to purchase our most recent Audi we were disappointed to find our that inventory was almost non-existent. Because we were purchasing to have a car in the Chicago area, we contacted our Chicago area dealership and worked with our long term car salesman there. After 3-4 days he let me know he could not come up with a single new car for us to consider.I contacted Mark Strauss at Audi Sarasota and he worked diligently to find a car that would meet our needs. He too could not locate a new car, which was our initial request but instead was able to offer us a car that was being used as a loaner. What a pleasant buying experience! I met George when my old Audi was in for routine maintenance...you know that urge to test drive a new car while waiting around the dealership? Had a nice drive, no pressure! A couple weeks later, I was ready to buy, and knew the exact vehicle I wanted. Another test drive, then negotiated a fair deal. Drove home in my new 2021 Audi. George was easy to work with, and highly recommend Audi Sarasota!

Worst service department I have eer dealt with. Only owned the Audi 18 months. First time I took for service they said two hours for oil change and inspection so I waited. Three hours later I got the car. Today I had an appointment for a recall item and was promised a loaner car. Just before my appointment I was informed they had no loaner cars, but I could wait. Since I had an appointment with a lawyer for the sale of my Condo I had to cancel the car appointment. Was assured the safety recall was not a major problem. Been lied to twice by the service department. Hopefully what they said about the recall was not another lie since we are driving to the West Coast starting Sunday.

I purchase used q7 just few days ago and have to say i was very impressed with Jake Dickson, he went beyond and above to get my business. Four stars going only to their used car appraisal Team since they tend to really undervalue your trade. Overall sales and financing Team is really friendly and knowledgeable, real pleasure working with them, but some improvements needed in some other departments, especially by understanding that business is done both ways.

2021 Audi Q8 - Great Car, Great Dealer & Best Customer ExperienceMy wife and I were in the market for a new car. We were considering Audi, BMW, and Mercedes SUVs/Crossovers. We drove the Audi Q8 and fell in love with the looks, performance, drive quality, overall fit/finish, and advanced electronics.We were considering both the Q7 and the Q8 and went to our local dealership in Fort Myers for a test drive. Though we loved the car, we werent satisfied with the overall customer experience, the deal they presented us and how we were treated. They were unwilling to discount the car, didnt give us fair value for our trade-in, and the experience didnt meet our expectations.We continued our search online, and found several Audis that we were interested in at Audi of Sarasota. We made an online inquiry, and moments later William Insinga called us; he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, listened well and extremely helpful. We told him that we had decided to purchase a new Audi, we were looking for a good deal, and willing to drive the extra miles to Sarasota to purchase the car the same day for the RIGHT deal. We spoke with William to communicate our needs, simply put, he made the buying process an exceptional experience. Recent purchase of a Q5 facilitated by Curtis Koch was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend him and the dealership. I traveled 85 miles but it was worth it.

We worked with Tom Clancy on the purchase of our 2021 Audi e-tron. Tom was polite and professional throughout the entire process, we never felt pressured to make a decision. He also supplied A TON of GREAT information on the e-tron (videos, emails of information, articles) which was really helpful since this is our first electric SUV. He gave us a charging cable for the USB port, connected my phone to the car, and gifted us brand new Audi thermoses! Tom introduced us to our service adviser and his sales manager introduced himself as well. We buy A LOT of cars in our household and weve never experienced such thoughtful service. We will absolutely be back to buy from Tom again!

Big shout out to JB Roe and Audi Sarasota. My wife and I purchased a vehicle here for the first time this week. Like most people I did all my shopping online and compared hundreds of vehicles all throughout the Tampa Bay region. When we saw the Yukon Denali here we left a message and JB responded immediately.
