I had used Marine Engineering for storage for about a year and had them service by outboard one time. I contacted Jim recently regarding a problem and we agreed to meet at Centennial Park to take a quick ride in my boat so he could experience my problem. He said he had an equipment delivery at his shop around noon after which he would call me to head to the boat launch. I was at his boat yard cleaning up my boat when he received the delivery of a forklift around 1pm. When he still had not called by 2:30 (at least 30 minutes after the delivery was completed) I called him. He proceeded to tell me that the delivery was late and that he was in the process of unloading it and so he wanted to reschedule. He didnt realize I was at his yard and knew that was a lie. I have since moved my boat to another facility as I do not trust him any longer.

This has to be one of the most convenient and safe boat storage facilities in Sarasota or Bradenton FL. Its just 2 blocks from the 10th Street boat ramp. I like the fact that is well lit, has security cameras and plenty of room for maneuvering my boat around. Great place to store RV/s too!

Jim Ferguson is a great guy. I have stored my boat with this lot, great location right by 12th street boat ramp. Very secure. Excellent marine machanics, canvas shop and detailing.
