Worst service in Sarasota. I dropped off my car for wheel alignment 8:30 am, he said i could pick up about noon. Only one car was inside, about 5pm and going back, whats going on, they don’t start working in my car, manager was really arrogant with me, he said if you don’t like this service, go with your car where you want, and his send me with “nice words” to different place

Rick is awesome! Two times now, both visits, he was more than helpful with me. Extremely down-to-earth, understanding, reasonable, and accommodating. I personally think he turns this place around with superb service. Both experiences working with Rick, I drive home feeling taken care. Im extremely satisfied to know we have a manager like this at this location now. ✅ Bless. 🙌

Tires Plus 1103 N Washington is a trustworthy location. Ricardo has helped me twice: 1) F150 alignment and removal of locking nuts, and 2) Mustang alignment and coolant flush. He takes the time to explain and invites you back for a free alignment adjustment if there are other things you need to fix. I couldnt be happier, and I will always return here.

I stopped in to get a price on tires and planned to make an appointment. Ron gave me a good price and got me in within a half hour. Hector put the tires on and had time to change my oil. He saw some other issues that will need to be addressed. Good people here. I’m happy I have this place to care for my car!

Brought in 2 brand new rims & tires and they made me feel like I was in the wrong for not buying tires from them, then he gave me the excuse that he couldn’t mount the tires (proper size for the rims) on my 10.5” rim & that it’s going to be nothing but problems. I gladly took my tires to another shop and was given a much more pleasant experience. Also they took too much information from me that was unneeded. Mileage, tag # etc when I only brought them the rims & tires be mounted not Installed. 1/10

Horrible place. Im not sure if its just this store or the entire chain. I can speak for 2 Sarasota stores in that, they tell EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER that they need something additional. Yeah, we can say that all cars need some type of repair, but its just how the feel was as I was in the waiting room. It wasnt being mentioned in a helpful manner and as this sounds opiniated, maybe, so I say to that, go decide for yourself. I dont make a living by posting negative reviews. In fact, this might be my 2nd review falling in that category. I say this to 86 the nay sayers. I have a serious issue with shady mechanics (shady anybody) and so I want this to be emphasized. This is not water fountain gossip whatsoever. I will never go to any tires plus again. Same experience.. 2 times... 2 different stores... 🤔👎

Wonderful and friendly experience. Stopped in after driving here from WI and tire kept going flat. Got in right away & Fixed tire. They also did a full inspection for me.Greatly appreciate excellent service and everything they helped me with especially fast service.Would highly recommend to others as well as will return if needed.

Got Truck and drove to cl Clermont Florida to find out Tire was not tightened and put on I incorrect could have caused a big wreck do not go here and when brought Truck back to them just sorry oh and called got one price over phone and when got there 80 more then quoted and was less then a block away they said oh just sold last one SCAMMER stay away

So today I went in with tire trouble and there ended up being a lot more wrong then I had imagined! BUT Ronald helped me get my car fixed and back on the road and went ABOVE and BEYOND! Helped me get the best price and addressed the issues when his team found them, I don’t know about you but him showing me the problem meant a lot more then someone just telling me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! If I could get them a 6 stars I would but 5 is the highest it goes! I definitely trust this team with any of my car problems, You should too!

These guys are great. Be nice to them and they will treat you right. We’re able to fit me in right away even though they were busy. And if you have a lowered car they have the alignment tools that are proper to get it done right and quickly.

Ill never go here, again. It took them 3 hours to get a set of front tires on my car. But they missed the real problem...a back tire was badly separated; a hazard. (I found out that at another tire place, who pointed that out a few minutes, after putting it up on the lift.) Regardless, they broke one of my tire sensors. And I was adamant about them fixing it. So, they claimed they would order one from the BMW dealership. A week later, I went back. The problem appeared to be fixed, until noticed something clanking around; could hear it at low speeds. After bringing the car back a third time, and wasting another 2 hours, they said the new sensor they installed came undone...they would need to order another; get the right one from BMW, again. I went back a week later. They told me to bring it to the dealership, and they would pay the bill. I brought it to German Cars, experts on topic. The showed me the same old sensors that was super-glued on...why it came off a few days, after they refastened it. Apparently, somebody broke it; why the other side was OK. Total time to get a new set of front tires, that did not address the hazard of a separated back tire: 9 hours of my time. In the end, their guy joked that I made $2, after refunding my $1.96 extra. This was the worst tire experience I have endured, to date. Methinks, they should get the tires thing right, before going on to the plys part.

5-star service! I had a great experience. Another tire shop had mistakingly installed the wrong tire on my family vehicle. Ben and Jeff listened to my problem, squeezed in a same-day appointment (on New Years Day no less), and replaced the tire for us quickly and easily. I really appreciated their quick attention and care, especially after dealing with some less-than-stellar service recently at the local dealership service department.

Having drove to Sarasota for my kids basketball game i discovered my car was hopping all over the road, Tires plus was open so went in they took the car in straight away and took the wheels off one of the bearings was completely shot the guy really didnt want me to drive the car back to Port Charlotte as it was dangerous. He called Enterprise for me and i booked a hire car for 2 days for 35 bucks, he then drove me to the airport to pick the hire car up, NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!!!! WELL DONE GUYS

We recently moved to Sarasota and in the first 4 months, my daughter got 4 flat tires!! Tires Plus is just a few streets down from her new business, so she thought shed try them out...well, they were....ARE great! Each time, they got the tires and mounted them for her Mercedes the same day, were reasonably priced and the friendly, courteous staff is a dream to work with. We wont take our cars anyplace else now! (Hopefully, she wont have anymore flats for a while either!!)

The people here are amazing. I rushed to get here before closing, because my car was way overdue for an oil change and work every day until 5 oclock. I was not turned away or made to feel guilty for coming in right before closing, quite the opposite, I was given a coupon from thanksgiving even though its dec. 1st. So impressed. My mood was turned from stressed to surprisingly satisfied.

Mechanic was good. He took the time to answer my questions. I made an appointment so I could get in and out but that didnt happen. I waited longer than expected

Highest recommendation for tires and service. Started with a good deal on 4 Potenzas for a BMW at $800, followed up by fast $90 alignment service at a reasonable price 2 wks later.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Work was done timely and for a decent price.

I was a little apprehensive since I have a mercedes and have never been to this repair center before and I was traveling from out of state. The front desk was very helpful and courteous they serviced my A/C system and put on a new tire . Repair was thorough, speedy, and affordable. I would definitely use them again if I ever need a repair while in Sarasota!!

Tires plus has the worst bait and switch Ive ever seen. I got a guaranteed quote online and then I was called by the store and they said the tires dont even exist and they tried to switch me to a no warranty brand. I actually called the tire manufacturer and they said there were plenty of those tires available in Florida. I would definitely not recommend tires plus to anyone. In my experience samsclub gives the best service and the best price

I stopped in to get a headlight changed and the dude tried to tell me that the whole front bumper had to be removed to change it, and it would be a 160 dollar service charge and take three hours. I walked out, drove to advance auto parts, bought a new bulb, and figured out how to change it myself in the parking lot. Took 15 minutes. Nothing had to be removed but a dust cap. Ill never visit a tires plus again and Ill make sure none of my friends and family do as well.

Because Ron always make you smile and goes that extra mile to make sure you dont feel like youre being gouged on the service you came in for and always suggest what needs to be done instead scaring you with if you dont, this could happen.

Initial contact was positive, however purchasing a full set of tires with full warranty less than 10 months ago and being told that I need to purchase a whole set when I am only 25K miles on a 40k mile product is very deceptive. What is the purpose for spending the extra money for the warranty? To be quoted $384 for only two tires when I paid $525 for all four is appalling. I will take my business elsewhere.January 6th, 2017 I am upgrading my rating as the i had another issue with another tire and the manager Josh exemplified the ultimate customer service. He also reconciled the previous matter with know questions asked. I will definitely return to this location to handle my business with Josh as he has enlightened my outlook on retail tire shops.

Best customer service, my car broke down in Sarasota, and iam not from the area. I was able to contact Tires Plus, and the store was able to find me a tire the very next day.
