Ive bought quite a few cars in my time and I must say that the buying experience at Wilde was probably the best Ive ever had. Jim Sweeney was super helpful in assisting with scouting out the Cadillac ATS I was looking to purchase. He was upfront and honest about any imperfections the vehicle had. They even did a nice job of touching up some minor scratches the vehicle had. Jim also worked hard to get me to the price I wanted to pay for the vehicle. I didnt feel any high pressure tactics (which are all too common at a lot of dealerships these days). Toby has amazing customer service and fast follow up and response time. We did most of our transaction over the phone as I live two and a half hours away from the dealership. My fiancé and I originally had plans to vacation on the opposite coast, but rearranged our whole trip so that we could see and possibly purchase this vehicle, a preowned Lincoln Aviator Reserve. Pricing was fair and Tim in finance was not overly aggressive or pushy. I had the pleasure of working with James (Jim) Sweeney. I spotted a vehicle online as I live in Georgia. I can’t say enough good things about the Wilde dealership in Sarasota. I owned a Lexus and now own a Maserati. Unfortunately Wilde no longer has a Maserati dealership. However, They still service Maserati’s as long as car is no longer under warranty. I had an issue with the sun protection on the back window and Shane had service department diagnose the problem and told me where it could be fixed. I went to Wilde Jaguar of Sarasota to check out a Mercedes, they had listed online. I ended up making the purchase because my salesman Ruzhdi Asani was so Informative about the vehicle and knew the specs and details. The dealership did all that they could to give me a fair deal on my trade ins and where very willing to work with me, more so then any dealer in town. The purchase process was easy and not stressful at all. Jaguar of Sarasota is how a dealer should be and there should be more salesman like Ruzhdi who know so much about even the huge amount of used cars they have.

My visit on September 28th yielded exactly what I was looking for. A very worthwhile trip from Saint Petersburg. I was paired with Bryan Miller, one of many fine sales consultants, and found him extremely informative of all pre-owned products. I had a tremendous experience discussing with him the many virtues of my chosen vehicle and found the value of the product relative to price and quality an excellent bargain. I have been searching for an LR4 and found that there was one in Saratota at a different dealership. As we were headed to see it from Naples they called and let me know it was sold. I kept searching and was directed to Matt at Wilde . He let me know they had 2 in the color I wanted and we headed up!Both cars werent quite right and Matt was patient and didnt push us to pick one that wasnt perfect. Then he noticed they had just brought in a new LR4 as we were test driving the other. What an incredible experience! Even though we were only looking at lower priced, used models, from the moment we stepped onto their lot, we were treated like VIPs. We had stopped to look around on our own since it was almost closing time, but Taga came out and greeted us anyway and even offered to take us inside to show us the model that we were interested in. The next day when I went back to have another look, and although Taga was working with someone else at the time, he didnt want to make me wait, and handed me off to an associate that showed me just as much care and attention that Taga had. They offered more for my trade than I expected, and provided a no haggle sales process. I also came with a pre approved interest rate from my credit union that they were also able to beat. You offered a 90 day warranty included with purchase and assured us you would take care of us. We signed on the dotted line. When we got the vehicle home we noticed a few odds and ends that needed to be fixed. The service department inspected, ordered parts, and repaired the vehicle. I walked in to Wilde Jaguar/Land Rover with the true intention of exploring my options for the end of my Lexus lease that was approaching the following month. My salesman was Robert Martin and he was the perfect fit for me. Has anyone ever been able to describe an automobile salesman as kind or patient? Well, Robert sure is! He listened to what I wanted in my dream car and we test drove 4. He accurately read my reaction to each and helped me select my dream car, a 2018 F Pace for a very fair price, loaded with exceptional tech and luxurious packages, and I got the color and exact features and packages that I set out for. So, needless to say, I left my Lexus RX 350 lease a month early when the numbers fit just right and I LOVE driving a car again.
