I highly recommend Underground Autostyling! I called so many places for a subwoofer and installation and was either unable to reach the business, they wouldn’t call me back, or was treated rudely. Broke mirror off while applying tint. Left a sticky adhesive mess that I am still dealing with trying to remove. Windows dirty and streaky. Charged me an extra $65 to add a “windshield strip” that’s all faded to a discolored blue already but it’s only been four days? Bubbles still everywhere. Total waste of time and money what a headache to deal with. Super tacky. If you care about your car do not bring it here. Extra star because Ryan called to apologize.

The staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Especially Ryan and Jeremy, they do exceptional work there and have very fair pricing for what they do. Lots of services and awesome products to customize your vehicle with and it always looks and performs incredible! I have just left my dealer and had paid close to 600$ to take look at my radio and had no results i walked in and talked to them and gave me a wealth of options and solutions to save me a great deal of money and and he fixed my problem and it was simple i just needed a bluetooth transmitter and it only cost me 30 bucks instead of another 300 just look or guess what was wrong it was quick efficient and a magnificent show of service and will definitely have my business for what ever car i possess thank you so very much for your kindness!

I purchased the 2020 front end conversion kit from them and the package arrived sooner than expected 👍 Everything was wrapped well and all components were present 👍 There were no instructions in the box but one call to their shop pointed me in the right direction on YouTube. My expectation was to have a set of RGBW drl that I could run bright white during normal drive time and set colors when Im parked. Unfortunately this kit did not allow me to do that. Again, one call to their shop explaining this to them and they very graciously offered to send me additional parts to get the desired affect from my whole setup. All in all a great experience working with them and a great quality, solidly made product. UAS, YOU DA BEST!

I have been to Underground Autostyling a few times now for various projects, including getting my windows tinted. You enter into a comfortable sitting area upon arrival that leads into by a sleek, stylish showroom with various sound systems and services that they offer on display. You are able to test out the sound equipment, which is fun, and the staff is always extremely warm and welcoming. Ryan, Anthony, and Russ are particularly helpful and patient, even when I do not understand something at first and need them to go over it again. I always leave feeling satisfied with the service provided. I would definitely recommend checking out the shop and the wide variety of services they have to offer. 5 stars all the way!

Underground Autostyling is my go to for window tinting, so when I bought a new car I knew where to go! Ryan & the team are experts in the field. They are fast & thorough. Ive always been able to relax & wait while they completed the job. Once tinted, I had a situation where the silver around my dash air condition vents created a mirror image onto the tint blocking the visibility in the side mirrors (an issue w/my car, not the tint). I called & they provided a solution by wrapping the silver in black which 100% resolved the reflection. The black even looks better than the silver against the black dashboard. Both times, I was in and out in under an hour. Thanks again Underground!!

My son wanted to do something great for me for christmas by buying and installing a new stereo and speakers in my older truck. We ran into major complications with the mounting of the stereo to the truck. After driving and speaking to multiple people and companies that did not even give me the time, I went to underground and their staff went above and beyond for me, they had to modify a mount for my stereo and did so fast. Companies just do not go above and beyond for their customers anymore, and they did, it was a huge pain, but they wanted to solve the puzzle. 10 out of 10!!!

I have always heard about underground but I never was able to get anything done till now. Excellent service and excellent on letting me know the progress. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that needs anything done to their vehicle. Underground legit does everything!

Five years ago we purchased an after-market audio system for one of our vehicles. The back-up camera recently stopped working. We had a such a great experience with the original installation that we returned for the repair. One of the speakers had also gone out. Ryan accommodated our schedule and was very communicative through the whole process. Everything is now in working order. We will return for any future audio needs.

The guys did an EXCELLENT job. I upgraded my stock system with up graded sub and speakers all around, and put level kit and upgraded wheels. Ryan up front gave me recommendations an the speakers and directed me what to spend a little amount, and what not to skimp on and he was right! They set a time line and kept to it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

They did an install on 2500 Chevrolet I took the truck back 4 years later because I lost all sound and the radio would not shut off... Jr hooked everything back up and found no problem but was very honest and very fair with price to hook it all back up and reinstall head unit. I highly recommend this business and will go back!!!

I had some issues with installing my sub to my stock radio. Called in and got Ryan on the phone and he was super helpful and was able to get me in right away. JR worked on my truck, found what I did wrong and fixed it in 30 minutes. Price was super fair, and I am super happy with their work. Would recommend. Will be a repeat customer.

So I brought an absolute nightmare to Underground(2016 Ford Focus ST) for advice. My do it yourself Stereo upgrade didnt work, couldnt get the seats, carpet, trim, glovebox.....back together.... I practically destroyed my sons car!!!!! Ryan, from Underground, looked it over and gave me a very fair estimate then DELIVERED a FACTORY LOOKING product back to me!!! Most important is my Son ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT! Looks great sounds even better. I highly recommend Underground Audio as their techs turned my disaster into a masterpiece. I took my 2016 Corvette to Underground Autostyling and am very pleased with the result. I had taken it to 4 other businesses but none of them wanted to do the job. They replaced all the speakers, added 2 subwoofers and an amp. The job did take longer than expected but the end result was great. I enjoy this stereo system every time I drive my Vette.

Ive used underground audio in Sarasota several times for lighting, stereo, window tinting for my personal and commercial vehicles. Ive recommended Underground to several friends. A few weeks ago I recommended them to a friend for window tint. Even though the job was small, not a lot of money and my friend is a pain to deal with he was treated very well by all the staff. Ryan at underground has always been exceptional, very professional and friendly person to work with. When you go into the showroom youll see some of their impressive work but theyre still very affordable.

Took in our 2013 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon for a lift and new rims and tires. Ryan was such a help. He understood exactly what we wanted.Our parts were ordered, and in within a couple of days, and the job completed in less than a week. They always kept us updated and if there were any problems they had a quick solution for it.Donnie did a wonderful job, going as far as showing my 9 year old the differences between the tires, when we went to check on it.

Have gone to this place for the last 7 years. Window tint to used speakers. They have always been fair and done there best to treat me and my friends right. Dont be afraid to haggle a little though.

Dont go here! I had my car windows tinted and new headlights installed. They are supposed to be the best in town. The tint in the rear window bubbled - they refused to replace. They also cut leather seat during installation. When I showed them the damage they promised to repair but its been 3 months and multiple phone calls and they say we cant find anyone to repair it. Really? They are supposed be custom auto installation experts. The headlights work intermittently, I asked them to check the wiring and said We are booked for several weeks. You can drop you car off, but we are not sure we will get to it. Unprofessional staff, they give you pricing then give you hard time when you pay and ask for more money. Your throwing your money away going here.

Had them tint my sedan before driving it back to NY, they did a beautiful job at a great cost.Called back a few months later to see if they could ship me an item I saw in the show room and couldnt get up north. Ryan helped me get it, unfortunately I had multiple issues with the product that warranty could not seem to resolve so Ryan took it into his own hands, contacted the supplier, got the refund, and then proceeded to help me get what I need.

My man got wheels and stereo here he totally was happy ! He got them there because before he went in on the fly with a stereo issue and they helped him

Be very careful going here. They will tell you one thing and then later tell you something different. Dont speak with Ryan if you go, ask to deal with someone else. They wont honor warranties that come with products purchased there. I had to go to Best Buy to have problem fixed and spend more money but it was worth it. I should have purchased and dealt with Best Buy from the beginning,much better customer service and I always talked with someone who knew what they were talking about. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!! After going to Best Buy they asked who did the original install of audio because they did a poor job. Best buy cleaned up the mess Underground did on the install and said they used poor connections that arent used anymore because they will eventually vibrate apart and cause system problems. DONT GO HERE !!!!!

Not sure about the other bad reviews, but I had my windows tinted here and they did a great job. Dropped it off first thing in the morning and it was done by noon. Id recommend my friends and family here no problem!

These morons dont even know what a hub ring is. They work in a place that sells and installs aluminum rims yet they dont know anything about hub rings! What an F minus establishment this place is! I wouldnt refer any of my automotive buddies here.

Poor customer service: I inquired about rigid lighting systems for my Ram 2500 these guys were really rude and kept me on hold I finally hung up I called rigid directly and I had Auto Trim do the installation... Great service at Auto Trim

The guy scratched my bumper when installing my headlights and refused to fix it. Stretch was the tech that told me that I was lying even though it was abundantly obvious that the scratches were due to a pry bar that was used against the bumper to hold the headlights in place while screwing them in. Do not go here. They charged me top dollar for a job I could have done better myself.

After ruining my headliner and getting water all over my speakers this place had the nerve to call me a couple days later and ask why I left a bad review. After I explained to them he shrugged it off and stated that they dont worry about reviews they can fix them. So if you notice most of the 5 star reviews are shortly after the 1 star reviews. This place is trying to game the review system but with the shady work they do word will get around.

Called and left a message to see if they could troubleshoot and fix a problem with my Pioneer car audio system. They did not respond. I then texted them as they give you that option on their website. AGAIN, NO RESPONSE.If you want your car audio worked on, these guys are not the ones to turn to. They are either too busy and/or too unprofessional to care about the average customer.

These guys are great and offer amazing customer service! Last December, they installed a Pioneer satellite radio into my car--squeezed me into their very busy schedule so I would have it before the holiday. Yesterday, my iPhones Bluetooth stopped pairing with my unit. After spending 45 min. looking for answers online and and hour trying to fix the problem myself, I gave them a call. Even though it was Memorial Day and they were closing in 1/2 hour, they told me to come over. They fixed the problem in 2 minutes at no charge! Saved me so much frustration and stress! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thanks, guys!!

Horrible work And a very bad attitude to go with it.Tried to charge me $80 more than they quoted me and didnt even have a reason for it.And the guy who worked on my car stunk so bad that I had to air my car out for almost 30 minutes to get the body odor smell out of it.I ended up having to take my car somewhere else to have my system required because the way they hooked it up my battery kept dying.The second shop told me they havent saw that bad of work in a long time. They left a hot wire exposed and for what thy charge you would think they would at least use wire connectors. A proper install doesnt mean you electrical tape all the wires together.

All of the staff is extremely helpful and they did a great job installing door speakers, subs, and 2 amps.

Too expensive on equipment and service and they always say they are 2 weeks out.
