Awesome company, we have been using their printers and scanners for years and they come right out if there are any issues. I always ask for Tina because she is super friendly and gets us what we need right away. We always know she will get the job done quickly and correctly. She answered all the questions we asked and was very knowledgeable with the machines we were inquiring about. Brad has been our technician and we cannot say enough good things about him. He installed our machine and walked us through how to use it as well as answered the many questions we had. Anytime we have a problem, we call him and he always answers his phone or calls us back right away and tries to help us over the phone. If he cannot help over the phone, he comes right out to us and helps. He is very kind and professional and is very knowledgeable with the machines and how to work them. We have done business with this company for three years now. They always give 5 star service from the phone call for service to the service technicians who come out to our business. George my service tech fixed my problem with a smile. He rigged it so i could get through the weekend, then showed up Monday am with the part. My last copier company which is one of the big boys just sent out a body who never could get the job done. Great company 100% of the time, Im glad we switched to them.

We needed printer assistance right away! I called them and they came out that day. The tech George that came to Quick draw on 5/1/17 was more then nice and helped us as much as he could. The part he needed he did not have but he got it to us the next day, came back and put it in. In and out plus great service.

George from GBS has been very accessible and responsive when we had questions with our Kyocera Copystar printer.He patiently showed us how to deploy the various great features the printer offers, including how to print digital photos and make booklets and newsletters.When we got a new PC he came out and installed the drivers for us.
