This is such an amazing place to shop! Marina and Angela are so helpful and knowledgeable! There is a variety of high end products, skincare, makeup, hair and nails, you name it! The makeup artists are very helpful as well! Tara in particular with Trish McEvoy! Love love shopping here and so happy I dont have to go out to UTC for any of my cosmetic needs! Right downtown on main St!

I love the products in the store and the store itself. Always a nice presentation and clean. They carry many of the products I like, including my favorite sunscreen that I’ve only been able to find online before seeing it here. The location is great since it’s in downtown. The staff hardly says anything beyond hello when I first come in though and they don’t engage when I check out either. They’re usually wrapped up talking to each other. It’d be wonderful to see the staff be focused on customer service and check in with customers at least once when in the store to let us know they’re available.

Was in today, asked the girl for a sample, she couldnt have been more nasty, no personality, didnt say hello, didnt introduce herself, walked away and got sample and handed it to me and walked off, such a horrible attitude, plus the sample was not even one quarter of the tiny container, how this snot got hired as a cosmetics sales person is just unbelievable. Blue mercury needs to get better help!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff as well as a great variety of products.

I strongly believe that everyone can have a bad day. People have all kinds of things going on in their lives, so I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. So, here’s what happened in this store this afternoon....I asked for a sample of the Natura Bisse diamond eye cream. It sells for $175. I asked the lady (whom I overheard was the manager... a heavyset blond lady) if I could try a sample of it before I bought it. I have other moisturizers from this line. She rudely says “NO”, so I ask if she could make me up a small sample in a little container as they do in every other store. She again refused, and rudely walked away. This is the second time I have encountered this lady in this store. She has not been friendly nor helpful each occasion and just downright rude. There is no reason for this kind of behavior in a retail setting or any type of business. I have seldom written reviews, but I feel in this instance, I should. Perhaps the upper management will speak to this individual and explain the importance of how to treat customers. Not sure if I will return to shop at this location.

Had a lovely facial with Spangel. Cameron is wonderfully gifted at putting make-up on. Wonderful group of people who are more then willing to take time to talk with you.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but it’s always very disappointing shopping in the downtown Blue Mercury store when the blonde heavyset woman is working. She is so rude and makes snarky comments. Clearly she doesn’t want to be bothered and doesn’t want to be working. She didn’t acknowledge me when I was the only person in the store and I needed help finding a color for makeup and she acted like it was a huge ordeal to sanitize the lipstick for me to try. I was so uncomfortable. She needs training in customer service because she ruins my experience in blue mercury downtown every time. I’ve gotten to the point if she’s working I won’t even go into the store. It’s unfortunate.

Great selection of make-up! Get the make over its worth it! Ask for Angela she is great at picking out colors and really listens to what you need, she will help you find the right make up for you! My make up looks great and my clients have been giving me compliments all day thanks to her, I purchased some of the bobby collection items both looked beautiful on me, light weight and long lasting plus still give me that youthful look i was looking for :)

Always a positive experience here. The staff is very knowledgeable on their products and take their time with your specific needs.
