Great choices for door inserts. We choose the Nautilus and the installer came out today and it took very little time. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. The insert looks great and gave so much more light in our dark foyer.

If we could, we would give Brum Art Glass & Doors and their employees a hundred stars for the fabulous experience we had from picking the door insert at the store to installation. Al was terrific and answered all our questions and was so patient. Ivan, the installer of the door, was early for his appointment and did such excellent work in record time (about 25 minutes). We checked with a competator closer to our home but was basically ignored, not customer friendly, told some inserts were to much money (for us?) and as it turned out they were way over priced in comparison to Brum. Do yourself a favor and go to Brum. You wont regret it.

We needed to replace our leaded glass inserts for entry doors. I visited Brums, and went no further. The time Al took with me was as much as I needed, after changing my mind a couple times! He helped me decide but didnt push. The glass is now installed, and it is absolutely beautiful! Fortunately he had the glass in stock, so delivery and installation was quick and painless. Ivan installed and took great care to make sure it was perfect. Highly recommend.

We had an impact glass front door installed by Brum about 18 months ago but forgot to give them a review. The design of the leaded glass was fabulous, the door was well made and installation was superior. We had a slight problem with the automated door lock we installed and they came right out to resolve the problem even though it wasnt of their making. We highly recommend them to our neighbors who frequently ask us where we got such a beautiful door and applaud Brum for their old style customer service.

Wow, what a difference this glass insert has made in my home! I had the Avery design installed in a rental home. It took less than an hour for them to install it. The design looks classic and modern at the same time. The light that comes in now illuminates the entire space. It is literally like a facelift for the home. I also love that that I did not have to sacrifice privacy with this design. I have already ordered two more inserts to be installed in my main house, I cant wait!

Complete game-changer for our house. We had a couple of neighbors change out their 8ft front doors by having Brum install decorative, impact glass to their existing doors. Keep in mind, these 8ft entry doors can run up to $3000 just for the doors alone without glass. Ours turned out AMAZING, and Dan was the most courteous, polite, and respectful installer we couldve asked for. He was here and gone within 45 minutes! The door now allows tons of natural light into our once-dark foyer. It has completely changed the look and feel of our home. I highly recommend Brum Art Glass. Brum replaced my front entry doors. Initially I was only having the glass inserts replaced. We found rust on the exiting doors and decided to have Brum replace the doors as well. They did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Had some broken glass on our chandelier. Al fixed it. Needed fancy beveling. Also completed the repair in less than a week to accommodate our travel plans. Al is a master craftsman and seriously customer service oriented. Chandelier looks perfect once again!

My wife and I saw the web site for Brum Studios and based upon this site we purchased expensive glass inserts for our double front door approximately 5 years ago. The cost of these inserts was $3000 and was sold on the basis of quality of their product and their professional workmanship and installation. The door developed condensation and discloration and we contacted them relative to this issue. They said that as a courtesy they would replace the one insert for $750. I questioned the owner, Al about this guaranty and he said his guaranty was only 3 years. His reasoning was that he did not manufacture the glass ! When I questioned him about HIS product and HIS installation he would not stand behind his lifetime guaranty.There are other more reputable and skilled dealers in decorative windows and doors in the area. I would stay away from this company as they WILL NOT and DO NOT honor their own written guaranty.UPDATE :Well nice surprise !!. The owner called me and made arrangements to replace the window insert. Very happy he decided to stand behind his product and workmanship. This is the way things should be and I am very pleased.

I took my grandmothers glass double candelabra in to be repaired by Al,and when i went to pick it up, the two pieces had been put together again (in candle cup)but you could still all the damage.In addition to that, there was additional damage that was done to the candelabra, a verylarge crack in shape of U in same cup that was repaired. He denied any damage doneby their store and no one offered any help in any way what so ever.Very disappointed and frustrated by this experience, this was an antique dating backa very long time and was very dear to me.
