Just had a new central vacuum installed yesterday. The installers were right on time, had all the materials they needed, and did a great job. They had a tough job working up in our attic which was extremely cramped and HOT!!!. Once done, they were friendly and informative and actually cleaned up after themselves. The new equipment, especially the Hide-A-Hose is amazing. If you are looking for any vacuum services then do not go anywhere else..

Purchased a RAINBOW from a homeowner a while back (6 yrs ago) WISHED I would have purchased it from here! In fact he has better machines than my Rainbow, still he took my RAINBOW & serviced it, 5 yrs ago & for amount of time he spent on it he charged very little, I wish he was a Doctor or my Mechanic, like I say he is so honest. Have sent many clients & friends over, cant say that about to many business. Everyone has been delighted by his service, even when there is more than 2 customers he still has the knack of handling them with respect, very impressive & refreshing in todays world. Nathan demonstrated the retractable vacuum system and I was instantly sold. We had a built-in vacuum for many years in our previous home and while it was nice, fighting the hose all the time meant that we often passed up using it in favor of our regular vacuum cleaner. Now the built-in is all we use. Very clever idea!

Was on a bike ride and needed a charge for my phone so I could use my GPS(new to area). JD was very helpful. While waiting for the phone to charge had an opportunity to see several customers get the help they needed. It was obvious this is s professional operation. Each customer was given a few options and had their needs taken care of without pressure. Great example of why its good to shop local. You should go here for all your Vacuum needs.

I went to Vacuum Doctor after my Miele stopped working a few days after having it serviced at another store in Sarasota. My gut told me that I should not return to that place, and I was encouraged to read the positive feedback others had provided about Vacuum Doctor. My experience was just as positive. JD is very experienced and honest. He was able to fix my vacuum (Had to replace the motor which was under warranty) which was a huge relief to me as we are so dependent on it. AND when we next need to buy a new one I will absolutely purchase from him as he truly informs his customers. He is the best resource to understand the differences in the Miele line. I feel it very important to support local business owners that really do right by our community.

I went to Vacuum Doctor based on the reviews I read on YELP. Prior to that I had been to another vacuum repair shop and had been very unimpressed with them. JD took the time to listen to us and explain the pros and cons of several models. He is probably the most knowledgeable and honest vacuum dealer and repair person we have ever dealt with. We purchased a SEBO canister vacuum - I had always had uprights and wasnt too sure I would be happy with the canister - he told us to use it a couple of days and we could bring it back and exchange it if we werent happy. Not a problem because I LOVE the vacuum he recommended for us. This is definitely the place you should go to for a vacuum purchase or repair!

Just completed a 12-month whole-house remodel that included the purchase and installation of a Cyclo-Vac central vacuum. In the process, we used our Miele canister vac to cleanup construction dust and burned out the motor. JDs Vacuum Dr. Team did an A-1 design and install of the central vac and repaired our Miele under warranty (at JDs suggestion). We employed 10 subcontractors for various disciplines and the Vacuum Dr. is tied for 1st Place with the electrical contractor! Thanks, Vacuum Dr., we love our Cyclo-Vac with the self-retracting 50 ft. hose, Bluetooth On/Off operation and garage port for cleaning the cars!
