Moving to the area, to a new home with 6 dogs was very challenging. We needed the fence installed ASAP but every place we tried told us around 12 weeks. Nobody had material. I called Superior fence and said I was desperate, the person that answered was so nice and helpful, she gave my number to Alejandro and he showed up to measure the very next day. After discussing the measurements and our needs, he said they would have the material quickly and install as soon as he possibly could. I called him pretty much every day saying I was really struggling with my dogs without a fence. Alejandro talked to his manager and they made it happen in 3 1/2 weeks!! We were thrilled with their responsiveness and how amazing our fence turned out. You guys did an awesome job and I am so thankful! Our pups say thank you!! Being in the home building industry it’s always refreshing to see a company that delivers what they promise.

What a horrible experience!!!! 3 days to do 168ft of board on board. Had to babysit their workers!!! First post installed they tried not using concrete for posts. Which clearly stated that 22 bags were needed. One side of the fence has a gap that my 19 month old could crawl under mind you the whole reason of getting the fence was to have him have a place to run around safely. Very unprofessional to say the least. DO NOT USE THEM look around and do yourself a favor. I wish I could show a picture of their resolution was what a joke.

From beginning to end, this company was amazing. I bought a new house and needed a fence ASAP for my 2 labs. I called and they had my fence up a week after my closing. The first crew that came out to work on the fence was terrible. I contacted the office and told them about the issues. They were great at listening to my concerns and to correct the problems. We evaluated and received 3 bids from various fence companies. All 3 bids were very similar but Superior had the best warranty. They were easy to work with and even accommodated a last minute change. Just had the Owner, Alejadro, and his son, Alejadro!, come by to fix and adjust a slight issue with one of my gate latches. They did everything to make it better than brand new! Let me start off by saying that our sales rep, Tom, and the receptionist, Stephanie, were wonderful and tried to help us but it went beyond their control.This is a lot, but if you are considering to go with this company then I suggest you read.When the installers first arrived on Friday to our house, they couldnt read the survey left by the sales rep and couldnt figure out the measurements so my husband had to go out and spend a good amount of time out there figuring it out for them. Then, we noticed that there were no flags in the ground (to locate gas, electric pipes etc) and when asked they said they werent sure but started anyways. Well they ended up hitting 2 of our sewer pipes & neglected to tell us about one of them until Saturday. This was because they installed WITHOUT having any of the locator flags down, which come to find out, they should have NEVER started installing without those flags and are supposed to document those flags before even breaking ground. Since the installers didnt tell us about one of the broken pipes until Saturday it was difficult to get in contact with anyone in the company since it was the weekend. Our sales rep was kind enough to answer our calls/texts and tried to get ahold of the owner, whom did not communicate with us at all. Meanwhile, we have guests at our home and we are not really able to use the restrooms because of the two broken sewage pipes. One of the installers comes to our door WITH A SAW saying that he was going to fix the broken sewer pipes(who was supposedly told to do so by the owner)....you can imagine our reaction. My husband had to go out & stop him and explain that he is clearly not qualified to fix the sewer pipes.When leaving, they for some reason decided to park in our front lawn (we live on a corner lot so there was plenty of room in the street which was actually closer) and when he left the weight of the truck wouldnt budge on our grass and he spun out his tires until they got out which completely damaged our front lawn (see pictures attached). Also, they were extremely negligent when leaving & left the water running on the hose on the side of our house with water pouring out of it, which I didnt see until 6+ hours later.We then had to call a plumber to come out who said one of the pipes are so close that they have to jackhammer the side of our house to fix it. However, he was astonished to learn that the fence company started to install without any flags down & that he isnt able to do any work without the flags because it is actually illegal. So we had to wait for the locators to come out and the plumber was able to fix it later that week . Even more of our lawn was destroyed because the plumbers (not their fault) had to dig bigger holes to be able to repair it. And again, had to live with broken sewer pipes for a week. The fencing people were able to come back and fix it over a week later than than the original time.We were extremely upset & wanted to get in touch with the owner about all of these issues. We were never able to get in touch with the owner. The sales rep was generous to inform us and communicate with us even though it was no longer part of his job description. He notified us that he had spoken to the owner and they agreed to pay the plumbing bill (as they should because THEY broke the pipes and it shouldnt have ever happened because they shouldnt have installed without any locator flags which according to the contract they are responsible for doing). He also notified us that the owner decided since they were losing money by paying the plumbing bill they werent going to offer any discounts or reimbursement for any of the other issues we encountered. This made it very clear to my husband and I that this company and the owner do not care about their customers or doing things the right way and that they ONLY care about money. The fact that the owner wouldnt even reach out to us & communicate with us about all of our issues after multiple attempts is so unacceptable.I DO NOT recommend this company!

Superior Fence did a fantastic job. Our fence is beautiful. It is straight and even. The workers worked hard and it shows in their work. The salesman was knowledgeable and very detailed. He made us comfortable with making the decision to go with Superior Fence. Communication is important while waiting for the job to begin. On a scale of 1 - 10 for communication, I give the office at big 10 ! They communicated by phone AND by email weekly. We are very pleased with Superior Fence. We got quotes from other companies and Superior Fence gave us a great price to match their SUPERIOR QUALITY !!!

Deborah in the office called me every week to give me updates on the installation date. I had them postpone the installation by a week because of too much rainwhich they gladly did. The installer was very fast and efficient and this fence was as straight as an arrow and as level as any fence that I have seen. I would highly recommend Superior Fence all the way from the quote from the salesman- who provided all of the samples - to the communication from the office to the final installation- I would give them a 10 + and will tell all of my friends about this company. Cant say enough of the professionalism of this company. From Deborah in the front office to Tom the salesman. Tom showed up to give me an estimate. He showed up right on time. Showed me the different options for my subdivision with the HOA. Then Deborah at the front office kept in touch with me weekly to see how things were going with the HOA approval. Once everything was approved the two technicians showed up when they were supposed to and did a fantastic job, could not be happier. Thank you.

The crew did a good job, building great fence and gates. The only drawback is that they did not finish screwing the gates which need several more screws to be secured. Should they had done a better job on screwing the gates, I would have given them a perfect score.Please send them back to finish the job.

Terrible experience. Selling me was easy- lots of promises. Never called to say the expected installation date would be delayed 3 weeks. Really bad attitude and didn’t complete the job in a timely manner - husband actually did the completion! Would not recommend.

This company has horrible customer service. Do not risk such an investment with a company that has such horrific workmanship and terrible customer service. They completed half of my fence and then left with the promise of returning the following monday to complete. However they did not come back for 6 weeks. They left the fence panels leaning up against my house. They did NOT call, text, or email me to let me know when they would return. Once finished there was only one screw in the gate hinges and multiple screws missing throughout the fence. They will tell you anything to get the signed proposal and down payment. BEWARE!

Sales person Tom was great and went above and beyond. Installation was canceled twice and was inconvenient. Fence turned out nice but they left fence garbage behind in the yard. Fair prices.

Terribly ran company & no accountability from owner or his employees. Took 21 days (off & on) to complete the installation of our fence (spent 8k) due to Superior having no internal office processes. The whole installation would have taken longer if I had not checked with the city to inquire on the permit Superior never submitted. Stephanie lied to me about the permit being submitted but finally turned it in the day I followed up with her. Then Stephanie lied again about the permit being approved (city said it was still in zoning) & had the installers start installation.....only to stop them after taking down our old fence & installing one of the three fence runs. This was an inconvenience for our dogs for another 20 days because they could not be in the open yard.After the fence was finished we couldnt open one of the doors because of poor installation.....took 4 different No Shows for service for this to finally get fixed and now Im dealing with another service issue I cant get them to show up for when they say they will.

Cost me just as much damage as it did to get the fence. They didn’t put it where it was suppose to go, broke every irrigation water line in my yard and didn’t tell me and destroyed my plants and landscaping. The workers didn’t even undeestand English. Then they asked me to inspect my fence at night when it’s dark to sign off. Not to mention getting call backs from the office was horrible. Highly disappointed

After having a few estimates, I didnt pick with the most expensive and I didnt pick the cheapest. I picked Superior. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The two young men, Dustin and James that came to my home not only worked extremely hard but, they asked me questions, sent me pictures and even Facetimed me to show me the job upon completion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to get the job done right and quickly! Excellent!!

Extremely happy with Superior Fence and Rail. Tom had to come back to level my fence after neighbors kids hung all over it. Tom asked & received permission to correct fence on my neighbors side. Their dog was tied up. I couldnt see, but heard the dog viciously barking. Neighbor lied to Tom when he said his dog likes everyone. OMG! They let dog off rope and it immediately attacked Tom, who had to defend himself. I was thankful Tom was able to fix my fence that this neighbor had damaged, and not end up in the hospital. Got my fence installed on a Wednesday, they didn’t put any gates up, she said they couldn’t come back out until Friday. Friday comes, I call her to verify 2 times and she assured me that they were coming. I get home close to 6 and there are still no gates up, I don’t have anyone to contact because they are closed. It shouldn’t take this long to get a gate installed.

The only reason why we chose this company over others is because they promised to install our fence in 6 weeks, it has been 8 weeks since we gave them 50% of the money and our fence has not been installed, they are now saying that perhaps the third week of November, my husband has tried to reach out to the Manager and nobody is returning his calls. Terrible experience!
