Ten minutes in store without acknowledgement of presence by either employee. One other customer in store totally monopolized attention of one employee while phone calls got prioritized by the other. Hello? Well be with you in a moment? Screw off? ANYTHING resembling customer service?? NOT there! Call me invisible!

I have done business with this location for ten years, now. My experience at this store has always been good. It is always clean and organized. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Sherwin-Williams Cashmere interior enamels and Super paint exterior paints are my favorites. Below is a recent example of the results to expect, when walls are properly prepped and paint patiently applied. Happy painting!

Always nice people working but wheres the paint?

Excellent quality paint products at a reasonable price. May seem like it costs a little more than the those big box stores but one coat will cover where the big box stores required two coats. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable!

Gregg at the 4871 S Tamiami Trail store went beyond excellent customer service helping me color match an older 5 gallon bucket of paint. They have earned my future business. Forget about the big box stores. What little more you pay at S-W you will get back with superior results.

Outstanding service!! Rebekah immediately greeted us when we walked in. We were blown away by her enthusiasm to help and her knowledge of the products. She went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed and things we didn’t know we needed. The paint and supplies she recommended worked beautifully. I have already recommended her to others. Rebekah is a huge asset to the store/company! Casey the manager on duty was also fantastic. He was able to help assist with a coupon that was not working on my phone.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the assistance - virtually none (this is the location at US 41). I specifically asked for an interior paint that is not expensive and the clerk sold me a can of paint for over $60! My painter was horrified when I told him and told me to purchase captivate - a very good interior brand for half the price. It was too late at this point but wow, that was just not right. I specifically asked the clerk if this was a decent price since I am not familiar with purchasing paint and he just nodded yes. Awful

I ordered online for curbside pickup. Called the number to let them know I was outside and no one answered. Had to go in and then waited for 15 minutes for service. BS

Free Paint and Supplies at this Location! Disappointed we had to give 1 star in order to write a review. Because Sherwin Williams uses an antiquated system, anyone can simply walk into this location, order whatever you want, and simply say put it on a local painters account. It works at this location - trust us - its happened to our commercial account here more than once. Then, were forced to defend ourselves to their collection office when the bill comes. Also, the paints are crazy overpriced and not even the same quality of what you can get at Home Depot. Theyll invite you to negotiate with a sales rep to get a better price, but were here to buy paint, not buy a used car. Horribly outdated business model selling below average quality paint.

Sherwin-Williams offers great products and the customer service is always outstanding.

I have always enjoyed SW products, and relied upon them to make sure I selected the proper product and service personnel to apply it. Hence, upon the stores recommendation, I was led to Siroky Concrete Systems for an application of an epoxy sealer and overcoat for a scratched floor. Rob Siroky of Siroky Concrete put on a wax finish instead, which the regional director of SW examined and concluded it was the wrong product for a number of reasons. His application was makeshift, he splattered the product everywhere, left marks of uneven application, and had to be fired on the spot before he could do more damage. Extremely uneducated in product knowledge. Apparently SW looks the other way when a contractor buys their product, because this one was substandard by any measure. Now we are faced with redoing the entire house by a competent contractor. Avoid this contractor, and take SWs recommendations on contractors with a grain of salt.
