The whole process which by the way took 3 months earlier than expected 12 months of waiting was very smooth. Delivery, installation and the electrical panel hook up form garage to lanai via roof attic deserves a special appreciation. Both installers and electricians were working diligently, completing the whole process after only 3 hours from 8:00 till 11 am., and Jacuzzi was running and ready usage. Overall our experience was remarkable and fun, especially in the time after pandemic when everything takes so long and stressful.

We had a pleasurable customer service experience shopping for hot tubs at Hot Spring Spas of Sarasota. At the time of our first visit, we werent convinced that we were going to buy a hot tub. We had previously attended a hot tub sales event at a local civic center and also taken a drive to a discount hot tub store in a nearby county. We had found that the quality of those hot tubs was unimpressive and the service we received was less than desirable. When my husband stopped by Hot Springs of Sarasota for more information about hot tubs, he was helped by Debbie, who was friendly and informative, without being pushy. At our second visit, we had more of the same good customer service from both Paul and Debbie as we sought answers to our specific questions. In each of those visits, we were able to spend time looking closely at the hot tubs, get all of our questions answered, and we felt no pressure to buy. My husband and I found the Hot Spring hot tub to be a product remarkably superior to the other products that we had seen. Ultimately, we decided to purchase the Hot Spring Drift model, which was just what we had envisioned for our use. Both the purchase and the delivery were efficient and went smoothly. Cant say enough about Hot Spring Spas & Paul. Inventory was low because of COVID, but we were able to put a deposit on a hot tub they had in the warehouse. Paul knew we couldnt accept delivery until our lanai extension project was completed which took a while due to permitting. They were patient and terrific about working with us on our time schedule. The team that delivered (Andy & John) and set it up were awesome too. And, my husband stopped by their shop to get a refresher course on some of the caretaking. My wife and I walked into Hot Springs Spa about 6mos. ago thinking we would pick one out and have it delivered sometime during the week. Ya right!! We met Paul and he graciously explained the Covid delay in California and that we were looking at about a 5-6 month waiting period. After a very informative and friendly conversation with Paul (all done safely and socially distanced) we decided to go with the Drift model and put down a deposit and got on the list. We were kept up to date with all pertinent information on delivery dates and waited patiently for the big day. Fast forward to March 1st and today we had our hot tub installed! The 2 man delivery/installation team were friendly, on time and very professional. Awesome product, awesome service!!We signed a contract to have a new home built a year ago. We didnt want the hassle of building and maintaining a pool. We opted for a hot tub instead.Paul, at Hot Springs of Sarasota allowed us to put a deposit down on a Sovereign Hot Springs tub to lock-in the price, knowing that we wouldnt be able to take delivery for another 10 months!We called Paul when we were ready for delivery and he immediately set up an appointment for delivery. We advised Paul that we would actually need TWO appointments with his installation crew. We were advised by our home builder that the hot tub needed to be installed prior to the screening of our lanai. The problem was, there was still no electricity or water as yet.Again, Paul had no issues with that request. Mostly nice but quite disappointing to hear that there is roughly a year wait on a tub if ordered. An industry problem perhaps but another dealer told us ~90 days for their product which is more reasonable.

He tested the water, got it balanced just right and gave me a lesson on how to take care of the tub.But I must say that Paul is great to do business with! My experience with Hot Springs has been highly professional and delightful. Debbie was wonderful to deal with for the purchase and continues to offer excellent support. She is always attentive, caring, and patient, focusing on my options and my overall enjoyment of the tub. Paul brought a wealth of knowledge to the logistics and delivery and can any any question one might have. Andy handled the removal of my old tub (not a Hot Spring product), delivery and the set up of my new tub with great skill. He was able to move through a tight space flawlessly and patiently got the tub up and running. Delivery was ahead of schedule, which was much appreciated. The quality of the tub is obviously first rate. I had an initial episode of remorse, being used to a different configuration of the seating and jets. After I had two or three soaks, however, I now I love it!

We recently retired our nearly 30 year old Hot Spring Spa, in for a new one. We went with the Flair model. 30 years with one spa surely states how well these spas are made! It was finally time and we looked no where else but Hot Spring Spas in Sarasota. We were met with Paul to help us on our new journey to getting a new spa and he was a tremendous help, as spas have certainly changed over the years...a lot more bells and whistles available. Probably one of the biggest thanks, I can say to Paul, was having me and my husband come into the showroom and try out various tubs to make sure we got the one we wanted. That was SO important as the spa that I had fallen in love with from an aesthetic standpoint and size, was not comfortable for me at all. If I had not tried it before I bought it, I would have been very disappointed. He had a lot of patience with us traipsing from one spa to another, getting their showroom floor wet and making a mess. Paul also came to our house (on his day off) along with Andy to demonstrate how to use the salt system with the Flair. They got everything all set up for us perfectly. There is financing available but the dissapointing news is that we have to wait several months as the Covid19 has caused backlogs. Glad we chose this place to purchase.

I have wanted a spa for 10 years, I was finally tired of filling up a bathtub with water that would get cold in 15 minutes, and wasting the water involved in the whole process. The warm water was great... but not spa awesome!!!With arthritis in my neck and back, and a painful retail job on my feet all day, I decided that was it I am getting this for me. I did it! I only had a small area, but Paul at Hot Spring of Sarasota found me the perfect fit. I did not need huge, just relieve from pain.Well..its here and I am thrilled. I am excited to have my new hot tub. It was a big deal for me to finally make the purchase. Paul was very pleasant and helpful in the store. He did not pressure me. Andy was great at the installation and explained all the details of operation. I have arthritis as well as some disc issues and purchased it for medicinal reasons but it is very relaxing and enjoyable as well.

My husband and I moved to Florida for the warm weather. Due to a back and neck injury I was in constant agony due to arthritis that had set in. Wow!! We had our Hot Springs TX spa delivered yesterday morning and thoroughly enjoyed it last night. Since we previously owned a Hot Springs Trendsetter, there was no other choice other than a Hot Springs spa when it came time for a replacement. The quality and service is superior. Paul was great about listening to our needs and guiding us to the right spa for us. He answered all our questions. The spa was delivered when promised - in fact, it even came early! Andy did a great job not only removing our old spa, but also delivering the new one. He got it all set up and ready to use. He clearly explained how to maintain and care for it. The TX model is perfect for a couple!! It has a small, modern footprint but the jets are powerful and the seats are super comfortable. We are thrilled with our choice. Hot Springs Spa tubs are quality made, I only had to replace the circulation pump once, nothing else, during the last 28 years. After several wonderful experiences sitting and relaxing in the spa, I just had to let everyone know what a well built and well designed spa it is. Extremely happy with our Hot Spring Spa! We researched a ton of spas and finally decided that the Hot Spring Spa was the way to go! The insulation on the bottom and around the spa was extremely better than than the last one we had which had opening and areas that invited rats and other critters. The staff at our location was amazing and informative and provided us with so many pamphlets that we were able to go home and review (never pushy). Still skeptical on spending a bit more than we could have at Home Depot, Lowes or Sams Club we decided that the 5 year warranty and spot on delivery (Home Depot and Lowes drops it in your driveway). They delivered (not an easy delivery... stairs & tight space), set up, filled it and made sure all was functioning before they left. To top it off I received a phone call from the manager the day after delivery to make sure we were satisfied and had any questions. He invited us to come in for a 10/15 minute tutorial on how to run our spa and to give us an overview of all the amazing features of our spa (lights, waterfall, retractable cover, filter changes, and care needed). My husband and I bask in the glory of our amazing spa on the first night after doing a ton of yard work. Our kids have already had friends over and enjoyed it as well even when storms were rolling in! We are looking forward to enjoying the many years and relaxing evenings in our new Hot Springs Spa!

I have waited for a few months since we received our Hot Springs Jetsetter because I wanted to give a review after using the tub for a while.Although the hot tub is fantastic the service and support of Paul is unparalleled. The purchase was absolutely a no pressure affair. Paul compared and contrasted several models for us, provided great info and set up a wet test so we could feel the tub in action. Now, four months later, we find that the tub is almost maintenance free, even though we use it most evenings. I was quite pleased by the energy efficiency of the tub. We barely noticed any change to our electric bill. I highly recommend Hot Springs of Sarasota to anyone considering a hot tub.

We elected to replace our 1990 Hot Spring Spa with a new one, and went to Hot Spring Spas of Sarasota, a dealer we had done business with in the past. Cheryl was very knowledgeable and helpful, showing us several models of interest. The pricing was very good, and we placed an order for a Prodigy.The spa was delivered when scheduled in December, filled with water and we were given a quick overview of the operation and maintenance of the spa by the delivery person.We noticed the next day that bubbles were not coming from the Ozone generator. A call Paul at the dealership resulted in a technician being dispatched promptly, who confirmed the problem. After consultation with the manufacturer, the technician returned with the necessary parts, but discovered the problem had corrected itself and was bubbling normally. It has worked great since.The spa is most enjoyable to use, and the cover lifter makes it much easier to use. The jets deliver plenty of power, and the LED lighting is really nice at night.I would not hesitate to recommend Hot Spring Spas or Hot Spring Spas of Sarasota to any prospective buyer. The product is top notch, and the customer service offered by the dealership has been outstanding.

Am adding to my original review (below) because I just bought my second hot tub from Hot Spring Spas of Sarasota. The first one was still working perfectly after more than 12 years but it stayed with the house that we sold. So I went out immediately to get one for our new house and am totally satisfied with this smaller TX model. Just the right size for 1 or 2 people. As always, Paul and his team at the store came through with excellent service. You wont be disappointed if you buy a hot tub from them. And start easing all your body aches and pains!Bought my hot tub here many years ago and have been extremely satisfied. Have had no problems at all with the tub and when I need supplies the store always has them available. People who work in the store (I deal mostly with Paul) are very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic experience at Hot Spring Spas, Paul is amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable, he made us feel totally at ease and made the decision easy for us, he was also very patient and polite when answering questions and very accommodating to our requests for install. I have had my Hot Springs Grandee spa since 2006 and have never had a problem with it. In fact I love it so much I actually now own a total of three Hot Springs spas for my other properties. Paul is the expert and is awesome to work with. I highly recommend both Paul and Hot Springs hot tubs!

After visiting multiple hot tub stores I visited Hot Springs. I was greeted by Paul who was more knowledgeable about what he was selling then any other person I talked to. After my visit with Paul and speaking with my parents ( who have a Hot Springs hot tub ) I decided to go with Hot Springs.I have had my hot tub for 1 week and am extremely happy with my purchase. My experience at Hot Spring Spas of Sarasota was excellent. The store in Sarasota has a good selection of Spas to choose from. As soon as you enter the store you are greeted by Paul. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about his inventory of Spas. Paul takes the time to go through the different features of your spa making sure you are comfortable with your purchase. There is no hard sell, the Spas sell themselves. The transaction beginning with the purchase and then the delivery by Andy was seamless. I have shopped and researched spas in our area before finally making a decision to purchase from Paul. It really does matter who you buy from, Hot Springs is the best!

First of all, Paul, the Manager, is awesome! He is expert in Hot Spring Spas and was sincere, honest & patient with our spa purchase. He provided all the information needed for our HOA approval and then followed-up with us after delivery. Andy performed the expert delivery and he is a great person to work with as well! I have been in the spa every day since delivery. It is relaxing and great for my back and neck muscles and arthritis. This spa is such an elite spa compared to other brands that I have had in the past. Once again, big thumbs up to both of these men for their professionalism and to the Hot Springs Spa product itself!

This was a very smooth purchase. The staff were exceedingly helpful and supportive. They provided a site inspection and referral for electrical hookup. The delivery was seamless. We were relaxing in our tub the evening of installation. Having experienced hot tubs before it was a surprise to discover the superiority of this new tub. We have no hesitation in recommending Hot Springs Spas for both the quality of the tub and the friendly professionalism of the staff.

As soon as we walked in the store, we were cheerful greeted by Paul. We previously had pools and saunas, but this is our first hot tub. We can’t be more pleased with our experience at Hot Springs of Sarasota! We were looking for a small hot tub that would fit in a specific spot and we wanted it to have two lounges. Found it! Paul was kind, knowledgeable and patient as we asked questions and made our decision after three visits. Paul even allowed us to come in our bathing suits and “ try it out” for comfort just to make sure we loved sitting in it! Andy delivered it yesterday! After considerable research I ordered a new spa from Hot Springs of Sarasota to replace my old one. Dealing with Paul has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. The delivery guys were very particular to not damage my new travertine and went over all the controls. The spa (relay) works great and surprisingly quieter than my old one. Weve wanted a spa for a long time. So glad we bought it from Hot Springs Spa. Paul was extremely helpful in showing us all the different models and types of jets as well as explaining all the features including the filtration system. We love that we are not using chlorine. Cheryl was very helpful in placing our order even though it was her 1st week there. Well it took several weeks for our spa to arrive everyone involved from the electrician recommended by Paul as well as the delivery and set up company everything went smoothly. We are really enjoying our Sovereign Spa! We use it multiple times a day. A great investment in our well being!!

Paul was an excellent salesman with expert knowledge of the products, took a great deal of time with us without any pressure, and followed up conscientiously with the scheduling and delivery. Paul advised us of the delivery date as soon as he got the info on the shipping, enabling us to coordinate with our electrician and install in a tight schedule between guests at our beach rental property.Delivery & installation professional Andy arrived on time with all the specialized equipment needed to finesse squeezing the hot tub through our heavily landscaped yard. He installed the new hot tub very efficiently while coordinating the removal of the old/existing hot tub to another property. Great service, awesome product, worry-free delivery. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub. We have owned 3 Hot Springs tubs and have never had a single problem. Our latest is a 2018 model with digital controls and a touch screen, it’s a beautiful tub and setup was a breeze. Ive owned an 06 Vanguard since new in GA, but upon moving to FL didnt take it with me. I decided after a year without one to purchase the Prodigy model and couldnt be happier. Its the perfect size for my area and I have no doubt will live up to the Hot Spring legacy. I cant praise the tub enough for relaxation and amazing help with the lingering back issues I have had many years now. Paul and the entire staff couldnt be nicer and more helpful. The delivery crew was also fantastic from start to finish. They went over all the features and cleaned up any mess.I wish I could rate the entire process higher than 5 star...
