This is the way all service departments should be run. I had a small problem with my tub, covered by the store warranty. Legacy made sure to fully honor their promise and fixed the issue quickly.
Our hot tub was delivered by Joe and Travis today. What a couple of great guys! They were on time, hard working, professional and pleasant to be around. They took their time and indulged me by moving the tub around a couple of times to make sure it was where we wanted it. Thanks for having these two on your staff, Legacy!
We had our control panel on our hot tub go down. We called our old repairman and he no longer does repair work in our area. He recommended Legacy and we called them. They scheduled a repairman to come the next day. He was prompt and knowledgeable about the necessary repair. Service was excellent and I am happy to recommend Legacy.

While it was covered by our warranty, most companies in my experience do everything they can to make the customer pay. Not legacy. They were true to their word. Warning!!!Do NOT purchase anything from this thief owner! We put down a $1,000 deposit for a hot tub we were supposed to have delivered to us by March 2021. We called his store in March to check on our delivery date and was told our hot tub hasnt been made yet at the factory and that they were MONTHS behind. I said I wanted my deposit back and I wanted to cancel my order and the owner said no he cant cancel the order and lose the sale. I hope he loses his business soon. I recommend Recreational Warehouse. They have plenty of hot tubs in stock.
We bought an American Whirlpool Spa (Model #461). What a great purchase. Much much better than our previous spa. These guys are great from sales to set up and too helping get a problem fixed. After getting the spa completely operational. We had a problem with our LED lights. Called the guys up and they had a technician right out and the problem was fixed with no charge to us at all. Once again great guys too work with and buy from. No big sales pitch or hassle over extra products. Just straight forward.
My wife and I are extremely satisfied with entire experience at Legacy Hot Tubs and especially with are new Jacuzzi. From the first visit shopping to the delivery, set up with detailed explanation on functions, features and use of our new Jacuzzi every phase of the purchase well exceeded our expectations. My beautiful Hot Tub was delivered yesterday and the mem that installed were wonderful. From the time we walked into the show room till they put the spa on my patio we were treated great. No question to silly to ask. Both the sales rep and the delivery mem we very professional.
Excellent service visit today. Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problems with our hot tub. Talked me through the repair options and answered my questions. Our American Whirlpools Hot Tub Model 461 was delivered yesterday. Legacy Hot Tubs and its sales and delivery team set a high bar in regards to sales (thoroughly explaining their product) and superb delivery and setup. Not to mention coordinating the electrical upgrade and connection with Highlight Electric. By afternoon we were up and running. After buying a hot tub at an unrelated event, we were set up with chemicals but no real direction on how to care for the hot tub. Well, after a year of guessing and managing, the hot tub clearly needed attention. It was a chore to even find anyone that would service our small stand alone unit. Finally we found Legacy. They made an appointment for the next week, arrived in the time window given, and were friendly and efficient. They set us up with the proper chemicals and test strips, and explained what to look for on the strip. Legacy was our first stop on a search for a spa. They educated us on everything involving spas and asked us questions about what we wanted. They did not try to sell us or push us on any certain spa. We continued to look at spas at 2 other dealers. The other dealers were used car salesman. They seemed to be reading a script on why we should by spas from them. They were not even educated on the spas they were selling. It was a no brainer. The guys at Legacy are top notch in there field. Recently purchased a Vita Spa from Legacy. It took some time to decide on which one and the selection was lower than normal due to covid issues.The team there was great, James was very patient with my visits trying to decide. We comparison shopped but found this store to be not only very competitively priced but also have great service. They had a large variety of tubs on display so that you can figure out what you like/dont like easily. They have lots of extra add-ons like umbrellas, etc as well as all the chemicals and care products you would need. They seem to want to have a long term customer service approach rather than to sell you and then done. I appreciate that. Our installer was incredible. He explained everything, answered ALL our many questions and set up the tub. He did not leave until he made sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this business. Finally, during this period of time, many hot tub businesses cannot get you a hot tub for months. This place actually have some in their warehouse available for delivery within 2 weeks. Not sure how many are left but just wanted to mention. Ours was delivered two weeks after we ordered it.
Legacy hot tubs has the best service department in the area. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and they have the know how to fix your spa problem quickly. We highly recommend them for any hop tub repair or problem. They have fixed our hot tub twice now and are always on time and do the job right.
I scheduled a maintenance appointment with Legacy to send someone to my house to check out my hot tub. The person on the phone set a date and time. The time was between 1&3PM on the 5th. I put it in my schedule immediately. Nobody came or called on the 5th.I followed up with call to Legacy to find out what happened and they said that they called but I have no record of a call from them and nobody knocked on my door between 1 & 3:30. they said that the appointment was for between 1 & 4. When I tried to reschedule they said they would charge me $95.00 for the missed appointment in addition to the cost of the rescheduled appointment.. I thought I was being nice by giving them a second chance. There was no attempt by Legacy to make amends--I guess the is a case where the customer is NOT always right.
Stopped by the store to just look around. Spoke with Johnny about options for a hot tub. Ended up purchasing a tub that day. Installation was less than a week later with Johnny and Lem doing the install. They were very friendly and professional. They explained all the aspects of our tub and the maintenance.We had an issue with one of the jets so called the store and they talked us through a very simple fix.We found Legacy Hot Tubs to be very customer friendly and helpful. Also have a knowledgeable staff and no pressure sales.
We bought our hot tub about two months ago and we love it! The unit works great and is super comfy. My wife has a bad back and loves the massaging jets for her sore muscles. The installation went smooth and Johnny was very helpful with getting us started on maintenance and chemicals. Highly recommend this place!

I was told twice( and they have a sign in their store), If I wrote a positive review I would receive $50 in chemicals. So how can ANY reviews be trusted if they are bartering for positive reviews?They missed a wiring issue and my new tub sat idle for week.I called with a question about my new tub and was told that if they came out and it was not a warranty issue I would be charged $150 for a nuisance call..... Lovely way to talk to clients. Love theTub, so I gave them a 2 star, guess I am not getting the free chemicals!!

I visited Legacy Hot Tubs twice before making a final purchase of a Vita Spa (Joli Model). Both times, the sales staff were super helpful and took a bunch of time explaining different features and models. They definitely know their stuff and I never once felt pressured into making a quick decision.The delivery guys were also great, explaining the different options for getting the hot tub into my smaller sized lanai. Once in, they even make recommendations on best placement using the hot tub cover as a semi-privacy screen from my neighbors back yard.Next day electrician came to hook it all up and I called the Legacy store at 4:53p (7 minutes before they closed) to ask them to walk me through initial setup and how everything worked. I even told the guy I knew they were about to close and Id be happy to call back in morning. Trey helped me and was amazing! Stayed until 5:15 answering questions and guiding me through the whole thing. This is the type of customer service you just dont see much these days!I used my hot tub for the first time this evening and it was great! No regrets and keep up the good work!

Tray walked us through the process from beginning to end. Legacy even recommend an expert electrician that they coordinated with their spa delivery so we could use the spa immediately. We visited all the spa dealers in the area and settled on the Vita Amour spa, it is the perfect size for us and has all of the features we were looking for. We added some nice upgrades as well but the standard features beat all the comparable spas. We have had it over a week and it exceeds all of our expectations. Thank you to Tray and Legacy Hot Tubs!!!

Just recently, we became concerned about not being able to dial down the water temp. I left a weekend message and received a call back promptly on Monday morning. I could not be happier with my experience with them. ...and I LOVE MY HOT TUB!!!....*UPDATE: After a year of owning the hot tub had light issues turning the hot tub off. Asked them to come check it out, but they said they would charge around $100 to just look at it. This was in January and the issues started in December....just so happens that our warranty ended in December. Instead of being cool about it since it was a matter of weeks past to come just inspect it for no charge (especially since we spent so much on the hot tub) they stood firm on wanting to charge...pretty lackluster as far as customer relationships goes. Everything is great when making that sale, but after that they dont care about you. Pretty disappointed about it. Good news is the problem went away on its own luckily...a simple inspection by them would not have been a huge issue for them, but they wanted to make a big deal over a few weeks and a few bucks...much smarter to keep relationships strong because you never know, that customer may refer you all or even upgrade at some point...I would understand it if several months had past by on the warranty deal, but a few weeks??? Come on now...You start out nice by offering chemicals for a five star rating, but want to charge for an inspection after a few weeks past warranty?...not cool.
This is our third hot tub purchase. We visited Legacy and other dealers in the area. Legacys product lines and informed sales staff helped us purchase a hot tub that met our needs and stayed within our budget. They laid out a time line from purchase to install and gave us a list of electricians that could help with the needed wiring. The install was done ahead of schedule. The delivery guys could not have been better. Legacy exceeded our expectations from the sale to the install. I would recommend you pay them a visit when considering purchasing a hot tub.

We are so happy we chose Legacy Hot Tubs & Spa to service our hot tub. We brought a home with a hot tub that hasn’t been used in quite a while. Legacy found wiring that wasn’t done correctly and the service techs diligently corrected the problem and configured the main panel and now we have a working hot tub. We also had them do the cleaning service and the tub looks amazing. We can’t wait to use it.

Buyer Beware!!!! This is a terrible company. I bought a used hot tub from them for over $3000! The cover leaks. I asked them to make it right. They refused. Maybe its different for new hot tubs. However, if you are looking for used it is like a very shady used car type of service! Very unhappy! Can not trust these people! Very sad!
