Vary happy with this company. They go out of there way to make sure your happy. Highly recommend if your looking for a mattress. We bought a memory foam that was alittle to firm. They switched it out for us and it was a very comfortable experience.

We need 3 beds for our new Sarasota house delivered by a certain date in the middle of the Covid crisis while we were still living in Michigan, Steve and the rest of the staff went WAY out of their way to help us and they did EXACTLY what they promised 100% love this store and you are wasting your money and time buying mattresses any where else in town. I don;t write many reviews but Steve is a one in a million!

AmazedMy wife and I purchased a set of Adjustable beds and a mattresses andSleep king was able to deliver them the same day of purchase.The delivery and setup was very professional,quick and free.About a week into owning our new adjustable we had a problem with it and the manager himself, Steven came out to our residence the same day after work and inspected our base, found what was wrong and repaired it on the spot.I now feel very confident that if i have any future issues that I am going to be taken care of thank you sleep king.

Weve seen their commercials for many years and finally decided to take a look. Location is convenient next to Paradise Plaza - plenty of parking. Walked into store, and was immediately impressed by large inventory - all top brands were available to try out. Salesperson was experienced, friendly, knowledgable and patient. No hard sell. We took our time and decided on a Beautyrest which was on sale at a great price. However, after 2 days, we werent happy with the cushion top due to lack of back support. Called the salesperson who said, no problem just come in and pick another one. This time we went for the Stearns & Foster Ultra Firm and the store did not charge any fees for the swap! Also, they refunded the difference between the two beds. By far the best mattress store weve ever experienced. Very satisfied and will only buy our matresses here in the future.

We only bought a box spring, full size, for our guest bedroom, but, having said that, they had it on site, in stock and they took our old box bill loaded and charged us (99.00) in about 5 minutes. Good quality too. Just the facts and super quick.

Great experience in purchasing a mattress. The salesman Steve at the store was very knowledgable on the variety of options available. I was also impressed with the multiple mattress brands available from Sleep King. Steve made possible choices but let my wife & I lay down on several mattresses. Steve advised that we have 30 days to return our choice of a mattress for a more suitable firmness / softness. That is amazing! Delivery the next day by two friendly & helpful delivery men that were patient as we cleaned under the bed once the old mattresses & bedsprings were removed. With new boxsprings in place, Shawn & John were patient to allow us to place the bed skirt in place before the mattresses were put into place. Again Shawn & John were very patient, helpful & informative. Shawn also informed that every 6 months the mattress should be moved 180 degrees and advised that Sleep King has policy - if you request they will come out & turn that mattress for us - just call & they will come out every 6 months to turn your mattress for you. I recently bought a Beautyrest mattress at Sleep King and was very pleased with the way I was treated.After a few days I returned because I found the mattress too hard for me. Our Salesman Steven was very professional and made it easy to reselect a model with more padding. Im now sleeping well and would recommend Sleep King to anyone. The salesman was an old broken down basketball guy. Just the kind I like. He made the experience thoroughly enjoyable.

I have been purchasing beds from Sleep King for over 10 years...I manage several vacation rentals. They have always been professional, courteous and the delivery has been fabulous!

This is the worst service Ive EVER experienced. You would think that after being a loyal customer for years and spending thousands with them and purchasing a 10 YEAR WARRANTY that they would at least TRY to help me out. But I guess thats too much to ask. Instead the douchebag manager Steven decided to void my warranty. I will never do business here again, nor will I ever refer anyone to this indecent place.The least they could have done was try to help out and let me leave with at least some sort of satisfaction, but I guess losing business and promoting bad business practices is the better way to go!

Do not deal with Steven the younger salesperson at this store. The most unprofessional and rude person I have ever dealt with. Zero customer service skills & needs to fund a job that doesnt interact with people. We were promised our new bed to be delivered today. It wax changed to yomorriw& then Thursday. Completely unacceptable & took no responsibility for this only blamed the warehouse for the mistake. I will never do business with them again & ensure everyone knows to never give them any business

Sleep King is great!! They take care of you. They want you to build a lifetime relationship with them. Our bed became very uncomfortable after 2 years of sleeping on it. Turns out it was losing its comfortable form. I stopped into the office and spoke to Steven who set up a appt for a check of the bed. With a 10 year warranty the bed was covered for full replacent since it was falling apart. I had the most ease getting to choose another bed without any hassle or a long wait. The delivery install team are polite and professional. Theyve been doing it many years and have built many relationships im sure. 35 years in business for a reason because they care. Im glad we choose SLEEP KING years ago. You cant go wrong. Dont waste your time with the other stores in town. They may have the same selection but not the same history that the King has. We are very very happy with the purchase.

Be careful when purchasing, their Warranty promises are void the moment you so much as get ONE thread out of place. Having a mattress 5+ years its likely youll get a stain from moving (have you tried moving a mattress when you move to different houses? It sucks.) Moving trucks are dirty. Floors are dirty. Any stains = Void warranty. Even when your bed starts prematurely sagging and you paid $3000 for it. They agreed it was a defect, but refused to help because of a stain. Because apparently the manufacturer or where ever they send it to, no doubt re-sells it or some thing.

We have bought several mattresses and box springs from Sleep King over the last ten or even twenty years. Never any problems. Once they replaced a mattress for my mother twice, getting her exactly what she wanted. They always deliver the same day.
