Wish I could give no stars !! The office is very rude, I called them and they hung up on me 3 times. Every time i called she answered very rude. She has a Horrible attitude and is never at the office. People who live there also tell me she is like that with everyone and rude to everyone who lives there. All the trailers are dirty on the outside, everyone parks in the middle of the road, and the office lady is very rude, has a foul mouth and should be fired !!

I just called. The woman who answered the phone did not introduce herself or the Mobile Home Park. I thought I dialed the wrong number. When I asked about availability she just said we dont have. Not the tone I expected from a business beginning with the name Friendship. Very disappointment with the poor customer service, I do not care nor want to be bothered attitude. Perhaps, the name should begin with another word other than Friendship. :(

Went there to see if they had something for rent. But the owner seemed like she didnt like white people. I think shes prejudice and Im thinking about reporting her! Im not that way.

It is a good place to rent a home, affordable prices and the neighborhood is quiet. Not big dogs.

Living in the Orange Av location, I got married a month ago, I tried to include my wife in my rental contract and it has been impossible for me to find the administrator of the trail park, I have arranged appointments to which she never showed up. If I write this comment it is because it is a sign of disrespect to the tenant that makes possible the existence of these parks, as immigrants is a very familiar experience of our third world countries, more responsibility please.
