This guys have treated me very poorly and unprofessional! I have been in contact with one of their sales managers/associate. For 3 weeks now he was supposed to send me out a invoice for a part I told him I’m in desperate need of! I sent in all my information twice because after sending everything in he asked me and a week and a half with out hearing anything from (Robert Fisher) he asked me to send everything again so I did! And now it’s been an extra week with out the invoice or part I need! I swear this is the worst customer service I have ever received in my many years building motorcycles. I never have been ignored and made to feel as if my business is not wanted but here at Roring toyz by one of your sales personnel out of all people (Robert Fisher) THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!

I got a 240kit put on by roaring toyz and they did an excellent job. The price was definitely worth what I paid for it. I wanted to upgrade my brakes and they gave me an excellent deal with brembo calibers and rotors. I definitely recommend these guys all day long excellent customer service they wouldnt stop working on my bike til I was satisfied and thats exactly what they did.

Straight forward, honest, and down to earth. The guys just talk bikes and business and you dont get that phony high pressure salesman vibe at all. Bob told me over the phone that the GSXR I was interested in was nice and clean and thats exactly what it was. No surprises. No wasted time. I guess thats why hes made it 20 years in business.

By far the most honest, straight forward motorcycle shop on this entire coast. Went in to have something checked out on my triumph, and it was taken care of in 10 minutes, and they didnt charge me (very minor issue). While I was there, I noticed an amazing selection of beautiful bikes. From cruisers, to race bikes. Literally something for everyone. Ended up taking my triumph home and went back and picked up an amazing Ducati. The prices are so incredibly reasonable, I couldnt pass it up. The owner Bobby really went out of his way for me with this purchase. It was the most efficient, painless, no hassle buying experience Ive ever encountered. The bigger franchise shops could definitely learn something from Roaring Toyz.I will not go anywhere else for anything motorcycle related. Truly top notch place.

Here is my review and I did reach out and spoke with Tom but its clear that they are not understanding my issue and not seeing it from a customer perspective. Not complaining about the intake not complaining about the product I am complaining about the instructions and they not updating their products to support the difference in the manufacture products they use.The supplied crank case filter that was sent to me is not the same and it doesnt fit my crankcase I was told that they send out 100s a week and not one person called about an issue, well Im that one person. The issue is the filter is not the universal but a secondary option which means that your engineer/ product team should also send a fitment to ensure that the filter will fit the crankcase, the instructions should also be updated to match the filter type you are sending customers. I should be able to install the filter and put back all the parts that came off the bike for a seamless install.Instead I have to come up with a way to install the crank case filter so that I can reinstall the factory airbox and its cover without damaging the air filter. If not Ill have this ugly gap. This will cost me additional time, money and multiple trips to the hardware store to find a way to keep the filter stable without it moving around.

I emailed these guys at 730pm and asked about a set of wheels by 800PM they emailed me back with a straight forward clear answer within 30 mins great customer service

I have called several times in the last two weeks with a question about a rim that I want to put on my 2021 Kawasaki Vaquero I talked to someone in sales they couldn’t help me and told me to leave a voicemail with Bob I have not received a phone call back after leaving several messages I really wanted to do business with this company because I love the rim and rim kit.

I bought a Air Filter system manufactured by Roaring Toyz for my 2018 Kawasaki Vulcan Vaquero. The machining is very high quality and the looks are fantastic. Instructions were top notch and only took me, a novice, about 45 minutes.Unfortunately I didnt properly tighten the crankcase breather filter supplied with the unit, and lost it. I called Roaring Toyz this morning to get another copy of the instruction sheet and I spoke with Tom. Tom requested my email address and PROMPTLY sent the instruction sheet by email. This is how I figured out I lost the crankcase breather filter. I called Tom back to ask about the filter number and left him a voice mail. Again, he PROMPTLY emailed me the part number and stated if I couldnt source one locally to call and they would sell me one.This is a CLASS BUSINESS! Their Customer Service was Courteous, Quick and willing to help out. THANKS Tom and Roaring Toyz for a quality piece of equipment & GREAT customer service!JeffWilmington, NC

I wanted to buy one of there products a big air intake for a Vulcan Voyager, I had called three or four times over a few weeks only to be told that someone would call me back (never happened) also contacted them through their Facebook page and it was only when I messaged them saying how terrible and unhappy I was with there non response they very quickly replied but not in a nice way to which you would expect.Terrible customer service skills and will not buy any products from here sadly I’m not the only person who has experienced this!!! 🤦🏼‍♂️

Purchased three wheels with mounted tires for my Polaris Slingshot and was concerned about damage during shipping to my home in PA. To my relief they arrived without a mark on them due to the outstanding care Roaring Toyz took in packaging them. After mounting on my Sling and test driving the balance was perfect and it handles great with no error lights. Very pleased with my purchase. Thanks Roaring Toyz.

DO NOT buy a used motorcycle from them. They lie and do not disclose all the issues with the bike over the phone or online via the sales listing. The bike had been dropped so hard that the handle bar lock doesnt align properly, handlebars are tweaked, the plastic clips holding the front fairing together are almost all broken, one saddlebag hinge is broken, they lied and said they changed the oil and it was nasty/used, they said it was a deluxe model, it was not. ...the list goes on. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I bought a bike from them a few days ago they are awesome. I got my bike 3 days ago and already got my tag and everything the process was fast and easy. Plus when I trade my bike in there he will give me the same amount I paid!!! Very nice people

I had a company put swing arm, rims, and others parts to make the bike look eye popping. But it took 6 months to still end up a broke unfinished product. I sent to to Roarin Toyz it took 1 day to fit the jigsaw puzzle they were given. Perfect service, work, and time frame. Great company thats should be the first referral

I wish I could post a positive review. I ordered lowering bars for my fiances Ninja 300. I ordered them through Ebay, which I hadnt used in years. The address didnt update so it got sent to the wrong address. I called UPS to get it intercepted and sent to my address but was told only the sender could do that. I contacted Roaringtoyzinc on Ebay and received incredibly rude replies. They kept saying they had filled their obligation to Ebay and thats all they needed to do. Basically saying I did all I needed to do. Forget you. Youre on your own. Very poor customer service. I will definitely not he ordering any future parts through Roaring Toyz. My fiance and I both recently got into motorcycles. Most of the community seem to be friendly and want to be helpful. Its a shame Raoaring Toyz wouldnt take 10 minutes to simply make a phone call so a customer could get their product they paid $50 for. Never doing business here again.

I bought a discount 330 OSD kit from someone else, thought I was getting a good price but after trying to install it myself I brought it here and found out it was a way out of date setup and I was actually over charged. Roaring toyz not only finished the installation, they sold me the missing parts, mounted it all perfectly, explained everything, then even spaced out my rear pegs and upgraded my suspension to fix issues with the old kit. Absolutely amazing shop and customer support I couldnt be happier.

Bought a bike from here. A used one. I asked multiple times from owner of roaring toyz hey theres nothing wrong with this bike right multiple times he repeated I promise you the bike is perfectly fine zero issues with it Well come to find out the person he bought the bike from had told him of all the issues with the engines and cylinders not firing properly. Owner told us just oil burning I the exhaust from us taking it apart. Well to summarize this brought the bike to haps to find out owner of roaring toys was full of bs.... 2500 of repairs was done to the bike after purchasing it. Moral of this story is dont buy a used bike from here... i was hoping buying from a shop/delear I would not have to worry about getting ripped off...
