I had dealings with this company through a carpet cleaning business. There was a problem with an oriental area rug (fringe; color ran from rug) after cleaning and they sent the rug here to be repaired. This company cut off the fringe! That is not something you do with an expensive oriental rug. And if that wasnt bad enough they replaced it with a long white fringe which did not go with the carpet colors. The carpet cleaning business did pay for it to be done and then paid again for a special color fringe and another try. Since I personally selected the color for the fringe it was correct but this time it was put on crooked. Two mistakes dont make a right and now I will just have to live with it. I would not recommend this company. I felt the carpet cleaning business did their best to get it corrected but they were using the wrong place and Ive been told they will not be using them again.

We were looking for a good custom rug designer in Sarasota, Fl. We contacted Norman Designs Inc by Kim and they made two new beautiful rugs for us!!! Also replaced some carpet. They were on time and very professional.

Very nice selection of rugs.I checked a couple of other stores in Sarasota and Norman Designs Inc By Kim had by far the nicest rugs.The staff was helpful and friendly.
