As the owner of a Sarasota/Bradenton Condominium Management company for the last 25 years, I can tell you we have in the past worked with many outdoor furniture companies and CONTRACT FURNISHINGS IS BY FAR THE BEST! The owner Joe Griffin has always gone out of his way to make sure we receive the best prices and service. Their furniture is of the highest quality and they always stand by their product.

Totally agree with the previous reviewer. I also wish that I had read the reviews before attempting to obtain a quote from this business. I sent an email request in on 6-25-2020 requesting a quote ASAP on a very large quantity of outdoor tables. After 5 days, I received a response from Joe Griffin asking if I was still interested in receiving my quote. One week after my inquiry was made- I still have never received a quote. This is beyond horrible customer service. I am sure that the business owner will claim that he has no record of my inquiry as his defense. I highly recommend that you avoid Contract Furnishings. If I could rate them with zero stars I would. One star is simply too high.

Quality furniture, friendly service at great prices. Bought from Contract Furnishing when we lived in the US Virgin Islands and again, when we moved to Florida. If you live close enough, you can pick up and save even more money.

Extremely high employee turnover has made it impossible for me to continue doing business with this company. Over the past three years, I have literally had 3 different sales reps. I recently called into place an order, and was told that my most recent sales rep had quit. I cannot continue to do business with an organization that is literally a revolving door of employees. There is a complete lack of consistency with Contract Furnishings which has made it impossible for me to continue doing business with them.

Agree with the other reviewers as to their customer service (or lack thereof). A quote requires multiple phone calls (the sales personnel obviously dont care, nor are held accountable), and email quote inquiries have never been answered. Having said that, I have ordered strap pool furniture from them in the distant past (~5 years ago) and it has held up well.

Ordering furniture from this place was as easy as escaping from Alcatraz. Awful customer service. The owner of the business wouldnt even assist me. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

Avoid!! Attempted to get a quote on pool furniture for my HOA. After numerous amount of questions via email from Joe Griffin, I was supposed to receive a quote from someone named Susan. Who then had even more questions. After answering all of their questions, I have yet to receive a quote. It has been 5 weeks! Clearly this is a very poorly managed business. A total waste of my time!

Love the furniture and really appreciated the guidance helping me to make a better decision. I feel like they know what they are talking about and found their prices to be very competitive.

Great company to work with - very pleased with the service and overall end product. Prices were better than other companies we spoke with and our sales person knew what they were talking about.
