Ashton in the mobile department has been beyond helpful the last two times we’ve been in to the Saratoga springs location. He’s helped with both mine and my husbands new phones and is very personable. We can’t thank him enough for his knowledgeable assistance and friendly composure even when swarmed with customers. We had a delivery by geek squad. Aaron and Ben were very helpful and friendly. The item had a problem and had to go back undeliverable. Best Buy made everything right the same day. We feel like we had high class service and will definitely be returning customers due to the personal attention given thru the entire process of buying a large appliance. Ben & Aaron of Geek Squad returned with a brand new replacement appliance within days of the original delivery. This is our 3rd large appliance purchased from Best Buy and each time it has been a positive experience. Their prices were lower than the other big box stores. They also narrow down the time slot for delivery and call when they are close. They really went above & beyond.

They lost a regular customer tonight when they didnt accept a return of a car accessory, because it was purchased 4 weeks ago, and they have a 2 week return policy, which was not aware of. 4 weeks is standard in my area, and I will keep this in mind and buy my things elsewhere. There was nothing wrong with the item I wanted to return. It was in original packaging, in good condition. I had been willing to accept store credit as I had intended on buying other merchandise. Instead I left and am now buying at another store in a few minutes.

We had a great time, we traded in old phones to get unlocked ones. However we had promotions on the website that wasnt on their system to we had to do two different days of sales and it took 2-3 hours each. They treated us with care and made up for it but just make sure you know it may take awhile

I usually like Best Buy on a regular basis. Not a fan of my return experience. TV was glitching from day 1 and I tried to deal. I returned in less than 30 days and have store credit vs refund. I guess I know exactly how much I will spend at this store in the future.

Best buy is a solid shop for gaming, home appliance, electronics and assorted goods. They dont have components to do fixy type things like radio shack used to, so Im still missing that niche. However anything you want to buy, upgrade or replace as a full unit they are great. You will always get at least one person as you enter ask if they can take you to where you want or if they can help. Very useful staff. Also a very full online store with useful curbside pickup

Truly good customer service! I went into the store and made an order because I was unable to do so online. The order got messed up, it happens, however when the associate discovered the issue he got another associate to come over and give a hand I believe his name is Xavier who found a way to make things right and got things moving along in a way that I would say is above and beyond. It was delightful dealing with each associate that I interacted with from the people who greeted me walking through the door to the person who was at the register everyone was helpful and in a good mood. I was welcomed at the door with a smile. The greeter asked if I needed help finding something. I did and was directed to the section where I found what I needed. My only critique is that there was only one person checking out the customers. The person in front of me had a return which took longer. There should be a separate area for returns

Things have went down hill for Best Buy. Ive spent over 20 grand with Best Buy to have them stop taking calls to not even being able to deal with staff on a real customer service level and their inventory is terrible, then when they do have it or could have it the help is lost then as well. All I wanted as a system for my Truck and the employee wanted me to choose off of a computer screen instead of taking me over and seeing what I wanted. I left there so past off. Soon as you walk in you have to give your name to talk to someone even if you dont know if you need help and the employees use this new model to ignore you and or push you off. IT SUCKS

Darian, Darian, Darian! I came in tonight to buy a gaming laptop, I knew I was going to spend some money and was ready to do so. Darian approached me as I walked in and took me back to the computers. After explaining my scenario (just getting back into PC gaming after a long hiatus and generally just being a PC novice) Darian had a legit, open, and honest conversation about laptops vs desktops and even expressed concern in selling me something too expensive if I wasnt certain Id continue gaming. When it came to accessories he showed me his preferences for performance to price ratio.In the end I decided to spend the money on an Alienware m17 (dont worry Darian I can afford it lol) and a new Logitech G502 mouse.Hands down one of the best experiences Ive had at Best Buy!

Finally was able to use my turbo timer after going to this car audio installation tech! After having it installed over 3 years ago at another best buy store. The tech was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me so I was now able to use all of the features of the autostart/alarm. He also fixed some other issues, updated my stereo and other assorted installations in a very timely professional manner. I highly recommend this best buy for car audio installation! 😃

Late afternoon hours from home working on an installation. Needed 2 network switches ASAP. Fewer choices these days for in-store availability leads me to Best Buy, the Big Box Store for consumer electronics. They had them on the shelf, they even had a choice (5 port gigabit switches). AND one was discounted! Sad to see they close at 7PM due to COVID drop in business volume. Saved the day!

Decent layout but the staff seems to be pretty inefficiently distributed, particularly if visiting the geek squad counter. We spent 4-5 hours there waiting for a phone to be fixed after being told it would be a max of 2 hours so we observed a lot. There will be staff standing around seemingly doing nothing while customers have been waiting for a good while to talk to someone at the counter.

Had to give them my name to be in line since they were busy. No problem at all.. except for I was skipped over for almost 20 minutes. Until someone who noticed I had been standing around asked me if I need help. Said I was waiting my turn but was unsure why people who just got there were being helped before me. He apologized then began to help me with my search for a device. He was extremely unhelpful and was unable to answer questions. I left frustrated and empty handed.

I was conflicted on what score to give Best Buy as I did enjoy my in-store experience and the store itself was very clean and the customer service was decent and friendlyWhen it came to certain Electronics it seemed that I knew more than the employees did about the items they were selling which didnt help much if I had questions on a particular item.I Honestly Love Best Buy as kind of a Tek window shopping store so that way I can find an item I like and see it in person before I go on Amazon and buy it for a cheaper price, if only Best Buy could keep up with Amazons pricing, they stay competitive but Amazon usually has the better deal.

Staff was polite, they were closing so they allowed me to finish my purchase without being pushy.There was some issue with the checkout receipt, as for some reason a bear buy rewards account for a different person was printed on my purchase. The issue was fixed, but I would suggest a quick glimpse to ensure the previous customers transaction was finalized before you proceeded with your payment.

The employees were wandering around disinterested in anything except thier phones, but I wasnt the only one who was disappointed. Jesse the door greeter asked us if we needed customer help. We did! We actually came to purchase brand new phones and he told us we had to come back another time because they were closing in 25 minutes. There service is horrible, I googled camera cleaning which their site says they do, I attempted to call and an automated tape says their not taking calls, so I drive 1/2 hour only to be told I need an appointment. So.... I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this place. I really never have been happy with the customer service but I go back there because they have good products. I will never go there again (Saratoga) I went there today the girl at the front is so rude I am very short with customers ( it’s like your bothering her) every time I go. There was an older lady that was trying to get help and they basically ignored her and her husband. I would’ve spent over $1000 today on the products I wanted but could not get any help. Pandemic or not if you’re going to be open you should be able to take care of your customers properly I’ll go to Albany thanks.

First time to this particular Best Buy. With the COVID protocol in effect, this was a decent experience. We were met quickly by a rep who took us right to where we needed to go. (TV and wall mount.) First time to Best Buy since the ban on retail was lifted.They are running the store like an Apple Store, if you need to speak to an associate you give your information at the door and they put you in the queue. In my case I was just browsing laptops to get an idea on what I need for a college bound freshman. So I did not have my name put in the queue, we just went down to the laptops and started looking.As promised there were no sales people on the floor. Which was fine until a simple question about a port on the side of a laptop, it did not look like a standard port and instinct was to ask someone. Cannot. Unless I go back up front to get entered into the queue.So after a few minutes of self help, we left.The store was clean and had a pretty good selection of laptops.

I was told that help would come in five minutes. I was about to make a very large purchase (buying a desktop, and VR gear). Even after telling the front desk this I was wandering around the store for 45 minutes.After seeing the third person who came in after me get help I left. I’m very disappointed, because given the significance of my purchase I was just left in Best Buy limbo.UpdateI came back in and told them my issue. The staff was helpful.

I left it on speaker phone for 90 mins while doing laundry and no one came to the phone. The autobot joyfully tells you to go online for all your holiday needs though. 🙄
