I literally stood 10 feet away from the guy who was working at the time for 30 minutes. He was helping other customers, but never acknowledged me presence. After waiting patiently for 30 minutes I finally asked if I should come back another day. The guy was a big jerk. I dont know his name because he wasnt wearing a name badge. What a terrible experience! I have been a t mobile customer since 2003. Update: one week later. I called and replied to the email from the manager in the response to this review and still no reply.

Had a simple switch over of old phone to new. James was really very nice and extremely knowledgeable. We are Sprint clients and the company merger with T- mobile has a lot of program switch overs. He made it clear and very easy.Great job.

Made the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. Ive been a Verizon customer for many years and for whatever reason my coverage has gotten worse in my normal travel area which is in the country. The prices are better with T-Mobile and my service is better also from what I can see so far. They are the future...

Went into this store 2 days ago and was quoted a price for more expensive phones. Go back 3 days later and the price is higher for the cheaper phones. Like come on people. The only good this about this store is the employee James he seemed very knowledgeable and tried to help up. Seems weird that a company wouldnt allow someone to get 4 of the most expensive phones at the same time but anywhere else will.

Dont go here. I thought the sales lady was going to try and fight me. Wanted to find out what upgrade options were available to me. Had to basically drag answers out of her - got the vibe she didnt want to be there, she got upset and scoffed when I asked questions.

Went to T-Mobile store at the Wilton mall today with my wife, to inquire about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. Walked in and a customer approached us and told us that they’d been waiting for 45 mins with no attention from the T-Mobile representatives.One of the T-Mobile representatives, a woman with the bottom portion of her hair shaved, seemed like she was a bit confused about her responsibilities and was arguing with another staff member. The other staff member she was arguing with seemed to have been doing her job, along with his and was helping two other customers. There was what seemed like a new employee who just stood there and watched everything.No one ever greeted us and told us to wait for a bit. My wife and I waited there for about 20 minutes and then decided to leave. We’ll check out the T-Mobile in Queensbury. The staff at the T-Moble Wilton mall may of not given us the best attention we needed as we are trying to switch to T-Mobile customers.This store most definitely needs some type of T-Mobile trained leadership. Good luck to anyone who shops here. Customer service is definitely not a priority here.

Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced from anyone at t-mobile. I went into the store to find a solution for my phone quiting (turned out to be the battery went bad) however the tweaker girl who works there and several times bragged about being a computer science major told me something must have happened to it and without permission peeled the screen protector off, then she refused to give me a paper copy of my insurance policy that I pay for monthly with t-mobile, when I asked for the t mobile customer service number she told me to call 611.... from my broken phone..... then she asked if there was anyone else who I could borrow their phone to call t mobile, there is not which when I told her no she looked at my account and saw the second line that I pay for but the phone reside with a family member in a nursing home who can not have visitors because of covid. Some more back and fourth then she went in the back and came back with her store manager on speaker phone telling me he couldnt wave the fee for a 5G Sim card (I had expressed interest in a brand new flagship phone)but didnt ask to have any fees waived the manager on the phone did eventually give me the customer service phone number... which I called from a payphone at Stewarts and ordered the top of the line phone from one of the biggest manufacturers.... and guess what I didnt have to pay a fee for a new Sim card it came Im the box with the new phone directly from t-mobile. I have been a customer with them for 9 years and have never had such a negative experience in a store, the last time I broke a phone the staff at the store (different store)printed off the insurance info and even let me use the phone in the store to call the insurance company and make a claim. The only thing this tweaker lady wanted was the commission on a new phone.If you can, avoid this store... there are other t-mobile stores

I would recommend T-Mobile in the wilton mall next to Yankee candle to everyone.The staff Tyler,Sarah and James. Tyler helped me with my new phones that I purchase on line not in the store he spent an hour helping me set it up. So professional and outstanding service.Thank you Erin B.

James from the T-Mobile store is absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with a phone that wasnt even purchased from his store, and he still took care of the issue . He is all about customer service and I recommend if youre looking to buy a phone that you buy it from his store. P.s. there are 2 locations in the Wilton Mall- his store is located nearest the fountain. Make sure you go there!

This review is for the Sprint store, not the T-Mobile store. The staff at the Sprint store made my latest experience (August 2020) one for the Ages. Sean (mgr) was a true mensch. It was also nice to be thanked for being a loyal Sprint customer for 16 years.

Horrible customer service. I went in there to discuss plans and all they wanted to talk about was devices. I wanted to know the difference between 2 plans, and it ended up that I knew more about the plans than they did. They (the 3 associates standing around), started to argue over the plans and I finally ended up getting frustrated and leaving. All they said was you want to always go with our plus plans, they hadnt even asked me any questions before thinking they knew my needs. Thank God for T-Mobile and having a customer service phone number where I got the help and plan (and not a plus plan) that is right for my needs, they listened.

Staff was very informative. Switched over from Sprint and they qualified to me get all the break ups fees paid for. I actually have service in my home now. Extremely satisfied with my services and onboarding experience. Highly recommend choosing this store to do business with. Oils give 6 stars if I could.

These guys are all around AWESOME!!! Been a member for 12 yrs and Mateo and his crew know how to get it done. Set me 2 new phones and got my dad switched over from at&t without even bust in a sweat also got all old data switched to the new ones.Defentily gonna stay a member for another 12 yrs with great customer service like that .Mateo and his crew are the guys to see about any cellular needs hands down the best experience

I have tried to visit this location 7 times in the last four months for service, and in all of those times it has been closed during operational hours. If you cannot staff a store, you shouldnt be open. Luckily, the crossgates location and wolf road location are properly staffed with knowledgeable and helpful employees.

Worst customer service experience I ever had. Employee was sitting in store with gate down talking to us through gate wasn’t in a rush to open for us to come in. And then just wanted to switch over from version and it took 5 hours and my moms phone still isn’t working. It shouldn’t have taken this long. Absolutely ridiculous

Unfortunately, I went to go to the location today to try to start up some business lines. Gate was down during normal business hours, on top of that employees were sitting down on benches just staring at me. Horrible customer service thank you to Will at AT&T for awesome experience!

Were is the negative star??Wasted 2 hours in the store when the guy finally got to me he was completely incompetent and clueless in any of t mobiles systems. He gave me some bs about my phone being beyond repair and tried selling me the most expensive phone in the store. All i wanted to know was if my phone was insured? And if i was already eligible for an upgrade

Terrible. If i could go lower than 1 star i would. I wont go back to this store after the last time i was there these 2 employees had a screaming match with each other. The one employee came in just to fight with the other employee, a total joke and an S show if i am being honest. I came here to buy a phone not listen to petty BS high school drama. 0/10

Before we decided to switch to Tmobile, we had asked one the sales agent if the call signal in our area was covered. We also provided them with more than one address location. We were informed by the sales agent, that out area locations were covered by Tmobile with excellent service. He also made a comment that our area was as pink as you can get, in reference to Tmobiles area coverage.Since switching to Mobile, we had nothing but poor signals in the Ballston Spa area and beyond.We tried speaking the store manager Mutteo, who was not helpful at all, but very condenscending in regards to our contract agreement. My advise is to avoid Tmobile and this store.

After an hour and a half, I left the store. There was a young man working with Lili. I tried to purchase the I phone xr deal, and the associate who was working with me had a severe lack of training and was almost as frustrated as I was. I had to put my information in the system 3 times, and he still could not set me up. Very frustrating, will be visiting a different location tomorrow, maybe they will have a clue.
