Love what the company does as a whole and this location stands to meet that level of excellence. The staff handles the track season in Saratoga Springs very well and stays cranking out the ice cream. Even during the off season, they meet and exceed expectations. Not only are they willing to help you find the ice cream right for you, they offer new fun twist and also help you no matter how busy. Always a stopping point when we leave Saratoga after a night and/or dinner.

They were out several flavors, at least the ones my grandson and his friend wanted. I had a large waffle that was soggy and I had to look down into the cone to see the ice cream.Go Brandon.

I did an Uber eats order to surprise my husband with ice cream for his birthday, and a delivery driver from Uber never picked it up, so to whomever I talk to on the phone I greatly appreciate you taking the order to my husband. The Ice cream needs bo shout out, but the staff is another story. All the people working were super nice. Extra helpful and just overall a delight.

Love to get ice cream for my dog here and they always give him a scoop no charge. The staff is friendly but a little slow which can get stressful due to the small space and COVID worries.

Clean & inviting space. Even had a decent selection of B&J t-shirts. Staff were super friendly, helpful and patient. Had modifications to keep customers and staff safe from COVID. As always, the ice cream was delish!

Our ice cream cart was the perfect surprise for our September 2019 wedding guests! The line moved quickly and everyone enjoyed getting to pick from our six flavor choices. Some went back for seconds! We would highly recommend this crowd-pleaser any time of year.

Not a good value or product. Kilwins on broadway is much better on both metrics. Ordered a sundae and got 1 scoop of ice cream with hot fudge on it. No whipped cream or cherry. It just looked pathetic.

Always amazing

Here’s the thing, their service is very welcoming and the ice cream really delicious. However what annoys me is they involve politics into their business. It’s an ice cream shop and they’ve got posters on their walls claiming there political views and there opinions on the president! It doesn’t matter what party I am or what party they are you don’t do that in a popular fast food chain KIDS are very often in!

They come to the Schenectady music haven concert series all the time. Their ice cream is great but their prices arent! $7.00 for a jumbo cup, staff are very nice so price doesnt matter.

Awful freezer burnt ice cream

I dont usually eat ice cream, but our local Ben and Jerrys is such a lovely little spot, I stop by from time to time.The employees are great, very respectful. I have a service dog, so he gets a special treat too. The outdoor seating is plentiful and beautiful. My dog Bailey loves to eat his treat on the swing.

Worker needs to learn to talk to people. Nothing like getting yelled at like a child upon walking in.

These guys (and girls) are great. My husband and I (and our 5 month old daughter and two dogs) come here often... probably a little more often than we should, but whatever. The ice cream is always really good, everybody is friendly... and holy cow, I just tried one of their cookies for the first time the other day... yummy. One time I asked to buy a little cup of hot fudge for some ice cream Id just purchased, and they had it to me for free. My ONLY complaint is that the bathroom could really use some maintenance. Im sure the employees do the best they can; the bathroom itself just needs an update. And, perhaps... a changing table? Too much to ask?

Be prepared to pay the premium price of Saratoga and Ben & Jerrys. 2 small ice creams in a cup and waffle cone with 2 bottles of soda came to over $17. The ice cream was delicious and the live music and patio make for a great after dinner stop.

The ice cream is decent. The selection is great. Staff is friendly. Service was a little slow. Outdoor seating was really nice. They had a gazebo and large swings for the whole family. However the outdoor seating is right next to a stinky trash can which ruins the experience. Overall a good experience for the family, if you stay away from the trash can.

Staff is friendly and made up of mainly high school and college kids. The ice cream is legendary and for good reason. 🍒 Cherry Garcia is my favorite and the husband loves the Tubby Hubby... so I usually make him walk with me through Congress Park after getting our cones 😂 In the summer you can sit on the wooden glider swings and benches available and people watch. You can often here the music at night coming from Caroline St. Id recommend this place for families with small kids because its a little less busy than Broadway and offers more parking close by. The park and carousel is a great place to let the little ones wear off some of their sugar high in at a safe distance from the roads and traffic.

The overly full dumpsters and neglected dumpsters made for a foul experience. Not sure if the dumpsters belong to Ben & Jerrys or the apartments next door. Either way could not enjoy the ice cream with the foul stench and flies.

Extremely inconsistent scoop sizes. Paid for 2 large dishes of ice cream that wouldnt even fill a pint of hand packed ice cream half way. Taking advantage of the tourist season. 2 small $1 containers from the grocery store frozen section would be more ice cream than what we received in a large dish.

Walked in 30 min before closing, they were making. The employee made a very rude mark to us and proceeded to make smart remarks. She was plain miserable and had a God awful attitude. They did not even have a wet floor sign out. They are setting themselves up for a lawsuit.
