I got a tounge piercing and I followed instructions just as told and it healed perfectly. The guy that did my piercing was professional and fast :). I plan on going back and get a new piercing very soon!!

Brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced. The shop is exceptionally clean and the person who I believe is the owner was so kind to my daughter, totally setting her at ease. We had a very positive experience.

Ive gotten several piercings here and I havent had any issues with any of them! The piercer is a cool dude and the vibe of the place is good! I will probably keep going back to get more piercings in the future for sure!

I went here to get nipple piercings and was a bit nervous as i just turned 18 and was getting pierced by a male piercer, but the atmosphere was very friendly and professional and i felt comfortable the whole time. super quick and easy :)

I Got my piercing done in the mall Nd asked for a replacement piece. Spent $180 on a 14k gold navel piercing replacement piece just for it to get infected the next day, I didn’t see anyone sterilize the display piece or anything, Nd inserted it in me. I’ve used Saline Nd followed other instructions. NOW I HAVE A HUGE RASH ND BURNING INFECTION ACROSS MY WHOLE STOMACH! I FEEL AS IF I GOT GIPPED FOR A QUICK BUCK

Had my septum done by Josean about 3 months ago and the service was great. The prices were great, the place is SUPER CLEAN, no wait time and I was a walk-in. My questions were answered and concerns addressed, super knowledgeable. My piercing was placed correctly and done correctly, so it healed super fast and looks great and he honestly made it as painless as it could be. Ive heard horror stories of other peoples experiences elsewhere and with bad placement of piercings and bad jewlery etc. I had just had a baby girl 2 months before I went in, and I asked him about the age at which they pierce ears and what jewelry they use and he was super informative and I plan on bringing my daughter there soon for her ears because I trust them and their service. Thank you guys!

Had my septum pierced here in Nov and the service was great! I recently went back because I wanted to change the ring and had trouble getting it in (I was kind of embarrassed). Again they were great! Took me right away and placed in the ring I wanted even though the whole had already shrunken. If I were to get another piercing I would go here!

I went in today, no appointment (Christmas Eve) . It was understandably consistently busy. But the staff that was there was very friendly and efficient.I just want to make a point to say that the person who pierced me (I only remember his last name) Mr. Ortiz, was very professional, clean, and meticulous. I was most taken with how friendly he was, not just with me but everyone who came in. It made for a very easy and painless peircing for myself since I felt relaxed and safe.I totally recommend this place. And my 3 piercings came out DOPE !Thank you!Alyssa

The piercer here was very unprofessional. I went to get my septum pierced and he messed up on the first attempt, so I had to go through the pain TWICE. Not a surprise seeing how neither of the times did he place a marking as to where he would puncture the septum (which I ended up not liking) or use forceps, after constantly assuring me that it was okay. Also, I had to basically demand a discount because one was not offered after his wrong doing. The only reason I give them a star is because the percing is healing fine, and thats better than nothing.

I got a double helix piercing on a walk-in appointment- Josean and his wife were so welcoming and kind! Josean made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, explained the healing and aftercare process. He used a sterile needle and made sure my piercing was where I wanted it- strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants a safe piercing by kind and trained professionals!

Having done all my piercings here, and seeing the art portfolio, I thought that getting my tattoos here would be a great experience. The shop is quite clean, and staff are friendly. However, once the peeling process of the healing skin began, all the ink peeled off the larger of the two tattoos. For reference, the tattoo which peeled off was 3 inches wide, and 3 inches long. It was a rather small tattoo, but completely disappeared after a few days. Not worth the money, or time.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. I got my naval pierced here almost a year ago and the guy that did my piercing did not know what he was doing. He put it in crooked first of all, not only that but he didn’t sterilize the tools he used, where other places do it right in front of you. 6 months later my piercing rejected because he didn’t put it in deep enough. I just went to a new place to get it re-pierced and was dreading it because the way he did it was so aggressive and painful, that i didn’t even know they were done with the re-piercing because i was expecting so much more pain to come with it. I DO NOT recommend coming here for a piercing, it’s not worth the money or your skin to be scarred because of a lack of knowledge in the process.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO JOSEAN FOR YEARS SINCE I WAS 18 I AM NOW 25! EVERY TIME HE PIERCED SOMETHING HE HAS ALWAYS TOLD ME HOW TO TAKE CARE OF IT . I BROUGHT MY DAUGHTER TO GET HER EARS PIERCED, I WAS A NERVOUS WRECK BECAUSE SHE SCREAMS AFTER HER SHOTS IN THE HOSPITAL . JOSEAN WAS VERY PATIENT AND DID HER PIERCINGS SO FAST SHE DIDNT EVEN GET TO CRY BY TIME SHE STARTED HE WAS DONE . IM SO HAPPY AND THEY WERE PLACED IN THE PERFECT PLACE ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOSEAN !

Got my piercing done here a few months ago. No aftercare instructions whatsoever was given to me. I had to google it. Went back there to switch piercings and was treated very poorly. The piercers wife was very rude and unprofessional. Went to a professional location and was told these people use the cheapest piercing you can find in the market. Save your time and go to a professional place.

One of the tattoo artists tattooed my friend and he was incredibly rude to me. Her tattoo came out well but he was not a people person and didnt talk to her the whole time. He also got mad at me for taking a pic of her. I almost walked out in tears. I would not recommend him to anyone. If you go for a piercing the guy is very nice just not a tattoo.

Worst tattoos ever! this is a tattoo shop in the mall that think they can sell you a tattoo like if its a airbrushed t-shirt. I have no idea why the board of health even let this happen. shame on them! dont let the portfolio fool you the guy really isnt that good.the only thing I would go in there for is a piercing and to buy new jewelry, thats about it. plus the owner just kept checking out every little girl that passed by or came in, thats just creepy.

Firstly: Im not from Mass. Im from NC and just come up for visits to my husbands family. So...I walked by, just killing time and decided to go inside just to be nosey. I asked the guy a couple of questions, he was a fast talker but answered them mostly. I decided to go ahead and get a piercing. I got the cartlidge done. I loved it. It was fast, and kinda a bit too fast for my taste, the guy was in and out, and back to smoking a cigerette, while the other man at the counter was on his phone constantly. Other than that they helped me, and provided me with tons of tips for the care and help to my new piercing. And cut me a deal. ;) Im going back for my belly-button this visit into town. Would recommend.
