I’ve gotten four piercings done at pierced utopia and honestly this is the only place I’d trust to do my piercings after previous experiences with other places. 10/10 highly recommend, the customer service provided helpful information when it came to aftercare and about the piercings. They’re professional and all, I’d definitely go back.

It’s been three weeks since my tongue Piercing and both of my navel piercings and I love it. They are healing properly and the jewelry is real and won’t cause you to break out. The staff are all friendly and will answer all your questions.

I went here for a septum piercing. It was quick and easy. I was in and out. Nadine was my piercer, she was very professional, sanitary and kind. I felt very little pain and no discomfort at all. I will most likely be coming here again.

I came to get my nose pierced again because the first time i got it pierced it was pierced incorrectly and never healed properly. Nadine was very sweet and walked me through the process. Wanted to get a piercing, was told to come back in 25 minutes because there were 4 people in front of me. When I came back, there were then more people who had gotten in front of me. I was then told to pick out jewelry which I did & then more people got in front of me during that time. I then was later told by the piercer it was the wrong jewelry for my piercing. I also didn’t even need to buy jewelry anyway because they use their own jewelry to pierce it.

I go to piercing utopia for all of my piercings and the staff is nice and friendly and always helps me decide what to get I love going there and don’t go anywhere else.

Got my nose pierced today by Christine. She was super sweet and answered any questions I had. Also the girl in the front was really nice and made sure I got titanium bc I have sensitive skin. They gave aftercare instructions and offered aftercare solution. Felt zero pain. I really recommend this place also extremely clean

I’m a normal here. I typically don’t have an problem, but they had us wait to get pierced came back which wasn’t the problem. The problem was they told us they weren’t going to take us all(only two of us). After we were told to come back because it was shift change. I asked the girl at the front if we could fill out our paper work while we waited she told us to wait. While we were ok our way out, someone else was able to fill out the paper and come back. I traveled far to come to get pierced from you guys, I’m very unhappy with this experience.(it was the last with the pink and blonde hair)

I got my daith and bottom belly ring done. I have bad anxiety and one of the cashiers ask if I would like her to go in with me which was the best thing I can ever be ask, on top of that as a female there was only female workers which made me feel even way more comfortable and not as shy nor nervous.

This is the only place I will ever get pierce. Eli gave me a great first experience with my first piercings back in 2017. Everyone he employs knows what theyre doing and they are all very sweet. I went there over the weekend and got 3 new piercing as well as my cousins first 3. She was so nervous but the staff helped ease her nerves and she left so happy. 10 out of 10.

Went to pierce my nose. I needed it looked at a few days later and they helped. My 14 got her nose pierced to and no issues.

I got my nipples pierced a week ago and they are already healing wonderfully. The piercer was friendly and calming during the process. I didnt catch her name but she had large gauges so maybe thats helpful haha

I went there to have my ear pierced and I asked to have the side of my ear pierced and she drew the dot on the correct spot but it was facing the incorrect way when she finished. I was very unhappy with it and she said I couldn’t have money back and I would have to pay again for the one I actually wanted. I’m very disappointed when I should be excited and happy about it.

I got my nose pierced during the pandemic here, and not only were they extremely meticulous about cleaning and sanitizing their tools, they were incredibly professional. The owner, Eli, and his wife are so compassionate and were patient with me as I felt faint and needed to lay down after my piercing. The price was also very fair, and when I asked about piercing my nose with a hoop instead, Eli said although it would cost me more money (and thus pay him more), he didnt recommend it for my benefit. Superior customer service, will be returning for my jewelry changes and any future piercings!

I went earlier today around 6:30pm & Nadine was my piercer. When I tell you Ive never met someone as professional, social, and amazing at what she does I mean it. Went to get a piercing, they had me pay before getting it done, and when I went into the room to be pierced the woman piercing me continued to tell me that she could tell exactly who pierced my ear as it was badly done and she could tell whose work it was by looking at it despite having gotten it done completely out of state. She then looked at the body part that I wanted pierced and told me she didn’t feel comfortable piercing it because my body understandably wasn’t compatible with the piecing I wanted. I told her it was okay and I’d just like my money back after she tried to convince me to get a completely different piercing instead. I said no and she then told me there was no way I could get my money back because she had already sanitized all the supplies she was going to use to pierce me. They made me pay for the mistakes the artist made of not checking my body part first to make sure it was compatible with the piercing. They completely robbed me and I will never be wasting my time here again. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Ive had trouble finding quality jewelry for my belly and nose That do not irritate my piercings. I’ve purchased several pieces of jewelry from Pierced Utopia and for the first time ever, have not irritated my piercings or wore out within a couple weeks all while being a reasonable price.The owner of Pierced Utopia is very friendly and goes out of his way for customers. I came in this location to get my nose jewelry changed at a very busy time, there must’ve been 15-20 people in there and a lot were waiting to get pierced. I asked if anyone had time to help me out and if not I could come back another time. He stopped what he was doing to personally change my jewelry for me. Even though it only takes 5 minutes to do, I think it says a lot when there’s so many people waiting to pay for $50+ piercings and he chose to take time out of his day to do a $5 jewelry change for me. You can tell this guy truly enjoys his job and his enthusiasm makes the experience 10 times better.

The lady who did my piercings was super nice and assured me of the positioning for my piercings but I’ve only changed them around 2 times based on the fact that they were pierced at a weird angle. My ears holes are at an angle that makes it so hard to even put 1 earring in let alone two. Very disappointed that after they had healed and things it’s just at a very bad angle and not straight. It makes it really difficult to change styles.

RUDE IGNORANT EMPLOYEES. No aftercare products. Will definitely not be going there again.

I went here for my cartilage piercing and it was great, it was done with a needle, was almost painless, took only a few minutes, and never got infected because of the spray they gave me. also the employees were very very nice and very helpful when i was deciding what earring to get.

They are a super clean and super professional piercing shop. High quality jewelry and the staff are honest with their advice. I had double helix, second hole ear piercings and double nose rings done there. I will be going back to do a double industrial piercing! I had heard really good things, so I went back a second time to get my belly button pierced... and it’s crooked. The top of the piercing isn’t even close to centered, and I’m stuck with a crooked belly button ring.
