I actually just went here for the first time today and had a great experience! The manager was so nice and was quick to offer assistance.The apparel and footwear are decently priced (reminiscent of Timberlands product pricing). The quality of theyre products are top notch.Whats cool about 5.11 is that they work with Ubisoft so if your familiar with The Division or Call of Duty you can actually design your character with the clothing from 5.11; which is exactly how I found out about them in the first place.If your looking for well made footwear and clothing I would absolutely recommend.

Great friendly service! Some shoe/boot sizes can work if you have a wide foot (I typically run a 9.5 W) so that was nice

Absolutely love 5.11 tactical pants, where them daily to work.Saw there was a 5.11 store near me and decided to stop in. I was in heaven. Absolutely love their clothes, and so much they offer I didnt know about. Staff was AMAZING and super helpful (didnt get names but was there 4/18/19 about 2:30 pm) so helpful with everything.Will absolutely be back again to cross off my wishlist.

A wide variety of clothes, boots, backpacks, and gear for first responders, or for someone who is looking for QUALITY stuff.The staff are VERY friendly and helpful! If they dont have what youre looking for, or your size in stock, they will try to get it, or offer something comparable.This store is also canine friendly too. VERY Important.

I love everything about it but it is pricey. However if you constantly using their merchandise its not bad as it relates to price because it lasts.

This is a great store. They sell really high quality clothing and when they have sales, the prices are really good.

The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about what they sell. 5.11 products are very well made and Ive yet to have any issues with craftsmanship. It can be a bit on the expensive side, but you getting what you pay for here. they also carry Black Rifle coffee which is excellent!!! The parking lot is large and free however can be crowded at times given its close proximity to Trader Joes.

Always enjoy heading to Saugus shop, the sales crew there are very knowledgeable and not pushy one bit. Especially I’m that person who needs to physically see the products and get there input from sales staff

I dont think Ive ever been swept off my feet by a tactical clothing salesman quite like Danny OConnell was able to accomplish

Just left this new store, GREAT stuff! Awesome clothes/gear, staff VERY helpful! A 5.11 store with NO MILITARY/FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNT though??? Really 5.11??? Missed a 5-Star rating for this from this customer for this disappointment.

After ordering my 5.11 boots online I noticed an additional charge on my card the next day from 5.11. Took weeks to hear anything from customer service. They eventually refunded me the additional charge. A couple months later the boots I ordered started to fall apart. I contacted customer service and didn’t get a reply for weeks. Since then I have been contacted by 3 different people requesting information about the boots which I provide to them, only to receive no response. Customer service seems to be non existent.

Employees were very helpful and everything was 20% off.
