I bought a really nice classic coffee mug here! With pretty hearts on, and a really nice round shape. Color aqua on the inside. Good for drinking your favorite tea or coffee!

I understand a big order coming in and you have a line, but your staff needs to learn to multitask with out being flustered. This is the 3rd time I have attempted to come in there and either staff are to busy in conversation or the person running the register is disorganized or just does not know what they are doing..... Ridiculous! You really need to learn what customer service is about when you are up charging for your brand

I havent gotten Caribou coffee in years. I prefer my own.

Wonderful staff at this location. They made my drink fast and they were super friendly. Both staff members had a smile and seemed to me at least to be enjoying their day.

Really they are supposed to be good at coffee making but no they are not.

This coffee shop is inside the Cobourns store. Good for grabbing a cup while shopping and the cart we were using had a cup holder. The customer service was also great and they clarified how they make some of their drinks which was nice because it was different than I expected.

I have not been there in a while but use to go as a treat with me dad! He and I, now drink a Organic cup of Mexican, coffee when I get to visit my dear dad,and his fine nice upbeat smart wife, who is my mom,at their home in a Schertz,Texas.

Great coffee drinks and they also have kids size drinks like a strawberry and banana smoothie or a hot chocolate cooler that tastes like chocolate milk.

This seems to be a common theme w caribou. Ordered a dirty chai, emphasized 2 shots, order repeated back to me and I get a plain chai w ZERO espresso. Maddening.Charged me for it as per usual.

The fastest and most consistent coffee shop around. Some really nice people work here. Its located inside the grocery store, so its really convenient.

Little too expensive and I had forgotten how sweet they make their coffees. Now I remember why I only go there every 2-3 years

Best overall coffee. Best atmosphere/decor in my opinion. Prices have started to approach Starbucks- not a good thing.

If you like sweet blended drinks or lattes, Caribou is superior in quality and flavor to Starbucks, because they use real chocolate melted into the frothed milk rather than mocha powder. Also available is the option for almond milk or coconut milk.

Stopped by one evening, I guess I didnt realize they closed. I waited for about 5 minutes as the barista was rinsing some dishes. I realized they were closed. Why couldnt the employee sometime within those 5 minutes (after seeing I was there) tell me they were closed?...

So good, I like it over StarbucksStaff so awesome...
