Corner coffeehouse with a comfortable, funky vibe with a selection of coffee concoctions and sandwiches. The colorful rainbow bagel with deli fresh turkey, alfalfa sprouts, tomato, lettuce, cheese and mayonnaise with a side of chips was to our liking. Food was fresh and delicious. Danielle was very personable and prompt. Plenty of seating inside, with an outdoor patio and drive thru. Always a return customer when we are in town.

My time here was okay. The environment is nice and laid back. But that was the best part of this experience. I ordered the Italian Soda with brown sugar flavouring because i wasn’t feeling like coffee this day. It was NOT an italian soda … it’s was simply soda water with flavouring in it— if you do come here definitely do not order that 😞. My friend got a basic iced coffee and said it was simply okay. The person who took my order took a long time to cash me out and didn’t seem that knowledgeable of their menu 🤨… I will say some of the baked goods look yummy but i did not try one. Overall it was an average experience with a little disappointment in my drink 😞‼️ Rock Creek Coffeehouse isn’t a place i would choose to go back to anytime soon.

I purchased an iced coffee on my first visit and it is quite tasty. They have a drive through and dine in. I will be returning.

On recommendation from Old Capital Tavern, we stopped in. Definitely will become regulars. Laid back, friendly atmosphere. My wife ordered a breakfast wrap, son ordered a grilled cheese, I got a coffee and blueberry muffin. Muffin was cake-y. If you prefer that youll like these a lot. Grilled cheese was a solid. Breakfast wrap was the best of the 3. Definitely recommend it.Special note for Starbucks fans, while I enjoy Starbucks coffee, their baked goods and breakfast items are horrendous. Rock Creek is a step up in food. Coffee is on par. Starbucks has a larger selection of regular coffees. I had the Kenyan dark roast Rock Creek, which I thought was better than any that Starbucks offers.

Ive been here a few times. Each time was with friends. All the staff are so kind and helpful with the menu. All the drinks and treats were lovely. My favorite place to go with friends for coffee. The world needs more places like Rock Creek.

Best dirty chai in the area! Really wish there was something they could do with ventilation inside - VERY smokey when they are grilling sandwiches. It cant be good for customers or employees to breathe that in. I choose to avoid sitting inside for this reason.

My roommate suggested this place a few weeks ago and while Im not a coffee drinker, their sandwiches and chips are absolutely DELICIOUS! The chicken bacon ranch sandwich is my favorite. Ill be recommending this place to friends and family in the area. :)

The 1st time I was here it was a very nice experience. Last week I returned & the younger gals that were working couldve cared less if we were there. It took 15 min to get a drink that was ordered cold & was made hot. They seemed put off by having to remake it. We also ordered to bakery items. After 15 min we had to go up & ask for them. The hadnt even heated them up yet. 1st visit was 5 stars, 2nd visit a 1 star. Averaged the place with a 3.

I typically go here for a place to study and get a cup or coffee maybe a sandwich. I’ve never liked their coffee, it just has an off flavor that I’m not a fan of, and their sandwiches are over priced for what you get. I come here because it’s calmer than most cafes and it’s close to home. But after spending $5 on a cup of coffee I don’t like and coming here just to study, and finding their WiFi isn’t working was a little disappointing. Too bad, I enjoy the atmosphere despite the coffee.

They have easily identifiable, sugar free options! I love that. Other coffee shops make it hard to order anything other than drip coffee if you need to have sugar free. Great, local, small business option.

Coming back from college and I really missed this place! The coffee is good, depending on taste. I recommend their Italian sodas or their smoothies. The Wi-Fi is pretty strong, they have the password ready for you too. Its small, can get a little bit busy, but what coffee shop doesnt! They also have plug-ins for your laptop in some sitting areas. The decor is lovely and gives you that home vibe. Some nights they do slam poetry and other events so look out for those! Definitely stop by if you are ever in Sauk Rapids!

I always come here when I need to have a one in one meeting. Its a fabulous locally owned little place. The staff is skilled and beautiful! Theres art on the walls. Its homey and quaint. I love Rock Creek.

Honestly I love the food and location is very convenient, even the atmosphere/decor is lovely - but they take FORVEVER! I understand it’s a small place and the only one like it in the area so they’re usually busy but I’ve paid close attention and it is mind blowing how long it takes for some simple menu items, and consistently, not just on a random off day. So if you have homework to do this is the place to be, but if you’re trying to grab a quick bagel on your way to work, it would literally take less time to park and walk into the local grocery store.

Excellent coffee, better than the other local coffeehouses in the area. Plus they have all the unusual syrups so you can get de really interesting drinks. My favorite non-menu choice: Irish cream & hazelnut latter/mocha. They have a ton of great drink ideas on their menu! Delicious sandwiches and wraps too....not to mention the cookies 😋

Workers dont seem to know their drink options. This is our first visit and will be our last. Menu was all over the place. Kwik trip has better coffee options. Loaded breakfast bagel was mediocre.

The Rock Creek Coffeehouse is a local establishment with a great vibe and all your caffeinated needs, located in Sauk Rapids. Its a great place to grab some tea or a light bite, to conduct a business meeting, or to meet with friends. The servers are friendly. The drinks are great, and wont bankrupt you. Youll find a bookshelf with books, and they have Open Mic night music events. Its a much-needed place in Sauk Rapids. Stop in... youll enjoy it.

I used to be able to come here for a descent sandwich. Now I just ate a $7 BLT! Whoever is the owner of this establishment is a greedy corporate pig that forgot the meaning of a good small town coffee shop. I used to be proud to tell people of your coffee house. Now I will never come back! I hope you are happy with the person you are.

Great place to sit back and study. Place isnt crazy busy like your typical chain coffee shop. Place also serves breakfast and lunch food which is nice. Drinks are good as well.

Adore this coffeehouse just around the corner from our home. The staff are simply excellent to chat with and they create a cozy environment for enjoying good coffee, meeting up with friends, or just chillin on a laptop. A real bonus here is the dining area is quiet, always clean, and well organized. The breakfast sandwiches are tasty also. Highly recommend this little gem in Sauk Rapids.

The Montana Breakfast Sandwich was COLD. I was visiting Sauk Rapids and needed a quick yet delicious breakfast. I weighed my options (there wasnt many) and landed at the Rock Creek Coffee house. The menu description had me captivated. This was going to be the boost I needed. Disappointing to me, it was basically cold cut meat, a cold egg that had been precooked, and a slimy tomato. It did not tickle my fancy. I will not order breakfast from here again. The Henry Iced Coffee was good though.

I’ve shopped for and delivered large orders here and the young ladies behind the counter ignore me every time. No one offers to help me unload a dozen gallons of milk and bring them into the store.

Excellence in everything was evident everywhere. This is a new regular stop for me.

At first i found my experience to be a good one the place smelt good and it had a inviting feeling. But imagine my disappointment to see a manager yelling and cussing in front of me and my 6 year old son. At a employee over a matter far more private then to be dealt with on the service floor! I called to speak with the owner and the manger who had treated her employee so poorly and rudely. After a very rude exchange of word from her I left her with my number to give the owner. Upon speaking with him he assured me the issue would be solved. Still to this day that manager continues to employ that manager and employees continue to be treated without respect. It is our job as a community to make sure our businesses are warm, inviting, and family friendly. Sadly with much disappointment this business represents that poorly in our community.

Although wed been going here because it was the closest to our house, the uninspired drink and food coupled with poor customer service reached a new low, where the server forgot to turn off the microphone before mocking our order. For as much as this place charges, they could at least PRETEND to bring courteous until we leave?

I love coming here! I come at least three times a week. They have a student discount, so make sure to mention that if you are a student! They’re willing to make substitutions which is great. I get the ultimate breakfast sandwich on a croissant instead of an English muffin. 10/10! Must try. Most of the employees are friendly. Some seem snobby, though. One time my order was made wrong (the girl was new and didn’t know what a steamer was) and they promptly made me my correct drink. I come here to use WiFi and they don’t seem to mind me spending hours here at a time. I will say that occasionally their internet is down, and they don’t put a sign up stating that it is, so I end up ordering to just have to leave. I wish they would let us know if it was down. I really enjoy coming here! Overall, a great cafe.

I honestly cant speak to the quality of this joint, my wife and I waited for 10 minutes standing next to the counter (before anyone acknowledged us) while the Baristas nonchalantly worked on their back log of orders. The only one with hussle was the gal knocking out the sandwiches. 5 star hussle for her.

Rock Creek has a great atmosphere and a friendly staff. Unfortunately their coffee quality has become inferior. Ive made several visits this Fall and their dark roast coffee tastes weak. Ive tossed the last two cups after a few sips. The same goes for a recent latte purchase. Their quality is not what it was when they first opened. A shame.
