I got my bed in January the day they delivered my bed one of their delivery men stole my IPhone. Never reserved me for my phone still I payed my monthly bill. Ask them can they take the cost of the iPhone off my bill and They implied “NO” very unprofessional staff

The lady don’t even know her name is the nastiest person I have ever met in my entire life. I told them about my refrigerator and it’s a huge refrigerator and I asked them can I get her to fix it in my home the last time we had to take the door off it was a inconvenience for me in the beginning. Anyway she was yelling and screaming on the phone like a lunatic. She is absolutely crazy

This day was an outstanding one... Because I need and a recliner the store didnt have one in ( understanding that I am a long time customer over 10 yr) they called around and found one ( dedicated to their customer)... I was about to walk out the store headed to the store that had the recliner ( the Young man that was helping me was new/hadnt got hang of it yet) Sylvia a more experienced Clerk stop me and said mr. Germany we can have the recliner transferred to our store and delivered to you by Friday, since you have an account with us. She went the extra mile to keep a customer happy and made it convenient for me. Sylvia at Rent-A-Center is A1 in Alpine Square.
