Amazing staff love the energy here .People are quick to tell negative thoughts about establishments but will often forget to share positive results.I been to this location numerous of times so I have to practice what I preach I will like to share a awesome moment that I had with the staff here first they made sure I got what I asked for then recommended other products to make my experience there even better I had no clue they allowed you to add accessories to the account this blew my mind I was expecting to spend so much more but they made it extremely affordable amazing if you are shopping downtown and want fast and honest people then this is the place to go the managers there are awesome there shout out to Carter who was helping his employees every step of the way and KC was super sweet she asked how my experience was and thanked me for coming in it was simply amazing.
The day i came in the store it was a amazing experience. They made me feel at home. The staff was so nice. Any questions i had i they answered them and i didn’t have any worries. Shoutout to the managers they are wonderful👍🏽. There are the best.

After calling around to about 10 different T-Mobile stores, they were the only ones to have the phone we needed. Luckily for us, they had the BEST customer service with extremely helpful, kind and patient employees. The one who helped us, Carter, was fabulous and made sure we left happy and satisfied that all our needs and questions were answered. I got to tell you I hate going to cell phone companies. I got to say KC and her crew made me feel right at home. I work in Saudi Arabia jeddah I can home to a Savannah on vacation just knew that I had to fight T mobile to get my updates on my tablet done when I walked in the door it was great the greeting the service everything thing was outstanding. Ginelle is amazing!! I was ready to throw in the towel over how rough the transition from Verizon has been and how little communication I had received on what I needed to do. Ginelle patiently went through the customer service center with me to get all the issues fixed get me all set up and to make everything very clear on what I needed to do and where are the different resources for T-Mobile were. She even multitasked juggling me and other customers and helping a less experienced associate out.

I came to this T mobile because of the customer reviews were great. Waited forever for a parking space and as soon as we arrived my daughter (7) and my son (11) walked in ahead of me and asked if they could use the restroom and he said unless youre buying something get off the carpet. Not how can I help you or anything. He spoke to my kids like I wasnt even standing there. I am so disgusted with this I shouldve reported him. I dont even want their service if this is how you treat your customers. That was unacceptable.
This is the best T mobile store that I have ever dealt with! The store manager is extremely knowledgeable and informed! If you are traveling through or near downtown Savannah GA there is no other store to go to!!!
The sales rep in the store was great! It was the sales rep on the phone and the supervisor who was very rude witch resulted in me getting rude back, no compassion for the customer what so ever. And then the supervisor hung up in my ear IM HIGHLY THINKING ABOUT SWITCHING CARRIERS 😠.
This store using policy trap to ask customers jump in, they won’t tell you they would need a restocking fee as 50 dollars if we return back our new iPhone. Most disgusting thing is when we get the new iPhone, its box was opened. That did not seems like a completely new iPhone at all, but they said we paid already,they activated this iPhone and the restocking fee is required.Finally they reminded us nothing and cheated 50 dollars from us

Love it here I come to Savannah once a year this was my first time in this location this guys are amazing they made me feel that southern charm I hear about so often but to get it in a cell phone store omg they was so down to earth they made me want to buy from them I talked about my trip and so many other things not once did they make me feel as though I was not wanted there they spent time helping me with my issues as well as told me places I needed to see before I left amazing staff I am going to send others to this location love the southern charm KC and Carter keep up the great work there this location will be the best thing since apple pie lol you guys rock....

This is my spot I am down town all the time this spot is lit well I was partying as usually lost my phone and of course no insurance ughhhh but I went in they hooked me up with something to hold me over my pockets aren’t deep need party money no doubt but it didn’t stop them from giving me a one service that’s what’s up can’t say enough about the amazing peeps there one thing I noticed they was on point when I get more coins this will be my first. Stop s/o to a solid team TT Jacque Ashley Carter Alexis and mama K well KC but if I have to say this is a rock solid team....

This location is great!! The staff is phenomenal. The custormer service I experienced at this location was exceptional. As a Property Manager, the key to my team and I succes is customer service so its was refreshing to experience such a great environment where they truly cared about the customer experience. Thumbs up to Ms. Lumpkin who was very attentive and has a genuine caring personality. She was the highlight to my visit.
Some, not all of the staff down there are clueless. Missing info not imputed to my new account that locks me out of admin privileges for a week! No way to correct! Seems like lazy setup, not a good impression. Went to a different location just to be told so of the mistakes. Makes me regret ever switching to T Mobile, may still go back with old carrier.
The representative at the store, was great he certainly gets customer service. The bad part is the company Tmobile sucks! You ja e a choice in cellular service, for the money go with another carrier. I was with them since the suncom days and recently switched to the big V and actually saved money. But tmobile gas trucks and games when you leave them, they are like the bitter lover.
I recently had a very pottentially frustrating situation with receiving a damaged phone from a preorder. I attempted calling a different location in town and was received with a pretty dismissive tone. I called T-mobile on Broughton and my problem was acknowledged, addressed, and they welcomed a solution. When I arrived at this T-mobile i was given the undivided attention of the staff to help solve the mess. This could have easily been a very upsetttin and painful experience, but the attitude, generosity and overall atmosphere in this location made it such a more pleasant experience. My situation was resolved and it didnt feel like I wasted my day in any way. In fact I would go as far as to say I had fun hanging out at T-Mobile!

This is a very terrible experience to buy a new iPhone in this store... they said i paid 50 dollars to them .then they can help me lock this new phone because my phone number is not T mobile,or i need to wait at least 45 days.But after calling,they said the rule is changed and I need to wait 2months to wait using a new iPhone.It’s too long! So i said I don’t need this iPhone.They said they need a restocking fee as50 dollars....no one mention me and I just hold the iPhone a few minutes and not activate......more importantly!this phone like someone used! !!They give me the box of iPhone is not sealed!you also can see there are obvious fingerprints and dust on the phone screen....like a old iPhone....
