I came in the store to set up an account and buy a new phone. Mrs. Kay was my sales representative and she was absolutely amazing. She helped break down the entire process for me to understand. For someone’s first time purchasing a phone, this was extremely helpful. She was patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly and with ease. My over all experience was enjoyable, I would definitely recommend this store, especially Mrs. Kay.

I came in to the store because my phone locked on with talk texting. Miss Kay greeted me with a smile and immediately began helping me. After figuring out my phone was bad, she got me the best deal on the upgrade. After some very frustrating things happened she took her time and kept her cool. She made what could have been a nightmare into a very nice visit.

While I want to give this store 5 stars after my interactions with Chris this morning I simply cannot.Buyers beware if you have to deal with DJ your professional setting will turn into a Craigslist like sale very fast. Upon agreeing to a sale DJ proceeded to text me like we were friends a day later about how my phone came in sooner. We agreed upon a time for me to come back into the store and 15 minutes prior I was then told to go to another store miles from the original location, at a different time, and to deal with someone else and to call them. After clearing my work calendar upon the initial time block this was now an issue for me the customer instead of the rep looking out for the client.Chris thankfully made things right today when I came back into the store and got me back on track for my new phone. Avoid DJ at all costs if youre in the market for a new device. Otherwise this location is top notch.

I came into the Verizon store because my phone would not hold a charge. The customer service rep was very informative and helped me understand that my phone was outdated. He listened to me and understood my needs. He got me the best deals possible with upgraded phones and a tablet for my husband and myself. I would recommended this store and this employee to anyone who wants someone who is patient, understanding and willing to listen to your needs and not try to sell you something you dont need.

Initially, I came into Verizon to simply pay my bill. Ed Vista met me at the door and asked how he could help. While posting payment, he explained that my old iphone5 was about to be “put out to pasture”. He explained that I had only have a few weeks, maybe months, before it would no longer be network supported. I knew my dear old phone couldn’t keep up. Ed was a very pleasant guy & explained things very well. I didn’t grow up in the computer era & I’m sometimes annoyed by all the techno stuff. Ed made me feel at ease. He gave the analogy of the iPhone to the human body & that was insightful & helpful for someone who didn’t grow up in the computer era. He is kind and thorough. Wow - what great service.We had a few questions about our plan and stopped by and spoke with Shay Grant and each answer we presented was answered in a patient way and he offered suggestions as we proceeded. Being a customer for 20 years I can say this is the kind of service we expect - bit not always get.Nice work.Bottom line is I upgraded my phone, my wifes phone and we ordered a new iPad as well. Needed a new Bluetooth headset after my old one gave up on me finally. Im a truck driver and you have to be 100% hands free. Google searched and found this Verizon authorized retailer. I dont have a problem with the store and products I have a problem with the phone service I received. I used the pay as you go plan because I have unlocked phone and dont need a contract. The data rate is absolutely unacceptable. With plenty of high speed data left my download speed was 0.1 Mbps in several locations within 50 miles of the Savanah GA area, even Jacksonville FL. It was not my phone because when I got tired of customer service trying to fix it for 6 months I changed carriers and now with the same phone I have over 100 Mbps connection speed anywhere.
